Was put in touch while trying to sell my junk car. Scheduled a pick-up and they were no call, no show. Decided to try once again, even called to confirm I was on the schedule mid-day. They said I was and it was still a no call, no show.
I will never deal with Chuck and Eddie's ever never will recommend them called them seven times they gave us a window from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. had a female answering the phone and she is trained to tell you whatever you want to hear we stayed at the shop until 5:00 p.m. and no one still have reached back out to us Nor came and picked up the car good luck to whoever deals with them
No stars!!!!! they robbed my friend she gave a car TOYOTA. They purchased an engine, she paided $3,000 the car repair. She went to pick it up and told her to go next door. So unknown to her They could not fix the engine.
The mechanic next door fixed it now he wanted to be paid so chucks eddies owed the mechanic for fixing it and did not tell her this ahead of time, so she ilost 3,000 and lost the car, even after going court she stilll no $$ or car. He won’t speak to them he hangs up and she doesn’t know how to fix this problem.
Went to Coronas and they wanted $290.00 plus tax for a replacement tire and rim for my 2016 Buick Regal AWD 2.0 T then went to Chuck and Eddie's in Hartford and spoke to Rudi and had the most pleasant experience of my life ordering the same parts for my Buick and was only charged $139.01 OTD. She saved me $150.99 plus the tax Coronas would of charged me. Lots of to you Rudi. Best assistance ever and pleasant on the eyes! Recommend Chuck & Eddie's to whomsoever needs parts for any vehicle.
I just thought that everyone should know that Axel at Chuck and Eddie's in Hartford went the extra mile when I needed him. He made sure that he put his hands on the part that I needed and sent me a picture of it to make sure it was the right one. When I picked it up he and Eddie came outside and compared it against the tailgate window that I purchased to make sure it was the correct one. They are both assets to your company!
I love the fact that they have a female working there and Rudi is really good at her job. I explained to her what was happening with my car and I can’t believe she knew exactly what was wrong with my car!!! I brought the car to get checked out by my mechanic and she was right!!! I called Rudi she was able to order the part for me and she also kept in touch with me the whole time until my part arrived. I will definitely be coming back!
I had a problem on September 17th 2024 I took it to Chuck and Eddie's they ordered a part for me when it came in they were actually helpful thank you Rudi thank you Jamie for taking time out of your day to replace old side mirror with a new one
I got there 5 minutes before close to pick up a part for my nephew. Axel was patient with me. Even after my card kept declining. Him and another staff member were waiting patiently for me to receive the part as they were closed. Thank you guys for not rushing me out the door or turning me away!!

My recent encounter was good and my service from Axel was very professional because he kept me updated on the progress of my order and was available when I inquired about delivery status.

I would give no stars if it was possible! Terrible communication. After trying to call about 10 times with no answers my boyfriend also called multiple times. They were scheduled to pick my car up on Monday. My boyfriend called them multiple times and they kept reassuring him they would be calling me soon to pick my car up. I never received a call. He called again to check they had the correct number and they said they would call me right after their call ended. 30 minutes went by with no call. I called back and they said they didnt know who he was talking to but that the appointment was not Monday but for Tuesday. Which was NOT the case. I wasted my whole day waiting around not able to do anything because they said they dont give ETAs. Just for them to say at the end of the day no one would be coming. They said they only give a 30 minute warning, and if you dont pick up they dont show up. The range they said they would show is anywhere between 8am and 5pm, and that is just absolutely ludicrous.
I've been buying parts from chuck & Eddie for long time. They're really good. However, I got an amazing experience with them just week. Axel is a new hired. He already makes a whole lot difference. Please hire more people like him. Axel, hats off buddy!
Unbelievable AWFUL service, the worse experience in my whole life trying buy something. LIERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! On day 06/18/2024 I had paid for a AC/DC inverter/converter for a 2017 kia optima and they said I would see on Friday 06/22/2024 I called them back on 06/24/2024 about my order and the guy named Willian told me was on delay because a "storm" but he seems to be very confused about it, then he told me the part was on the way and I should see it on 06/28/2024 so I called them back on 07/01/2024 and Willian didn't know what happened, after couple minutes trying figure out what's going on with that order, he came back saying the guy brought the part to them but for some reason took the part back to the warehouse and his personally calling him back with the part and sending it right way, he told that I should see the part at very next day for sure! So I called him back on 07/02/2024 to make sure he had all ready send it because he told me to call me back with a tracking number and he never did (besides a have the costumer calling every single day) and he just told me the guy "dropped the ball" but he was about to take care of the order himself. Bow I called the place this morning and asked to talk to the manager and tranfer me for a guy called Brian and he apologize and didn't know what happened and said that he will post it today and should see it 07/062024 he told me they got the part for a week now siting on the self and he doesn't know why never send over even I'm calling them almost every day now this is INSANE!!!
Rafael was a great help. Helped my friend and I and even brought a piece to a young lady car. Great guy. Great spot if you need parts! Mike was also a fantastic help. Props to those guys!

