The guys at Loveland Ford were amazing. Josh was the best salesman we've ever dealt with. He was incredibly patient with us and was really empathetic towards our wants and needs. He was determined to show us everything we asked for and it felt like he was really rooting for us. He made what could be a stressful experience incredibly easy.

I just bought a used vehicle from Loveland Ford. Mike was my salesperson and was one of the best I’ve ever worked with. He was responsive, friendly, and gave me exactly the deal I wanted. I asked to do everything we could via text or email in advance because I hate spending 4 hours at a dealership. True to his word, we were in and out in record time and felt great about the entire process. Juan was fantastic as well! We love our new car and will definitely return for future cars.

I spoke to Wendy in parts for a spare tire. She was great and helping find one at the best price. Then she recommended since my daughter goes to CSU that I should take advantage of their mobile oil service.

So we called first and made the appointment when we got there all the men. Surrounded us like hound dogs. I'm glad I chose the lovely lady that helped my daughter out. She was very nice And definitely not pushy. Chloe was down-to-earth.

I purchased a 2016 Honda CRV AWD in June of 2025. The entire staff was amazing. On February 25th this year my vehicle out of nowhere was making a extremely loud rattling sound from cold start. I called Loveland Ford service department and spoke with Gary (The technician writer). Gary had my car valet picked up the very next day. Id personally recommended him to anyone! Gary is kind, respectful, professional, and meets and exceeds customer satisfaction. Currently Gary is working with me to resolve all issues that have risen. Loveland Ford is lucky to have such a great employee. Sincerely Georgette Hunt.

Visited Loveland to look for a truck, during my visit we did not find one but the salesman asked for my contact which I unfortunately made the mistake and gave it to him but told him not to bug me as if he did I would not buy one from them. Fast forward to today... I have received numerous calls for over a year.. sometimes twice a day. I am glad I went Brighton Ford and bought a new 2025 F250 almost a year ago, no pressure at all and they did not bug the heck out of us until we did. Might want to contact Brighton Ford and get some training from them on contacting customers to try to close a deal.

Loveland Ford proactively reached out to me informing me that they have a free mobile service. They also reminded me that I had a recall on my vehicle and they could take care of all of it with their mobile service and there would be no charge for the mobile service portion. Joe Segura was the technician that came out to my office. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and walked me through the entire process step-by-step. While he was changing my oil, he also noticed that a the front sway bar and it was incredibly loose. He called the Ford dealership and ordered more screws and put it back on for me so that I would not lose it. Overall, it was a 10 out of 10 experience. Joe was terrific! As a matter of fact, next time I need the mobile service I am going to request him by name each and every time. Great job Loveland Ford Service! Great job Joe Segura! I am an incredibly happy customer!

From first introduction until she handed us off to finance Chloe was professional, knowledgeable, empathetic, and customer focused. She understood our needs and made purchasing the right vehicle easy.

I took my sister there for her Ford Escape, and everything went smoothly. Communication was top notch. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They offered us a ride home while waiting for repair work. We felt well taken care of. Thank you.

Zach and the team were great, the truck I went to look at sold prior to arriving. No pressure from them told me they would call if something else showed up. Walked the lot with the family and found just want we were looking for! Told them we had to get to a basketball game and they had me in and out with my new to me Ford Ranger! Within a few hours. Would recommend to anyone, thanks Loveland Ford.

I recently purchased a 2021 Ford Expedition from Loveland Ford, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Duncan was a pleasure to work with from start to finish; professional, friendly, and truly went above and beyond. He even offered to take the test drive to my home so my wife and kids could check out the vehicle and make sure the car seats fit comfortably. Duncan has proud to be able to get me an excellent price, and the entire process was smooth and stressfree. I highly recommend Loveland Ford and Duncan to anyone looking into buying. Thank you Duncan for the bday wishes as well!

