Went for wiper blades, got friendly advice and the store manager installed them for me. In and out in under 10 minutes. Really appreciate the great service.
Such outstanding service, the young gentleman took his time and removed my battery and put the new one in. He was kind oand courteous! These guys deserve a bonus!
Just bought a truck last week and got an error code so we took it to Auto Zone. Bill, the store manager couldn’t have been more helpful. He looked up the code and gave us a printout that we could take to the dealership. Bill was very informative and set my mind at ease. The staff here is always friendly and I highly recommend.
Specifically for the Canton CT store - I've been coming to this store for a while. They've always been friendly and helpful. Both in the store and over the phone. Once I got some oil and a prybar tool and put the oil in while in the parking lot and accidentally threw away the tool with the empty quart bottle.
When I called them up to let them know what i thought happened, the guy actually went through their trash can to see if i threw it away and dug it out for me to set it aside!!! Above and beyond.
My battery died so by some miracle I got the car to make it here. I asked that they replace it which is something they normally do. The guy there said sorry I’m the only one here and have to watch the counter so I can’t. Fine. Whatever. I came back later and there were two employees. Neither of them knew how to install a car battery. How do you hire people who cannot install a battery where you are known to sell and install/dispose of car batteries. Absolutely ridiculous. Again, had to find my way to get my dead battery somewhere else. Incompetence.
First time coming to this store, got a full jug of used Castrol high mileage 5w30 had to return to the store, second time coming to the store front pads and rotors... The clips that came in the package were damaged unnoticeable to the eye threw it all together both sets of clips were digging into the rotor I had to return to the store to BUY clips that weren't damaged. This time to the store front pads and rotors on another vehicle the give me the front brake pads with rear brake hardware. Do better Canton AutoZone.

Updating experience since it wasn’t good the second time around. I was able to get my headlight replaced and fixed by autozone on the turnpike, but for some reason I was Unable to at this one. Not as willing to help like before. Customer service from a ginger man this time round, wishing Ramiro was helping.
Happy you had the wheel bearings I needed. When I got home noticed there were no seals for the bearings. I called the store to ask about the seals and why they weren't suggested as a buy along. The guy Paul said I didn't ask for them, and they didn't have them but were available at three other local stores and listed which ones had seals in stock. So you're employee knew I needed the seals, didn't say anything and knew where I could get them when I realized it. All I can say is poor poor customer care. When I went into the store the other cashier was very unprofessional and in his reaction tone of voice and not being helpful. I will watch as your Canton store closes up for lack of repeat business. You need local customer like me.
This store ,DALE,is the best around.He was very helpful, checked my engine light in the pouring rain..Not many people like him left.Very nice and knowledgeable ! Thank you AutoZone!!
Had a battery cosy about $300 from AAA with 5 years warranty 2 years ago. Car could not start yesterday. Called AAA and was told $95 if needed to jump. If needed to change, it needs a writting ducumentation to verify. Took the battery to my local Autozone. Fully Charged and tested my battery for FREE. People are so nice and helpful in my local Autozoe!!!!!

Staff here is horrible mulitple times I have ordered parts for it to turn out they never placed the order. Seems nobody has proper training or they just don’t care horrible experience every-time at this location
Absolutely horrible! Website and sign on front says they open at 7:30. I drive 30 minutes to find the store closed. Tried calling then saw the two employees who were supposed to be working hanging out in their cars out back. I ask them to please open the store and they pretty much ignored me. NEVER GO HERE
To AutoZone regional manager, this location while needs your oversite desperately, the staff is rude and condescending, and seems to be bothered and irritable hen they are needed to help customers. There is no customer service here and seem to have little to no workable technical background to facilitate anyone's request for assistance. This is not the first time that this has happened in this store but it will be the last time that I, and many others patronage this store again. thankfully there are other store with different employees just miles away.
