I recently took my 2022 Genesis to this place due to its proximity to my house and the positive reviews. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the service. Despite the accident being minor, I had to leave my car there for an entire month. The employee who took the car did not note down the specific instructions my husband provided, which I found very unprofessional. The mechanic should have thoroughly inspected the vehicle. The final bill was nearly $9,000, which is an outrageous amount for the labor involved. I am also dissatisfied with the quality of the work. I have no idea how they positive reviews.

Excellent Service. Miracle workers. Somehow, the Pamby Service team was able to find our VERY rare Special Edition Mercedes rim (it has been discontinued for years) in ENGLAND! Talk about going out of your way for customer service. We had tried previously through several other "certified" Benz repair shops and no one could ever do it (or wasn't willing to go to the effort for us). Then our car was involved in a minor accident, and the existing rim and tire were destroyed. We picked Pamby off of a preferred provider list. Once they started the repair they (unbeknownst to us) found the rare rim (in England!), ordered it and installed it – then told us what they did. Smiles all around from us! We couldn't be happier! The car looks beautiful and the repair was top notch.

These guys did an excellent job repairing my Subaru’s fender & bumper after an accident. The black paint-matching is spot-on, and the car is indistinguishable from when I first bought it. Highly recommend! Nice bunch of gentleman.

April 2020, I took my car here for body repairs after a second accident and again received painless top-notch service and responsiveness from Tom Falconieri and his crew. The work done to bring my car’s front end damage to original condition was completely gratifying. And they didn’t turn their noses up on my beloved old Lexus the way other shop managers did. I have learned that Tom is no longer there, so I hope this is still a fantastic shop for your AutoBody needs.

My mom was rear ended last September at a stop sign and she was so upset. I took her car to Pamby Auto Body where Tom, Nick and the team of professionals gave an estimate, fixed her car back to its original state and delivered it back to us on the exact date that they said they would be finished. They even dealt with the insurance company for her. Getting into an accident or just needing any type of auto body repair can be a painful and costly process. What a huge relief now that I have a place that I know I can count on to take care of my moms car and my cars too. Pamby Auto body is honest, reliable, and has very fair and reasonable prices. I trust Tom F. and Pambys because they earned my trust with their honesty and delivering on all of their promises. I highly recommend them for all of your autobody repair needs, the service center is great with my oil changes. And Ps.. I also had a dent in my Audi Q7 which they fixed in three days, new paint and all and they went the extra mile by making sure they explained all the work that they competed to make it look new again. Highly skilled and both professional and friendly staff. You won't regret your choice to use this autobody shop.

Pamby Autobody did a full restoration on my 2006 Ford F-350. They showed great attention to detail in respect to metal work as well as rustproofing both new work and existing sheet metal. The paint work on the truck came out very nicely and over all they were a pleasure to work with. I have a fair amount of experience in this type of work myself, and can say that they did a much better job than I could have done myself with their quality equipment and quality technicians. Thanks for breathing life back into my vehicle!

I would give Pambys Auto Body 10 stars if I could. After my car kissed my stone wall this winter due to ice it needed some serious TLC to the whole drivers side. I was recommended by a friend of mine who got her bumper replaced and after seeing the work that was done I immediately inquired. Not only did they fix my car perfectly but the way they detailed it was so impressive - it is sparkling clean and the inside is immaculate. Their pricing was completely reasonable. Tom and his team of guys were so knowledgeable and kind which was nice knowing my car was in good hands after a past of horrible experiences with shops. I was unable to pick up my car due to Covid and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to go as far to have one of the team members drop it off at my house for me all the way in New Milford!!!! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs body work and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Tom and the team at Pamby Auto body were fantastic to work with. I requested them to do some detailed prep & paint work work for me that that they did an exceptional job on. I would highly recommend this shop for all body shop needs! I only needed work on the front of my car after an accident and the staff at Pamby went above and beyond. They took care of all the dings and dents around my car, making it look brand new! The paint job was a perfect match and very well done. Have nothing but great things to say, coming from someone in business and knows how it all works!! The final repairs from a deer hit came out like new, I inspected everything pretty thoroughly when I got the car home and Pamby did a really great job. Pamby Auto Body made my car showroom new again after a deer accident that involved front end damage and airbag deployment. They are professional, easy to deal with, and true craftsmen. They took care of all of the interactions with insurance and coordinated with the dealer for recalibration. I only needed to pick up the car when it was done. At my request, they also fixed some old small scrapes and dents while it was in the shop and you'd never know they were there. It looks brand new. All of the paint and parts match perfectly. I would trust them with any car and any repair. A+

