Nicole at Mitchell Subaru made our car buying experience so easy. We test drove three Subarus before settling on a 2026 Forrester. Nicole was so knowledgeable about each car. The whole process from trading in our CRV to sitting with the finance department was seamless! We can always depend on Mitchell!

We’ve been Mitchell Subaru customers pretty exclusively for nearly 40 years, and have been consistently satisfied with the Service Department. From the ease and flexibility of making appointments, through working with Vinnie and the service team, and the auto technicians, we have always found everyone to be friendly, trustworthy, and happy to have us return.

As most of us will attest to, having a favorable experience at a dealership is virtually impossible to have and I have been around for almost 80 years. That all changed for me during my experiences the last few months purchasing a vehicle for myself and assisting my daughter as well. Jeffrey the sales rep is outstanding on all levels. He is down to earth, patient and makes you feel like you are his only customer. He has extensive knowledge and follows through on anything he promises to do. I would highly recommend visiting this dealership and finding out what true customer service is all about!

Tori in service department was great. The whole service experience was great as compared to previous experiences with other dealers. 4 stars only because cost was high. But prices everywhere for everything are high in this day and age. Customer service will bring me back if the need arises.

I brought my car in with an oil light message, Kelly Pinkham was able to fit me in for an oil change. I have been challenged with my car using oil, and whenever I see the oil light, I head for Mitchell Subaru. Kelly kindly worked me in while I waited. Another issue was discovered, and she and I together determined the best was to rectify that. I am so grateful for Kelly’s professionalism, knowledge, and kindness.

They did such a great job making the whole experience convenient for me. I got a loaner car and was able to pick up my car the next day. It was even been washed, so that was a happy surprise. Thank you!

Overall, my experience was good. I have a 2023 Subaru ascent touring with an extended warranty at 60,000 miles. Both rear wheel bearings went bad on the car and the warranty did not cover the backing plate. That seemed odd to me and I didn’t mind paying for the backing plates. when I picked up my car and looked at the free inspections. It said that I needed a new cabin filter. I’m not sure why the service people did not call me and ask me if I wanted the cabin filter replaced, but I had to go to the parts counter get a cabin filter and put it in my car. I also had to have the driver side window track replaced under warranty. When I got my inspection report, it said my interior of my car failed inspection. I asked why and they said it was because of the window track. I would think that after you replace the window track, the inspection report would get updated.

We had a really good experience here! Nick was really great at listening to what we required in a car and where we were at on price. He worked with us on a few different options, and we never felt pressured to move forward. Ultimately, we did move forward with a new Forrester and so far the vehicle has been great.

I had a fantastic experience working with Ozzie at Mitchell Subaru in Canton, CT. From start to finish, he was welcoming, approachable, and genuinely focused on helping me make the right decision. I bought a 2025 Crosstrek in Alpine Green -- a color I would not have considered without Ozzie pointing it out to me and he was right, it looks so good! As a first-time Subaru buyer, I really appreciated how Ozzie took the time to explain the differences between models and trims. He was refreshingly honest — even steering me away from a higher trim because my lifestyle didn’t warrant the extra cost. He never tried to upsell me, was empathetic about my budget, and prepared me well for the financials. Ozzie was thorough, timely, and incredibly courteous throughout the process, even when I came in feeling awful with a holiday cold. He treated me with dignity and care and made me feel like a valued customer every step of the way. I will absolutely buy from Ozzie again and am officially a Subaru customer for life. Highly recommend asking for him.

Tech found a safety issue with my lights caused by an unknown wiring issue on Christmas Eve day -> so they set me up with a loaner & earned a lifelong customer. First Class. Worth the drive!

I brought my car in for a repair and dealt with Kelly in the Service Department. She was very friendly and set me up with a loaner vehicle. I received a call a few hours later that my car was all set and ready to be picked up. Overall it was a great experience and I'll return to Mitchell Subaru for my services in the future.

Went there for the first time to buy a new crostrek. I was greeted by a salesman shortly after I arrived. He answered all my questions and asked what I was looking for in my new car. After telling him he brought me to the perfect car for me. After I went for a test drive I was sold and bought the car on the spot. I will be back for service and when it's time for my next new car

Mitchell Subaru was ready for me when I arrived and completed its tasks in timely fashion. The whole process was made even easier by Vinny’s sense of humor and the spectacular coffee machine. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Definitely a 5 star experience.

I am sad to report that I did not have a good experience. I saw a car on-line and went to go test drive. It was my fault that I didn't realize it was a manual. Ozzie told me about another car that had just come in the day before. He said he knew the person who took great of it. Did a test drive. Put down a $500 deposit. Went to look at some other cars, but called back to say yes. There was a rush to complete the paperwork, so they could get the car sold under October's numbers. They were even sending someone to my job to sign the paperwork. When inquired when the person would coming to sign, I was told the car failed inspection. I texted Ozzie to say to refund my deposit. I just received a phone call that indicated the deposit was not refunded. They needed the card number again. This was not indicated to me by Ozzie. His text said 'will do' to the refund. It is three weeks later and no returned deposit. Very poor experience from the start. He hyped a car that wasn't inspected, rush to complete paperwork, and delay in returning refund. Gives all the vibes of a 'scam dealer'.
