It is great if you have a needed part in stock, and it's fine if you don't. The only thing that's unacceptable is to promise that you're going to get it, then don't and just leave me hanging, even after I call two more times to get an update. That's B.S.! The part was a "Duralast Pin Boot Kit 16208", and I was promised it by 3:00p on a Friday. Called Friday night - they took my information and promised to give an update. Called Saturday evening - they took my information and promised to give an update. It's now Wednesday and I've never heard back. Thank God, NAPA had what I needed. And just for the record: AutoZone's "rewards program" is the worst in the industry, and maybe the worst in ANY industry. I signed up for it when it was created, and have never gotten a single reward of any kind. Points always expire before I can use them.

I went in to get my deposit back on a loaner tool. I wanted 3 pait's they had none of the three.my stuff is old and most of it has to be ordered and I know that. The guys in loveland are one of the best stores for customer service and always enjoy saying hi to everybody

It's a decent store, but doubt it will ever be my first choice. I've just had too many times when a part doesn't match the OEM part. They're usually helpful, the store is convenient, pricing is fine, but when you need a part to fit exactly, you may have to go elsewhere.

Tristan looked up my name up in the database to find my number even though I said I wasn't interested. Very creepy. Hope he doesn't have my address! the manager didn't really seem concerned when I told him. Sucks to be female I guess.

Didn't have the headlight bulb I came to get, despite the website saying they did. Apparently they don't even sell it but it was on the website and I drove across town to get it 9$ cheaper than Walmart only to find it to be BS and go back to wal mart because everything they actually had cost more. I wish I could rate it lower FRFR

Laureen and Ryan went way over what could be expected. I came in with a dead battery (probably a bad alternator) to have the system checked. The battery was so dead I couldn’t start the car for a test. They removed the battery and took it inside for recharging and testing. They also reinstalled the battery. Unfortunately , they didn’t have the alternator I needed, but they got me on my way home. Thanks, guys!!

There are two young ladies working here that are incredibly helpful, very welcoming, and super knowledgable! I came in with a few questions about bulbs, and they knew the answers off the top of their heads. They were also able to help me confirm that I'd grabbed the correct items. LOVE this!

Went in to the Garfield store in Loveland a few days ago it's been bothering me since there was a manager of all things slandering a former employee from there previous store she had transfered from while pretty much throwing her self at the man she continually kept saying bad things about the girl like it was a bad thing the girl enjoyed to cleaning to stay busy rathen then standing around like this manager...the man was in another employees lines being rang up and he asked if the employee would change his number in the system to his new one mind u she has a customer in her line she's working with she yells I'll do.it.for u and stands there chatting it up as there's other customers to be helped....if she wants to throw her self and gossip about how she got another lady fired pretty much she should do that on her own time and be conducting her self in a more of a roll modol aspect then acting like a child. I don't see how.shes a manager period with the rate she's going ur store is going to carry a bad rep.its bothered me so much I won't be entering ir store in the future as long as she's still employed there her behavior was horrible and I've been a customer of urs for 30+ years

Used to be Autozone customer for well over 20 years....until now. Once gave them 5 stars, but now go to O'reilly's. Manager actually had ..... to call me a liar on return. Every great business functions well when manager is great...not the case here. Had this experience now at two of my local store locations! Autozone going down hill?

Placed an order online and bought filters engine and cabin. Oil filters and oil for 2 cars. Finished up my oil change and to my surprise my last cabin air filter box is empty. Go back to this place and the poor kid working the desk was apologetic. He goes in the back and I assume tells the manager. Manager doesn’t bother coming out just tells the kid to tell me “there’s nothing we can do”. I understand I should have checked but i grabbed a whole load of stuff this morning. The least you can do is come out and talk to a customer. If you’re gonna be a manager, act like one. I’d respect this situation more if you took charge of it.

To many young lazy kids working here. Ask employee Andrew for a simple request, huffs and just starts making excuses or reasons not to look for something. Couldn't even be bothered to get off his phone too open the door for a customer carrying out 9 bottles of oil. I'll shop elsewhere.

This AutoZone is the worst that I've been too, the employee name Conner E is very unprofessional doesn't have any customer service skills, is very rude, and not at all helpful. I went to return some tools and didn't have my receipt I told him that we had used our number and he told me that he can't look up the receipt by phone number. But was willing to give us a store credit I told him that I didn't want a store credit, with the manager nearby he did nothing also. But I did end up finding my receipt and he asked for the phone number. I was like are you serious??? What for?? If he doesn't need it

Andrew W was an amazing help! I wasn’t sure if I needed a new battery, so he tested the one I had and let me know it was no good. He helped me pick the best option for a new battery with a better warranty than what I had looked at online. He took out the old one and installed the new within minutes! All the other customers I saw also had quick and assisted interactions with the staff. Great service.