After getting a powertrain malfunction/Reduced Power on the Ford app, I took my F150 to Loveland Ford to get checked out. I was told that due to “snow” melt, water corrosion caused the problem to the main body wire harness corroding the connections. That harness is mounted on the interior driver side fender wall and it was explained to me by the technician, service manager Travis, and the advisor Josiah the connection should have a gasket but when it was manufactured human error caused there not to be one and it is not a Ford issue it was a me problem. It was going to cost $12,000 to fix and if it wasn’t it would cause more problems and damage. After I had several questions as it was not adding up and made zero sense and I continued to get a explanation from the SM that he said water corrosion is visible solely based off the pictures the technician took. After my truck sat in the parking lot for 3 1/2 weeks with out any further work being performed to fix it and the recalls not being completed even though Josiah said it was done which he lied and again if was not touched. I picked it up. I took it to another mechanic, showing the pictures learning there is absolutely not water corrosion and the harness is undamaged. And I learned the path in which water drains from below the windshield which again was 100% different from the Loveland Ford explanation. I then took it to Ford in Ft. Collins only provided them with the same information that I gave Loveland Ford. I was told that it needed 12 hours worth of software updates and after they spent hours checking it not finding anything I then told them what Loveland Ford told me needed to be fixed. They confirmed there is absolutely nothing wrong with the main body wiring harness and there was NO water corrosion or intrusion or damage to the connectors. I showed them the pictures and they said they didn’t show damage. I’m very thankful that Ken Garff took the time to actually diagnose the problem as only needing software updates which resolved all the issues that I had. They saved me $12k that Loveland Ford tried to scam me for. Lastly after leaving several messages for the Loveland service manager and advisor Josiah they both refused to respond back to me to discuss the situation. They refused to provide me with the documentation of the issues, and later reported they had fixed the problems showing up on my maintenance report. Lesson is if it doesn’t make sense or it’s not adding up take it somewhere else. I highly recommend Ken Garff Fort Collins and all aspects. I will NEVER go back to Loveland Ford and beware of there scams

Had a wonderful experience working with Mike!! He helped us with everything from making sure we had all the info on the truck we ended up purchasing. We live over an hour away from the dealership so driving up that way is hard, so he made sure to send over all the info he could, between extra pictures, extra videos on the truck, and was quick to answer any questions we had in regards to the truck. He even helped us with the financing and holding the truck till we were able to go up and check out the truck. We did end up purchasing the ram 2500. He was amazing to work with. If we ever find another car that we like we definitely would love to work with him again! Thank you so much Mike!

Totally dissatisfied with my experience at Loveland Ford. I brought a vehicle in for a recall and an unknown electrical issue. It’s $260/hr to diagnose. Steep but fine…they charge me an hour to find a chewed wire (damn rabbits). All good right? Well getting to this point took over a week during which almost no communication… then quoted another hour to repair the wire it turns out there was more than one wiring issue, but they only fixed the one. That 1hr almost repair took a second week plus a few days, during which I sent several unreturned phone calls and text messages trying to get an update. In the end, they returned me the car not fully repaired and warned me there is an new issue with my transmission that didn’t exist when dropped off. Is it electrical? I don’t know yet. Have to take it to a more reputable mechanic to find out! Not only would I not take my car here again, I will also never shop for a car here!

I had my Raptor serviced at Loveland Ford and was completely satisfied with our service advisor, Sarah. She kept me informed of each step along the way and was able to find answers to my questions. Julius, who performed the service, did an excellent job of explaining the potential repairs needed. My pickup was completed sooner than expected and the fix was done correctly. I will return again for service on my vehicles.

I was very pleased with the service writer and how quickly she was able to handle my problems with my pick up. Also, the shuttle driver that brought me back home. Tim was fantastic. And the drop off service really helped me as well since I didn’t have a ride back to the dealership to pick up my vehicle.. So thank you very much. If I need any more service, I’ll definitely bring it to Loveland Ford.

I’m on the road much of the year and bring my vehicle into various Ford dealerships around the country for maintenance and repairs so I know what I’m saying when I tell you Loveland Ford is top notch amongst them all! The people at this location are always welcoming and friendly. Whenever I call them it isn’t difficult to get a helpful actual human being on the phone to answer my questions or schedule an appointment. They’ve proved themselves to be trustworthy and excellent at keeping me informed and communicating at every step along the way. In addition I’ve never been refused a ride by one of their drivers when dropping off my vehicle or picking it up I will continue to prioritize bringing my vehicle to Loveland Ford over all the other area Ford dealerships because I LOVE LOVELAND FORD!!!

