I took my wheelchair conversion van in there the door that slides in the side came off the hinge. I had to have it towed in there and they said they couldn't work on it because it was a conversion van. It was the door that was off the hinge had nothing to do with the conversion part of the van. I was kind of surprised that they didn't work on it because this is who worked on the vehicle prior to me purchasing it IDK ?‍♂️♿

Wish I could leave zero stars. Stellantis should close this facility down before they continue to ruin the brand!!!! UPDATE this dealer or one of its employees submitted my phone number to numerous spammers and I’ve had to block nearly 100 numbers in 3 days!!! I’m contacting the manufacturer and reporting them to the fullest extent!!!!

I bought my first car from Pamby Motors this weekend and it was definitely a great experience. Jimmy was able to find exactly what I was looking for and delivered it to Pamby for me. Tom was very easy to work with in the finance department and was also helpful throughout the entire process. If you want to avoid the typical “car salesman” and want to be treated fairly and respected, buy your car from Jimmy at Pamby!

Though pricing has gone up everywhere, they seemed to be on par. Work was done correctly and professionally and I would go back if my Jeep was in need. No complaints!

From upstate NY. Jimmy Hicks was our salesman. Cut the entire deal over the phone. He is top notch. Very good communication and the jeep was as advertised. I would recommend him when buying a vehicle from Pamby.

I have been looking to lease a car for a couple of weeks and have went to several dealerships and have walked out. I called Pamby Jeep early on Saturday and spoke to a very kind salesman, Jimmy. I told him what I was looking for in terms of car and payment. After speaking with Jimmy over the phone I went to the dealership and was not pressured at all. Jimmy took his time showing me the car and explained all of the features. When it was time to talk numbers he did everything he could to get me the best deal. I felt respected throughout the entire process which means a lot to me. This was the first time I ever leased a car on my own without my Dad or husband with me. Other dealerships did not take me seriously when I went in alone or spoke to them over the phone. That wasn't the case here at Pamby. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to lease or buy a car. All of the employees at the dealership were very kind, however Jimmy went above and beyond to make sure this was a positive experience for me. He took his time to review all of the car's features upon pick up and even called me the next day to make sure I was liking the car and didn't have any questions.

Not the best experience... If I didn't buy my jeep at your dealership (stealership*)....you wont help? I personally, work in the car industry & it painful to work with a Service Department that is too busy to help based on the price of your problem. I would suggest to go to Danbury Jeep....... before Pamby...

I've been leasing with these guys for years and I feel like I'm part of the family! Tom always tells me the truth when it comes to deciding whether to lease/buy. Convenient location and affordable deals. I just bought my car and the process was so easy!

3/23/2022. Called to make an appointment day before. Was told to bring in the next morning. First thing asked, "Who does my oil changes" Second thing asked was "Did you buy the car here" Told them I had no idea because its a company car that a lot of people use....I was not on the list. Left the car. By 5 o'clock, no call. Called and got sales, they had Mr. Pamby call about about 8 pm. all apologetic and they were looking to find the problem. The car was brought in because the warning light said the air suspension system light was on. Knew they never looked at it. Told them Im picking up the car in the morning. I went in and after telling them of my issue the service person told me "Bring it somewhere else"

We worked with Jimmy at the Pamby Jeep location. He was beyond helpful - super friendly, efficient, and helped expedite the entire leasing process. He also followed up the next day to ensure that we enjoyed our purchase/asked if we needed any additional assistance. He made our Jeep experience absolutely awesome. SHADY Dealership! We contacted this dealership wanting to purchase a Jeep, we have full financing already. This dealer got upset and said we had to use their financing or they would tack on another $1000 on a $52,000 truck, WHAT??? Asked them if they are willing to loose a sale over $1000 and the financing guy said yes, "we have to make extra money somehow!" BE AWARE of their extra fees! We we're willing to pay the listed price, but with them saying we have low inventory and will tack on extra money is ridiculous! Not willing to work with customers is horrible customer service! (Know what a buy rate & sell rate is before going to a dealership!)

