MUCH smaller than any auto parts store I've ever been in.

Went to buy an OBD2 scanner for my car today. Staff was very helpful and friendly

I called to make sure that they have a part before I made the trip and Doug was very helpful on the phone. Then I drove there and bought it and Doug was even more helpful because he helped installing it. Definitely recommended store.

this place has some of the worst customer service i've ever experienced. dirty looks and eye rolling just for asking a simple question? never again...

Rude, didn’t greet me, let the phone ring, left the sales Floor, then came back and sold me the wrong part.

My check engine light came on and I went in. They happily hooked up a sensor to my car to figure out the code. Very grateful for their help

These guys have gone out of their way to help me time and time again. Once, on a Sunday, they didn't have what I needed, but were able to locate it at the Danbury NAPA and have everything lined up for me to run over and pick it up. I really appreciate the kindness and effort.
