One of the best experiences I have ever had, purchasing a car. Adam was extremely nice and relaxed and nothing like the salesman you find at other dealers. No sitting down and going over numbers, high pressure etc.. Just look at the cars, drive them and let me know what you like. We actually bought BOTH cars we were looking at lol. The whole process was amazing, and he took care of everything registering them, even with the issue with us moving from another state and no CT license yet. The cars are beautiful, and we are so happy! Highly Recommend.

I waited a little over a month and 1,250 miles to tell my full experience. From the first day I came here I was treated with the upmost respect and kindness. The car I originally had my eye on was sold but Brian walked me around to show me all the cars on their lot and was very kind. I ended coming back and worked with Adam & Glen to buy the Mazda I have now, WHICH I LOVE! I took my car to the mechanic to get it looked over and I was informed everything was perfect. One tail light was different than the other and when I informed Adam he fixed it with no problem. They worked hard on getting me approved for a loan and honestly made this experience amazing. I appreciate the warranty packages they offer. I will be sending everyone I know to them. They are worth the drive if you’re coming from a far distance!

So when our first visit to Bach Motor Cars left us disappointed, I was ready to share my experience in a few not-so-glowing reviews. We were interested in a Jeep they had listed, but the interaction had soured us. Fortunately, wisdom (and a little patience) prevailed. Instead of reacting immediately, I wrote a detailed message outlining our experience and sent it directly to the owner. I’m so glad I did. Within 20 minutes, Adam—one of the owners—emailed me back and asked if he could give me a call. That first conversation changed everything. He listened. No excuses. No corporate spin. Just sincere curiosity, thoughtful questions, and a real desire to understand and make things right. He asked what he could do to earn our trust back. We told him we were still interested in the Jeep and would like to take another look. He arranged everything around our schedule. When we arrived, the car was spotless and ready at the exit for a test drive. An associate greeted us warmly and handed us the keys for us to take a spin. Already, the experience felt worlds apart. When we returned, Adam was waiting. He apologized again—no scripts, just sincerity. He explained that the associate we dealt with initially was out but would be debriefed fully. He was as shocked as we were by how things had gone and took full responsibility. We shared two small concerns about the vehicle, and without hesitation, Adam said, “No problem, we’ll take care of both.” Not only did he follow through—he went above and beyond, even replacing the battery (which we hadn’t mentioned). The paperwork was smooth, and we left as the proud new owners of a Jeep Wrangler Sahara. There’s customer service, and then there’s “we screwed up, and we’re going to fix this right” service. Adam delivered the latter—and then some. He followed up exactly when he said he would, kept us informed every step of the way, and made sure we felt valued. Also, when we returned to pick up the Jeep, the original associate greeted us warmly and sincerely apologized for our first experience. We shook his hand and chalked up to a bad day. This wasn’t just service. This was service with a bow on top! We highly recommend this shop- they are honest, hard working and truly dedicated to do whatever it takes to work your trust and business. I had a great time with Brian, Adam and Glen buying a very nice 2021 Kia Soul. They fixed every little thing I asked, like new windshield wiper blades and got a new part direct from Kia.

Bach Motor Cars is great, I recently went through the process of financing a vehicle for the first time, and they helped me out and helped me understand how it was going to work. The vehicle was clean, drove very smooth, and was exactly what they said it would be. No lies, no lemons in their lot.