It’s a rare thing when a dealership goes over and above an expected degree of service, earning the highest accolades from a customer. I purchased my Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk from Pamby Motors, and their level of care and service resonates positively across the experience. I had wished to purchase locally, to assist in supporting my community infrastructure, and the kind folks at Pamby have made sure that I’ve been satisfied at every turn. Service appointments have always been immediately scheduled, and my vehicle completed at the promised time. Recently, Nick Pambianchi, one of the family members of the dealership and Service Manager, went over and above in assuring I was pleased with my product, refitting new brake rotors and pads at their expense, to replace a manufacturer-approved product I was unhappy with. I was perfectly willing to pay the difference between the manufacturer-approved parts, and the more expensive OEM product as fitted at the factory, but Nick would hear none of it, footing the entire bill, despite the fact that I’d driven with the previously installed equipment for a good number of months. My vehicle was back in one day, and the service personnel were gracious and accommodating. This is not the first positive experience I’ve had at this dealership. A warrantied shifter assembly was replaced immediately, despite there being a shortage of this particular part. Somehow, they saw to it the part was delivered, and once again, I was on my way in a day. Many warm thanks, Nick and staff at Pamby Motors. From this point on, as the ad slogan goes, “Only in a Jeep,” and only from Pamby. Cheers.

DON’T BE DECEIVED !!! Staff at the oil change very friendly & professional I always use them for oil change . BUT Guys at the body shop aren’t that great , was trying to get my car fixed there after a car accident , literally had to call about 10 times looking for Tom who is in charge of car repairs( I think ) and leave messages every time but NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK ! He is either not interested in fixing my car ( talking about near $ 2800 to be fixed ) Or somehow just doesn’t care ! EITHER WAY IM TAKING MY BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE !

Easily the worst car shopping experience of my entire life. From the minute I showed up to the minute I walked out on the sales rep, I was treated like an unwanted guest. I was denied a test drive, denied the vehicle I requested to see and had to pry for information. After begging the guy for information about the car, I decided to just walk away... I do not think I will ever be returning to this dealership.

So far we had a much more pleasant experience here than another nearby Jeep dealer. They also seem to have a good stock of vehicles. Great dealership.

I called this dealership to service my new wrangler under warranty and because I didn't purchase the car from them they would not service it. How incredibly short minded of them. This is my 3rd jeep and I plan to buy more but clearly never from this dealership.

What a rip off, they charged me $130 to add water to my coolant to test and then found the results inconclusive, now i need a flush and still having the same problem. When i brought it back they tried to charge me $130 again to further investigate, and then at the end of it all he told me he recommends i go somewhere else to get it fixed. WOW, never been treated this way, especially by the dealership.

Looking for a car is one of the most stressful situations. Colby made it so easy and seamless. There was no pressure, no hard sales pitch. For a domestic car dealership we were treated better then any European luxury dealer. More like a client then a customer. We will definitely be back!

Called the dealership to get the price for programming a new key fob for my vehicle. Was given a price for a new fob, along with the cost to program it, which was $60. Explained that I had the fob already, I just needed it programmed. Suddenly the price was $120 for programming. I asked why the difference and was told that this was for a different vehicle than I had requested. But I had given them the VIN BEFORE getting the original price, so they knew exactly what type of vehicle it was. To my mind, this is unethical. I will NEVER go to them for ANY service or purchase.

Annoyed that these guys charged me $120 for a wheel alignment and couldn't complete it. The tierods were rusted, so they couldn't complete the job, but still charged me for starting the alignment and getting it hooked up. I asked my local mechanic, and he said they should have checked the tierods first before putting it up on the lift. As a Jeep dealer, they should have known better! I'm sure they are a good dealer, but i wouldn't call this good customer service.

**BEWARE!!!** They will knowingly sell you used parts without telling you(selling them as new parts, at new part prices) and when you call them out on it they make up excuses and try not to refund you! Plus want you to send them back the part at your own expense! Its bad when the part they sell you is worst then the one you need to replace!

Great dealership!!! From the owners to the sales and service department!! Very helpful and they know there products, My wife and 3 girls bought me a new wrangler as a surprise birthday present. They couldn't decide on which one and the sales guys really helped them out on the decision and had a ton of patients with them. Thanks to all the Pamby staff that made my birthday gift happen!! Best Jeep Dealership in the State

I've been doing business with Pamby Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram for over 15 years and they are simply the best car dealer in the area! They go out of their way to make their customers happy!

The staff was very friendly. Mike, the new sales guy was quite knowledgeable. If you want a new Jeep nearby, defined check them out. They are a no-pressure atmosphere!

They are great! Joel, Dennis, Tom and company took the extra time to make sure everything went smoothly during the buying process..and even let me come by a few extra times to see if my sub woofer would fit in the back of my Jeep! ... They truly worked as a TEAM getting me in and out on pickup day so I could make it back to work on time....and have been good friends ever since, years later! :)
