Excellent service on an older iPhone with water damage. The owner suggested not doing anything and get a new one (she wasn't selling phones) but I like to keep things as long as possible. It works great now and she gave me a new case! Thanks!

Battery was replaced quickly, but I wasn’t told it would be a non-Apple-certified battery. This causes verification warnings and lowers resale value. (All this even though I told them I was replacing battery prior to resale!) They also added a screen protector without asking. Total cost was about $99 compared with Apple's estimate of $89 (prior to tax) for a certified battery. Seems best to just avoid these people! Update: Good: they removed the screen protector, replaced the battery with the original, and gave me a full refund. That's good. But: Unfortunately, it's incomplete to say that even if an Apple Store replaced the battery they would get the warning about a battery that couldn't verify. True, but Apple and Apple Authorized Service Providers are able to clear the warning. So others will have to decide how important not having that warning is to them.

Arta helped me fix my phone and she did it quickly and efficiently. They also gave me the best price I could find here. I would come back again.

I stopped by this mobile repair shop to get some help with my Android phone, and I was really pleased with the service. The team did their best to figure out the issue.

I have been here for Cell phone, Ipad and laptop servicing. The owners Arta and Marigona have on each occasion managed to fix the problem, at the lowest cost. On one occasion they lent me an in-house charger till the replacement arrived. They almost always are able to make repairs within the day

Arta at Mobile Rescue saved me untold hours of agonizing extra work restoring my broken MacBook laptop. The folks at the Apple Store were completely unhelpful and turned me away, saying it was extremely difficult to do this work and Arta did it without batting an eye. She is extremely professional and experienced, and I could not recommend her and the store highly enough for any repairs or Data Recovery work. I want to extend a sincere thank you to Arta and Marigona at Ridgefield Mobile Rescue. I was greeted on Saturday morning with a message that my laptop had hardware issues. I brought it to Ridgefield Mobile Rescue, and they quickly diagnosed the issue and provided me with an overview of the proposed repair and quoted me a very fair price for the work. The parts were supposed to come in on Monday but through no fault of their own, did not come in until Tuesday afternoon. The delivery was scheduled for 1:30 to 4:30 and they close at 5. Without asking, Arta volunteered that if the parts came in late, she would stay until the repair was made. That’s customer service! If you have any electronic repairs (laptop, desktop, phones, gaming devices, etc.), look no further than Ridgefield Mobile Rescue. Arta and Marigona will go out of their way to ensure your satisfaction!

I'm a repeat customer. Everytime I go in, I'm greeted in the most welcoming way and they are so informative with any questions I have of purchases or for repairs to my devices. I most recently went in to get a new screen protector and phone case. I'm satisfied with the customer service and the quality products. The lady working there even applied the screen protector and phone case for me.

This is the place to go if you need any kind of electronic repair. My son's Xbox was having issues. The girls are the most professional, kindest and trustworthy!! They originally quoted me a price and when I went to pick it up it ended up being half the price because they ended up not having to fix both issues. I was so grateful. For many years, Mobile Rescue on Danbury Road in Ridgefield has been my store to go to whenever I had problem with one of my computers or iPhone. Marigona en Arta, the two ladies who are running the store, are knowledgeable and were always able to timely solve my problems. They are very customer oriented, friendly and a pleasure to work with. Their pricing is fair and reasonable. I whole heartedly recommend them.

Quick Speedy Service, and very Knowledgeable Staff. Went for a visit at this location from Yonkers, New York just to fix my Apple Watch with these ladies!! Honest and trustworthy and aren’t their to pinch customers pockets (unlike other mobile repair stores I’ve visited in the past) SO WORTH THE DRIVE! I had the pleasure of dealing with Arta and Marigona at this location. I had an ongoing issue with my Apple Watch and they were able to detect the issue(s) in a matter of just a few minutes! I had an amazing experience at Mobile Rescue. The employees as very nice and understanding. They never gave up and pulled off what seemed like the impossible! Felt very safe and comfortable leaving my phone in their hands! 100% recommend these guys if you need help!

This shop was recommended to me by a friend who had repairs done on a broken screen. I purchased a new case for my iPhone 8 Plus and the owner showed me lots of options in different colors that were in stock. I also got a great screen protector and magnetic phone holder for my car. The prices were totally reasonable and customer service was excellent. I will definitely purchase from here again.

Great experience and excellent customer service. I had an old iPhone 7 sitting in a draw at home after being completely submerged in water. I tried everything to get the phone to work so I can save my pictures, contacts, notes, and other stuff from the phone. When everything failed I took it to Mobile Rescue, the girls greeted me right away and were extremely attentive. They were very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions and were able to restore all of my data without any problems!! I also purchased a tempered glass and a case for my new iPhone X! If I ever have any technology issues or questions I will 100% return to these ladies and I recommend anyone to do the same!!

Great first experience, Marigona was very helpful with repairing my Mac book, she was honest and extremely fair on price. She also took an extra few minutes of her time to repair headphones, which now look better than new, and added a screen protector to my iPhone X. I highly recommend this store for any service and repair.

My experience at Mobile Rescue Ridgefield was one for the books! To start, the place is beautifully set up to make you feel right at home. I went in to replace my screen and it turned into a whole experience! The prices are reasonable and everything was done in a timely manner., the owners were extremely respectful and their professionalism is to be admired. This place is Amazing! Great quality work, great staffing, and always get things done on time. My iPhone 5 was cracked into 300 hundred pieces! I walked in The store and this really nice girl with blue eyes, very polite helped me, she fixed my phone within 35 minutes!! Affordable prices and great service! Can't beat that.
