R&C did a great job. I got car back in less than two weeks.I could not believe it.It was in great shape and super clean. I'll recommend them to everyone!
Great work. My vehicle was like new again. They were very fast. They provided great, friendly customer service and kept me updated throughout the process. They also detailed my vehicle before returning it to me which was an added bonus. I highly recommended R&C.
Awful quality work. Came here as a cash customer and they gave me a quote 3x the shop I got it done at. Used them recently for an insurance claim because they were close and the quality of work was awful. Kind people but absolutely the worst auto body shop I’ve ever dealt with. My car still has problems but I’m taking it elsewhere after bringing it back multiple times already.
I am a long time customer of R&C. The work they do is impeccable. I would never take my car anywhere else. When I picked up my car, it was spotless. Aside from the talent of the people who work there, their customer service is excellent. These are wonderful people to work with!
My insurance company recommended them. My car was rear ended the repair time is 3 weeks, I had no experience with repairs but I do have with polishing and detailing service, for me the repair time was excessive, and is not because they are detailing the car, not sure why took long to get the parts if most places do overnight shipping, they limited literally to the point . They won’t cover a 2 inch scratch 2 inches away from the piece that was replaced even though I asked when left my car. There was no answer I was shown an estimate but didn’t receive any documentation about repair and amount paid. The text messages and website for updates does not update daily. You paid they give you your car keys and bye, they don’t walk out to show you anything about the repair. If needed in a future will try a different place.
Just want to start off by saying I did not end up using this shop to repair the dent and scratch on my car. HOWEVER, I did get my second out of 8 estimates for the repair from R&C. To say the least R&C’s estimate was almost two to three times higher than other repair estimates I had received. When I first arrived at the store I was greeted with a man who came out to look at my vehicle, after looking at the car he assured me that the door would have to be replaced, the paint I had would cost extra and also told me that taking the sensors out and recalibrating them would cost upwards of $2000 alone. He assured me that the price was so high because they are one of the best and other auto shops in the STATE of Connecticut as a whole do not know how to repair cars properly nowadays. Admittedly I am no expert on cars, but I can guarantee anyone writing that I had my car fixed at another auto collision center for almost 1/3 of the price, and least to say the sensors on 2022 car are in fine working condition, my door did not have to be replaced, and I cannot tell that there was ever any damage to my vehicle. At the end of the day I am sure these guys will do a great job but I feel as though the guy at the front was trying to convince me that I would be screwed anywhere else I went while going somewhere else was probably the best thing I could have done for my car and my pocket.
I was told that my car will be fixed and detail. I was very surprised when I picked up my car and it was detailed on the inside as well as the outside. I’ve had auto body work done previously on other cars and they said the same thing and never detail the inside. I appreciate you guys very Thank you !!
This place is excellent, they know what they are doing and are extremely detailed with the quotes and performance. They are professional and the end results of my Honda Accord is my car looks exactly how I purchased it.
Excellent customer service here, they informed me of each step along the way. The car was finished sooner than I thought it would, and they did an impeccable job. The car was returned to me clean and looking sharp! I would definitely recommend this shop to others, and that's not just because of the cute Sheltie dogs in the office! Thank you R&C!
R & C did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle after I was involved in an accident. My vehicle is 14 years old and they made it look better than before the accident! They then waxed the exterior and made my tires shine. They even cleaned my floor mats. Their customer service was excellent as well. My vehicle was even ready earlier than expected. They made an upsetting circumstance so much easier to deal with. Thank you R & C!!

R & C is great! We've been clients of R &C for many years. Fortunately, we staved off visits for several years, but recently had to get some work done on my daughter's car. The work done was flawless. We went to R & C because we trust the quality of their work and they are always nice.

I've used one or two other repair shops over the years but the best and my first choice is R &C. They are thorough. They work seamlessly with the insurance companies. My cars have always looked like brand new. The only negative is that they will no accept claims from my own insurance company. If I have to file a claim on my own insurance, I have to use another repair shop. That's a shame.
R&C handled the repairs to the left-front quarter of my Honda Accord. The staff was very friendly and responsive to questions and handled arranging a rental car for the time the car was in the shop. When the work was finished, the car looked BETTER than before, because they not only did a great job on the actual repair, they did full detailing job on the car, including polishing the wheels and tires and thoroughly cleaning the interior. Great job!
This was the best repair shop I've ever been to. My car went in for repair for extensive rear damage after an accident. I recieved weekly calls updating me on the progress. It was done on the day they said it would be, and the paint match is wonderful. The car also came back with a full detail. I can't say enough good things about R&C.

Someone hit my cars rear bumper. They handled all the insurance stuff, got me a rental, where on time and did great work, cant tell that the car was ever damaged. They did perfect work and returned the car clean. Can not recommend enough, they should be your body shop

Brought my 2005 Hyundai xg350 to get an estimate for some minor damage to rear tail light and rear bumper. Car was in excellent condition with 110,000 miles. No rust as prior to me buying three years ago had never seen winter weather. Dropped car off on Monday, told that car might be totaled which I found very hard to believe. Came up with a $ 2,300.00 estimate which the insurance company found acceptable. Expected to have the repaired car back by Friday. Had not heard back from R & C so I contacted them nine days later to find out that the car was just sitting there untouched because of no communication from the Insurance Co. and they had tried to get a hold of (BS). I asked if I could call them from there and within ten minutes we were in touch. That afternoon they removed the bumper and said they found additional damage of over $ 900.00 and that the insurance company would total the car as they valued it at $ 3,000.00. The car was worth much more than that to us so we had to accept a check from the insurance co. for less as they had to deduct the salvage value. I believe the estimate was bogus and R& C did not want to work on our older car. I wanted to take the car somewhere else and pay out of my pocket to perform the necessary repairs. Time was running out on the rental car so I wanted the car back ASAP. They told me they had to put pieces back on before I could take it. Went back 36 hours later and the car wasn't touched so I took it anyway. Would never recommend them to anyone. No communication and lack of professionalism.
I have been using R&C for 25 Years. They have done everything from minor dings to severely damaged front and rear to total losses. One of the cars I brought in did not look bad, and they could have easily done a ton of work to it, but Ray explained the car would never be right again. This last one was for some damage to passenger side. Ray handled everything from soup to nuts. He contacted insurance, put together quote, sent everything out and delivered the car as promised. When I picked it up, he had even fixed an annoying issue I had. Plus, the car looked better than it has in the last year. I have recommended R&C numerous times, and will continue to recommend them. They do great work and handle all the pain of having to have a car repaired professionally, friendly, and courteously.