So yesterday around 7:00 pmI go and return a couple of parts that I didn't need, one was a motor blower resister and the other a motor blower. I bought the parts from the Ft Collins store on Harmony since the Loveland store on Garfield didn’t have the items I was looking for (turned out I didn’t need these items, it was a loose connection that was the problem on my 2005 Tacoma) the reason I why I was returning these items. So I go in and tell the clerk what was going on, the guy behind the counter with a slight trim beard and mustache, light brown hair about 5’9”-5’10” both parts hadn’t even been taken out of the box. He tells me the motor blower had been used, I told him that the item had not even been out of the box until now that he had removed it from the box. He told me he wasn’t gonna give a refund on the part, he told me that there was some slight dust debris so he wouldn’t be able to do it. I told him once again that the part hadn’t been out of the box since I purchased it. Now at this point I am getting upset, this jerk is pretty much calling me a liar to my face, The blower motor resistor was sealed in plastic inside the box and told me he could refund me that, I told him no, I was going to drive to the store in Ft Collins and deal with it there. I get up to the Ft Collins store and tell the clerk the situation and what I had dealt with at the Loveland store. I had no problem getting my refund. The clerk told me sometimes when parts are sitting out back for a while they tend to collect dust. Anyhow I will never do business with the store on Garfield and will discourage others in doing business with them as well, I am sure my appearance played a big role in this experience, the guy was rude and very unprofessional and I’m sure there’s been plenty of customers that’s had similar experiences……

Terrible customer service. Staff member was not helpful at all and gaslight me. When I asked about the loan-a-tool program he said they didn’t have many tools to loan out when the website states there are 100’s of tools they loan out. Take your business elsewhere where the customer is treated better and the staff is helpful.

Bought brake pads for my car. I noticed that on the second pair, that the feelers on it were bent and would probably not line up. I took it back to the store to replace the defective two. The manager said we not going to play this game. Told me I need to go back and remove the first pair that I already put on and bring back the two defective ones. I told her just to replace the two defective ones. She was insisting I go take the two off that I already put on and bring it back. Her whole tone was rude

Worst AutoZone experience I've had in all my years of being a loyal customer!! From the moment we walked in and tried to get some help for the truck we recently bought that had just broken down 2.5 miles up the road, to the moment we decided to return our purchase, was the worst and most negative customer service experience!!! The 2 gentlemen working treated us as though they had better things to do than help us in any way and one even followed my fiance around the store like he was going to rob it or something. We made our way back to the purchase counter just as my phone died while trying to finalize an Uber. I asked the gentleman if I could plug my phone into the charger that was plugged in at the counter for just a quick second and was told no, I couldn't use any of their chargers. Once we did end up making it through our purchase (of almost $200) we realized that we didn't get the part we needed, and what we had talked to them about when we first got there. That's when they told us that they didn't have that part anyway and would have to wait until the next day... we returned our purchase, were told the money would be available in a few days, and left to make the 2.5-mile walk back to the truck, and kids, empty-handed. This review doesn't express the lack of care and disregard for us as people and as customers that we received from this business. We swore we would never return to this location!

Clean location friendly staff. Only problem is is the battery that I had gotten from one of the other locations I'd ask to be tested previously was told it was good. At this location they tested and told me it's absolutely garbage. Did the exchange however I'm not sure I'm happy with the new battery I got a feeling they just wash them and put some new juice in them and send them back out as new. Definitely not thrilled.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. Stephen H. helped me figure out an issue and was so kind to replace my battery. I appreciate the way he explained why and what it was I needed. I didn't feel rushed, or like helping me was too much, even though they were minimally staffed this morning. He really went above and beyond and I will continue to shop at this location, based on the service I received. Thank you so kindly, Stephen!!!

The sales clerk was extremely helpful with great humor. My car didn't pass inspection I needed to get a new gas cap, they didn't have any on hand. They ordered it from another store and it was there the following morning. I went to pick it up and the clerk came out and put it on for me. Now that's service!

I just wanted to thank Jake for the excellent customer service! I needed to exchange an oil filter wrench that we had purchased for a larger size. He recommended an adjustable oil filter wrench that worked perfectly! His knowledge and friendly service was very much appreciated!

They were short staffed - someone didn't show up for work - but still had the battery that I needed in stock and got it installed very promptly. The man that helped me was courteous, informative, and did not talk down to me as some auto parts places do. Good to be up and running again so quickly!

I went in today with a battery issue. First I worked with Mark who was super helpful and checked the charge on my battery for me. He even let me use some tools so help me clean the corrosion off. When I went back in after cleaning it to see if they could help jump it, Chad helped me. Talk about going above and beyond! He was so friendly, helpful and thorough and explained things in a way for me to understand (I'm pretty clueless when it comes to cars!) They helped me find the best deal on a battery and even took the time to install it and remove my super corroded old battery. They went above and beyond. I can't say enough good things about the fabulous customer experience I had at this location. HIGHLY recommend this location.

Very pleased with this store. Erin helped me find the replacement bulb for low beam headlight and helped me install it. Josh another employee was also helpful. The store manager, Chad, provided some great recommendations. We always have had great experiences and highly recommend this store.

Stephen and Todd were both very helpful. I had problems with a special order part that was for a different model and did not function properly in my model... Todd (the new store manager) took full responsibility and gave me the correct replacement part. The error ordering the part was as much my fault as autozone's. Todd never blamed me for the error, he apologized for the inconvenience and got the correct part and now my impreza passes emissions! Thank you guys for great customer service. Since they didn't charge me twice Stephen encouraged me to replace the timing belt, water pump and components, now my wife's impreza is good to for many more miles. Thanks guys! Steve Noble