I won a free auto detail at Pamby's for Veteran's Day 2019. I brought in my car and they did a terrific job. My car is a Chevy Tahoe, which has a big interior. I have three little kids that had left the vehicle a real mess over the years, so the carpet and interior were not in the best shape, to say the least, and my daughter had scratched a drawing into the exterior of the passenger door with a stick. After the detail, the the car looks new. The leather looks great, the scratches on the exterior are gone, and everything else looks like a brand new car. And again, this was provided as part of a Veteran's Day drawing, so it was complimentary. Excellent job, and patriotic. Thanks to Tom, Alex, Jefferson, and the rest of the crew.

First and foremost, Tom and the crew are not your "run of the mill" autobody technicians, they are in a completely different category! The care taken to fix my 2008 Toyota Highlander was exceptional. After going above and beyond to make sure it was repaired correctly, they detailed it! Too bad there is not more then 5 stars to rate them, I would feel comfortable giving them a 10 star review! After an accident and substantial damage of my Lexus in early September, Pamby auto body took the car and repaired it beautifully, all the while being in touch with our insurance company and Lexus, making certain that Lexus was involved. Also, they returned my car in like-new and pristine condition assuring me that Lexus and they test drove it for safety. Also, I cannot say enough about Tom Falconieri, the manager, who kept in constant touch with us to let us know what was happening. What a class operation! I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I recently picked up my 2012 Honda Crv from Pamby Autobody and it looks better than the day i bought it! Tom and Nick went beyond the call of professionalism by patiently explaining to me the process and procedures that needed to be done in order to repair my car the correct way. They updated me every step of the way, Used Factory OEM parts, and were very pleasant to speak with both in person and over the phone. I own a 2012 mini Cooper S someone backed up into my bumper and crushed it. I called Pamby motors autobody and spoke with the manager Tom who was extremely helpful. The work was phenomenal and I was extremely pleased. I highly recommend this body shop to anyone that needs work done. You won't be disappointed. They are one of the better bodyshop in CT. PS I work with cars myself so I'm a very picky guy and they went above and beyond to fix my car back to its original state.

We went to Pamby's on the strength of the recommendations they got on the Ridgefield, CT site. Now I understand why they got those recommendations. I cannot say enough about the wonderful service and honest work ethic we experienced. I will never go anywhere else but here. Here's why. I side swiped my Dad's car against a large heavy painted garbage shed, leaving an inch wide bumper to bumper scratch on the passenger side doors (yeah, I know). We dropped in midday without an appointment to inquire about the process for them to fix it. Tom and Nick quickly assessed matters and suspected they could remove the scratch with a solvent. I asked whether there would be creases or dents that should be fixed. Their response was, no, we don't think it is worth spending that money. We will take a look once it is done, but the car's paint coat hasn't been broken so it won't rust, and we think you will be fine. Sure enough, they took it up to the garage and, while we waited, their paint specialist removed the entire thing. And when he wasn't happy that it was the best possible job, he decided to buff it out. The end result was dazzlingly good. How much did they charge us? Not one cent. They did it as a courtesy and they could not have been more attentive, kind and polite. When did you last leave an Autobody shop - or any mechanic - for that matter, feeling like you could 100% trust them to act solely in your best interest?

Just picked up my car from Pamby Auto Body and it looks absolutely FANTASTIC! I brought the car in and spoke with a Mr. Nicholas Simeone, he was incredibly helpful and let me know they could take care of the damage in my hood and fender in a timely manor no problem. When it came to estimate the shop Manager Tom Falconieri was extremely knowledgable and to the point and said he would have my car looking brand new upon return (it does). They gave me a more than fair estimate (I shopped around), did the car and DELIVERED it to my house in a timely manor, and did an absolutely stellar job. Even when I went to check on the car the guys at the shop were great. Shout out to the whole team at Pamby Auto Body! I just had some work done on my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee at the Pamby Body Shop. They did a GREAT job. From answering my questions over the phone, giving me an estimate and agreeing with the dollar amount my insurance company estimated the repair would cost. It was easy and they were friendly. Next time I need body work done on my Jeep I would go back to Pamby - no questions asked. Also, my bumper looks great! Thanks to Jeff and the rest of the crew at Pamby.