Rafael was great and very accommodating. As soon as I walked in they were very eager to help me . Very friendly . Found my part fast and effectively . Made sure I had everything I needed in a quick process .
I’m giving 4 stars to Jonathan and Rafael for going above and beyond. However, I was disappointed overall as I had several issues getting the correct rim for my car. I was initially told by Southington that they didn’t have the part despite Hartford putting it on hold for me. After Johnathan contacted Southington, they magically found the part but it wasn’t the right one. Jonathan and Rafael took over from there and explained that they were still getting familiar with their new system. They ordered me another rim and handled the exchange. I appreciated them reaching out to me personally and trying to rectify the situation. At the end of it all I had to buy another rim from somewhere else as I was still given the wrong rim.
Rafael was so kind and super helpful. They got the rims I needed and called us as soon as they came. I highly recommend coming here for your parts. Obviously good parts take time so give them a break when ordering. Things don't happen overnight! So glad I came here!!! And the other staff members were super professional.! Love to see it!
I was referred to Chuck and Eddies by "word of mouth". I had great experience looking for tires for my car. I didn't have my walking cane with, me but the manager Rafael Castro, took his time to help me. He didn't rush me through the search. Such amazing GODLY patience he exhibited.
Because the staff really cares about the customers, I definitely would recommend this establishment for searches for needs of your car.

Went to chuck and eddies for a front fender for my jeep. Rafael found my part so quickly. Only took me 30 minutes to complete my whole transaction. Best customer service at a junk yard ever. Highly recommended going to them.
Don’t really write many reviews, but I was very impressed with Rafael. What a great guy took care of what I needed in a timely manner and always answered my phone calls. You guys need to get more people on board like that in your other locations. Only purchasing from Hartford Because of the employees. Thanks again you have a customer for life.
Went to Chuck and Eddie’s , where I met the salesman Jonathan.. he was super friendly and had great communication skills and they work fast! My part was supposed to be ready in two days but literally got it the next day. Everyone there was extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend!
James Treat the customer marvelous he gets the job done. He’s very patient. He asked much details about the merchandise understatement of his qualifications. He gets all the stars and plus and I love him to death and I hope he never leave but I know he got to go.

Had issues finding part and making payment, having to call the store multiple times through out a couple days ! Both James and Rafael worked fast and effectively to make sure I had my part and also same day service! Though we had some minor complications I recommend this establishment. 10/10!
I recently had a fantastic experience at this junkyard. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They had a wide selection of parts, and I was able to find exactly what I needed for a great price. The yard was well organized, making it easy to locate what I was looking for. I highly recommend this junkyard for anyone in need of auto parts.

Jonathan at chuck and Eddie’s his customer service is awesome. Very professional and friendly. My problem took a min to fix but he definitely pushed through and gave me the best results. I give him a 10. Check out chuck and Eddie’s for all your used car part needs.