I waited six months before posting this because I wanted to calm down and give Loveland Ford every chance to make things right. Six months later, nothing has been fixed, and thinking about the experience still makes my blood boil. I bought a nearly new truck here. The first red flag was pricing games: a $700 “dealer handling fee” and roughly $600 for window etching. Only after strong pushback were those reduced. That is not what I expect from a dealership that advertises itself as honest and “farmer owned.” My salesman, Jesse “JJ” Yeminez, told me the truck had no obvious issues and was in excellent condition. The online listing also didn’t show any photos of the bed. When I arrived, the bed was badly scratched and chewed up. Not a deal-breaker, but absolutely not disclosed. While still on the lot, I heard a loud, inconsistent ticking/rattle from underneath the truck and asked JJ if that was normal. He said it sounded normal. It was not. Fewer than 1,000 miles later the truck was being diagnosed for a turbo/wastegate problem already covered by an active Ford TSB. This was a known issue. A competent Ford dealership should recognize both the noise and the bulletin. I was told the truck was “fine” when it clearly wasn’t. Ford’s connected vehicle system still shows my truck registered to the previous owner, which means I cannot use remote start or app features. Only a dealer can fix this. I was promised a follow-up call the next day. I never heard from them, and six months later it is still unresolved. The truck also did not include an owner’s manual. I emailed the manager. His literal response was that if the salesperson promised a manual, I needed to “take that up with him.” No solution and no follow-up. Paperwork and administration were just as sloppy. I specifically asked for copies of every document I signed and was promised scans of all paperwork. I later had to chase them just to get part of it. My title was mailed to the wrong address even after discussing my address at closing. The tax refund check was issued to the wrong person entirely, and I now have to get it re-issued. One last thing sums up the attitude: after driving hours to buy this truck, my other Ford developed a worrying noise. I did not ask for a repair or diagnostic. I simply asked if a technician could listen for a minute and tell me if it seemed safe to drive home. They refused outright. Any one of these issues would be irritating. All together — the $600 window etching add-on, excessive dealer fee, undisclosed condition issues, missing owner’s manual brushed off by management, paperwork mistakes, title sent to the wrong address, a tax check issued to the wrong person, no follow-up, a known TSB defect shrugged off as “normal,” and refusal to even offer a basic safety opinion — it became a genuinely awful buying experience. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from Loveland Ford to think twice.

My first ford is a 2025 F-350 that I love so far and my first service experience at Loveland Ford was just as impressive. Drove into the “Quick Lane” for my first service without much time to wait. Wait time was 2-2.5 hours which was too long for me to wait so they offered me a free shuttle ride back to my home office and delivered my truck to me there when the service was complete. Chuck was awesome and ensured everything was handled as quickly and efficiently as it could have been. Semper Fi Chuck and thank you Loveland Ford Service for a great service experience.

I just purchased a 2023 Ford F-150 Lariat from Loveland Ford Lincoln, and the entire team—Phil (sales), Chris (sales manager), and Aaron —made it an incredibly smooth and honest process, even though I was buying remotely/out-of-state from Hawaii. From the first inquiry, Phil was responsive, transparent, and never pushy. He sent detailed videos, answered every question quickly, and kept communication open throughout the back-and-forth. Chris jumped in when needed and worked with me fairly on price—always professional and straightforward. Aaron handled the finance side seamlessly, making paperwork easy despite the distance. They delivered a great price on a beautifully equipped, CPO Gold-certified truck and the whole experience felt like dealing with friends who genuinely wanted to earn my business. Highly recommend Loveland Ford, especially for out-of-state buyers. Honest, easy to work with, excellent communication, and a fair deal on a fantastic truck. Thank you Phil, Chris, and Aaron—you guys are the best! Sean N.

