Absolutely crooks and poor customer service
They gave me the wrong headlight bulb and when to go in store to return and his words were “we can’t take that back look at they way you opened the package I can’t resell that”
Terrible customer service I will never go there again and would highly recommend everyone to stay away from this store

I went into Napa after the dealer told me I needed new windshield wipers which would cost $300 including labor. I had no idea what kind I needed or how to put them on. Bob, the manager was kind enough to look up what I needed, check my car to see what quality I currently had, and suggest the type to buy. In addition, Bob put them on for me!! What service! Amazing! Thank you to Bob and I will definitely be back!
No stars if I could because they sold me a defective part and when I came back to return it they would not give my money back. There are other reviews about the same issue so clearly they constantly steal people’s money!!! I shouldn’t have to buy the same exact part at a different store then have dispute a transaction with my bank because they don’t accept their mistakes.
I live in Monroe but will always travel here for Seymour’s expertise and advice. Truly a great experience and they really do take care of veterans with phenomenal discounts and customer service. Thanks and I will always be back!
Had an issue that the owner help resolve quickly. They kept their word and that is one of the things I appreciate the most, keeping your word. Everything worked out and that's makes me wanna keep doing business with them...
I just went to Napa in Shelton. I was low on power steering fluid and I wasn't sure about the oil. The gentleman helped me pick out what I needed. But then the manager Bob actually went out to my car. Checked my oil for me and put my power steering fluid in for me. I have never gotten service at any Auto parts store then I did at Shelton Napa. Bob is very nice very professional and he helped me out on my lunch hour.!!!! Thanks again
General manager sold me wrong brake pads, and wrong headlight bulb. Went to return items unopened and unused in original packaging. Wanted nothing to do with it. Would not refund or even entertain issuing a store credit because it was over their seven day return policy. Bad policy! I will make it my mission never to give them any future business and will ensure no one that I know goes there again.
