Attempted to charge me $850 for an oil pressure sensor. When I said no, they then charged me $200 for diagnostic fee. Good money for running a scanner. Called met buddy and he came over replaced the part in 15 minutes.
I have been to Stellar's twice now, and can't say enough good things about them.
Last fall, I took my car in for an oil change and new tires, and they not only did an excellent job, but they also checked the brakes free of charge. And instead of pressuring me to get new brakes at that time, they said I should be okay at least until the next oil change. Can't remember the last time an auto repair shop didn't try to upsell me in that situation. They also provided courtesy transportation so I didn't have to waste time waiting for my car to be worked on. Another plus.
I also mentioned to them that my gas mileage had dropped lately, and they said it may be the fuel injectors. But again, instead of pressuring me to spend money to have the injectors cleaned at the garage, they shared with me an OTC brand that works very well that I could add myself. (44K BG) That stuff was amazing, and improved my mpg dramatically without having to spend a lot of money or time.
And yes, I did go back to them for my next oil change and to have my brakes done, and once again had a very pleasant experience. Plus they charged less than the dealership.

We dropped our vehicle off on a Tuesday for an oil leak. They let us know pretty quickly what the problem was. Let us know our options. They gave us an estimate and a timeframe of the following Monday. They finished the job ahead of schedule and received the vehicle back on Friday. Awesome job. Thank you to the whole crew. We will always be a customer of Stellers. Just a little sidenote that Kevin guy is kind of funny looking but he’s a great friend.
These guys are just the best. We've been bringing all three of our cars here for close to a decade and they've never failed to disappoint us. This is more than I can say for many of their competitors. It has taken us a while to find Steller's and we're so happy we did. Thanks guys.

Excellent experience with Steller’s. Great communication about what work was needed and pricing. They got a big job done well ahead of the estimated amount of time needed. Most importantly for me was that they actually contacted me as soon as the car was ready instead of me having to call them to find out the car had been ready for hours. Polite professional and highly recommended.

We are super happy with Stellars who were able to fix our tailgate after having it in twice to the local Honda dealer who claimed there was no issue until we recently couldn’t unlock it. This is my second time bringing my 2016 Mazda CX-3, initially for an unexpected fuel pump assembly line and yesterday for a tune up. Next month having brakes and windshield washer pump replaced.
From start to finish, the customer service and repairs were exceptional & affordable. They even offer shuttle service and lock box for late pick up if necessary!
While I don’t look forward to spending more money on my vehicle, relieved to know a local garage I can trust!

Steller's did it again. I came in with a complaint on my 5 y/o 100K mile car and not only was the issue successfully addressed but they found the issue was covered by a manufacture's warranty. Love it! Ten years ago I received a new engine from a different manufacturer on a 90K miles car when Steller's suggested I visit the car dealer to address a complaint. In addition to quality service, all interaction with personnel is friendly and professional. I go no where else.
Been there several times for service in the past 3-4 years. The best service and repair shop I’ve dealt with…ever! And I’ve been to many over the years. Professional, reliable, friendly and most importantly, outstanding and skilled technicians. Haven’t had a single complaint. I’m almost looking forward to my next major auto repair, lol. My whole family goes to Stellars Garage because they always do their best to keep our cars in top shape. We trust them and always have a great experience.
2018 Ford Fusion I think the reviews on this garage are fraudulent products, I made an appointment for transmission , ptu case , rear differential fluid change and to replace a downstream oxygen sensor . They told me they have to diagnose the vehicle before they going to generate an estimate to give me the price having all the oem parts and fluids purchased by myself, and after that they not start the job without my approval and will take a couple hours so I dropped the car at 8am They didn’t reach to me so I called by noon and they said they will start after lunch and the car should be ready by the end of the day and will cost me $326 . About 4pm I received a call telling me that to change the sensor will take longer because they have to unscrew the drive shaft to reach it and they need to keep the car for the next day and will cost me $526 . Ok I agreed what choice would I have . The next day they never called me so I called by 11am and the told me the car is ready . When I paid I looked at the invoice and it was no transmission fluid change listed and the ptu ( transfer case ) and differential fluid change no price for labor the only labor price was for oxygen sensor I looked in my trunk and transmission fluid was untouched and the differential fluid was a half of qt used and 1/2 qt of the ptu . When I asked they told me that I never said anything about transmission and that the differential took 1/2 Str . The car specs said deferential 1.1qt . I don’t know about the other customer experience but I consider this a bad customer service , misleading deceiving and not knowing how to do the job they highly advertised . I am former auto technician and worked for dealerships in 80s and 90s , If I had a lift it probably take me 1 1/2 to 2hr to do it , I’m 64 years old and it would be impossible for me to do it on car standards. I will never take my car or recommend this shop to anyone , so don’t trust the 5 stars reviews and if you ever need work on your car ask for in writing for an estimate before they raise the price and tell you didn’t asked for the repairs they forgot or didn’t do .
Referred here for a check engine light which was scanned as an intake manifold issue. Friendly staff comfortable location. Ready to answer and address any questions and concerns. Communicated like a neighbor...not a business! Highly recommend.
Steller’s garage had always provided quality work and have always been honest. I prefer to take my car in here for all services as opposed to dealerships or other garages.

I am a regular customer at Stellar's Garage for my family's cars. I recently had brakes replaced & other maintenance performed on my wife's car. They did a great job with that. As usual, they went the extra mile to diagnosed a noise in the exhaust system, tracked the source to the catalytic converter system, & researched the applicable warranty extension technical service bulletin. They printed this out, explained the detail, & gave advice on how to summarize the issue at a dealership. They were spot on - we justed completed the repair under warranty at the dealership. Really nice work!
I was looking for a new shop and I think I might have found it. They were recommended by my brother and felt at ease as soon as I walked through the door. I love the fact that they sent me a report with pictures. In all my years ? (57) I never received a report on my vehicle. I just wish they were open on Saturday's, but I understand because I don’t want to work weekends either.
I am very pleased with the service I received at Steller’s Garage. I got an appointment pretty quick. My car was fixed with new front end parts the same day. They were very professional and my car drives great. I would definitely recommend Steller’s Garage and will return there with any other issues with my car.