Once upon a time, my trusty Ford Edge and I set off on what we thought would be an ordinary oil change… but it quickly became a legendary tale of automotive magic. As I arrived at the service center, the air practically shimmered with possibility. Then appeared Gryphon, the service advisor—part guide, part wizard, and full-time guardian of great vehicles. With a welcoming smile and an aura of confidence, Gryphon assured me my Ford Edge would be cared for as if it were a noble steed preparing for its next great quest. With a few expertly spoken words and a flourish of professionalism, Gryphon guided my vehicle behind the scenes. Time seemed to fly as ancient oils were whisked away and replaced with fresh, life-giving elixir. I could almost feel the Ford Edge awakening—engine purring, gears rejoicing, ready to conquer the open road once more. Before I knew it, Gryphon returned, bearing wonderful news: the spell was complete. My Ford Edge emerged renewed, smoother, stronger, and positively glowing with mechanical enchantment. Every detail had been handled with care, transparency, and genuine passion. I drove away feeling like the hero of my own story, confident that my vehicle had been blessed by true professionals. If you seek an oil change that feels less like maintenance and more like magic, follow the path to this service center and place your trust in Gryphon. Your car—and your spirit—will thank you.

I made an appointment for a Monday morning 9a. Arrived on time and was greeted by a friendly rep who walked me over to the service advisor Lacy Dale. Lacy greeted me with a smile and proceeded to check in my 2024 Bronco Sport. I had requested The Works oil change. She reviewed the price and other added options if I were interested. The waiting room was comfortable and the employees passing through were also friendly saying good morning to me. An hour later Lacy called to advise me my Bronco Sport was ready to go. Loveland Ford gives veterans a 15% discount on service which I find extraordinary for auto service centers. They will be getting my business from now on. One small thing I want to add is, at another Ford dealership that I had always taken my Bronco Sport to, they would wash it after every service. It's a small thing, but I appreciated it. It didn't happen here. Again, it's a small thing and it doesn't change my mind for changing service centers.

We had an excellent experience purchasing our Bronco at Loveland Ford. Mike made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure we found exactly what we wanted. Highly recommended!

The service department at Loveland Ford took very good care of me and my 2010 f150. Lacy was very friendly and gave me an appointment right away and was great with the check in process. I wasn’t pressured to have extra work done and the oil change was less than $100 so I’ll be back if I need anything else done. They even gave me a treat bag to keep my dog happy.

Don't buy from here! Daughter bought a car a couple months ago. Changing brake fluid and the brake caliber has missing bolts along with missing bolt on the ball joint! That's freaking great! Wonderful job guys with "checking" over your cars! What a joke!

Outstanding Experience at Loveland Ford! I just purchased two F-150s for our business up in Copper Mountain, and the experience couldn’t have been better. Chloe, Alex and Aaron were so fantastic — honest, straightforward, and genuinely invested in helping me get the best possible deal. What really stood out was their hospitality. While waiting, they made sure I was comfortable and kept everything moving smoothly. It’s rare these days to find a dealership team that treats you like a valued guest rather than just another sale, but that’s exactly how Alex and Chloe operate. If you’re looking for a fair deal, great communication, and a team you can trust — I highly recommend working with them.

I go way out of my way to avoid Phil Long Ford, the only Ford dealer we have in Colorado Springs. Willie was a great person to work with, making the buying process incredibly efficient. He was also very knowledgeable about the truck and provided a comprehensive tutorial on setting it up and showcasing its features. The negotiation was conducted through email, and when I arrived to sign the paperwork, I was only there for an hour and fifteen minutes before driving off! As expected, there were some upsells of extras during the finance process, but they weren’t overly pushy about it.

I bought a used car sight unseen from this dealer. Mike provided a very well done video of the vehicle and answered all my questions, "poor guy". He arranged shipping to my location, and the dealership went above the call of duty. Service Department did a great job to ensure this vehicle was completely serviced before the transfer. When the vehicle arrived it was exactly as described by Mike. Transaction was smooth. Title was mailed within 3 weeks. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

My lady and I had such a great experience working with Luis Torres. Very professional and responsive and if he did not text me a couple days after we looked and haggled on price for the truck, this purchase would not have happened. And Chris Rogers in Finance was great and fun to work with even though he is a Packers fan! He made the financing portion enjoyable and light hearted. I highly recommend working with these 2 professionals when purchasing a vehicle from Loveland Ford.
