There's just something about an auto parts store that still has the huge "stack" of parts BOOKS that makes it seem legit. Add to that the fact that they've always come through when other parts stores cannot get me the correct part. It's not the closest store to me so I don't always go there first, but when I do, I say, dang, I shoulda just come here first.

Had a great experience at NAPA. Came in not knowing a whole lot about cars at all but Craig helped me and had great customer service the whole time. Answered all my questions and made sure I didn’t feel like any of them were silly to ask, got me what I needed and made sure I was totally taken care of and understood what I needed before I left. His friendliness and expertise really made a difference in my experience.

Great place to find the hard to find components like bearings, axle seals, etc. Friendly team that is knowledgeable in how to go 'old school' looking up parts in cross reference books and find the hard to find items to save you money on not replacing a full assembly.

Very helpful getting my battery replaced... only 4 stars because they don't install (napa warranty but i had to pay a mechanic to install and bring back the battery), but they were very helpful and nice.

Asked for help changing a lowbeam bulb, was told no can do because of liability reasons. I get that, said I'd go elsewhere. Guy insisted on helping me anyway. Sold me the high beam when I needed the low beam. Even installed it for me. Okay, we all make mistakes. He said he'd credit me for the right bulb. Looked up which bulb I actually needed, said it was the same bulb as the one he sold me. Wrong! Not the same bulb. I went back in for the correct bulb and wasn't offered a credit for the bulb they sold me. Asked to return the wrong bulb, and they said no, it's already been installed. So now I have a bulb I don't need, and I'm out of the cost of the incorrect bulb. Please do better

Ordered parts online that were supposed to be in this store. They were not. Ended up driving a total of two hours over two days to get the parts. Pulled them out of the box and they were the wrong parts. Guys at the store were also extremely rude. Talked to me like I’m a moron. Im a decent mechanic but even if I want to send my wife in to grab me some parts your employees should know how to communicate in a way that doesn’t scare her. Two hour brake job took up my whole weekend. Will never shop with Napa again! Never have this much trouble at orielly. Get your act together or in this world you’ll disappear

I went in for coolant. The guy behind the desk was short with me, interrupted me, and just flat out didn't want to help me. There wasn't another customer present, I don't know what I did wrong. Oh and BTW, they messaged me with an 800 number to the Phillipines for my complaint. Do not use this company

I can’t believe the lack of accountability for their parts. Bought full brakes and rotors from them about a year ago. The rear are clearly made of defective material and rather than assist a customer with a solution instead they point blame to other vehicle components. The vehicle in question just had a full inspection and all other components checked out in perfect working order. I will never trust or work with Napa again. Nor will I ever recommend them. I hate to even give them one star. Buyer beware when using their parts. Attached is the defective pads alongside new ones.

The employee working was extremely rude to the customer before me. The customer asked a simple question about oil type and the employee talked to him like he was stupid saying "I dont carry full synthetic for Euro cars" I had a couple of bearings from a tractor that didn't have numbers, so he refused to help me saying "I don't have anyway to look those up without a number" I ended up at the Berthoud Napa where both employees worked together to get me the right parts. They measured them with a micrometer. They had me in and out within 20min. I recommend going to Berthoud or Windsor Napa. If you want to stay in Loveland, I recommend O'Reilly.

They were the only local store with the parts I needed in stock. I was hoping to finish up a project before I go out of town. According to every source I could find, they are normal hours on most holidays. They either closed early or were not open today. Being closed on a holiday is fine, but please post when you are going to be closed so I don't waste my time driving to the store only to find no one inside and the doors locked. Guess I'll order from Amazon and work on it later. Waste of $28

I needed to return a jack, that I tried to use once, and it didn’t work. I bought it when I broke down in Eads, CO. The middle aged, large man behind the counter sighed and said I didn’t buy it at that store, so I explained the above. Then he sighed again, stating it had been used. I explained the above again. I asked the last 4 numbers of the credit card on the receipt because I have 2 Mastercard’s, and he sighed again. He was so rude, and it was completely unnecessary. We live in Loveland and we won’t be back.

The Good: Most of the guys who work here are friendly, helpful, and know more than everyone at AutoZone and Advance Auto Parts put together. And while those other stores mostly seem to have the exact same parts, NAPA often has stuff they don't. The Bad: Online order pricing. My recent order showed three different prices, depending on whether your believed the email from PayPal, the email from NAPA, or what PayPal showed when the dust had settled. All other businesses get this right, so I don't want to hear the excuses. Also, they often fail to send a "Your NAPA Order is Ready" email, no matter how long you wait. It's happened to me multiple times, so it's a real issue that needs to be fixed. The Ugly: Just kidding - there's no ugly.

I ordered the wrong wiper blades online, and stopped in to Napa to buy the right ones. Someone in line at the grocery store overheard me saying I needed help, and recommended Napa. I stopped in - Riley was awesome, he was very friendly and even went as far as installing the new wiper blades for me. Installing wiper blades should never be this complicated ? Thanks Napa and Riley!

To management, why do you not pull online orders? Last two orders I never got an email saying it was ready after waiting several hours. Then I come in and a guy tells the other guy it is on the shelf? Then after I leave I get an email it is ready for pickup? Pretty disappointing online ordering system, I will go elsewhere now instead.

Kinda bummed ordered a part and it never came in!! I was told no such order placed. Then reordered same part went to get it but wrong part came in. So the order redone and 3rd times the charm it finally came in. I have a friend who is a mechanic, who told me he never has an issue. I guess their their regular commercial customers are more of a prioity than a person just trying to fix his car!!

Took 4 visits over 4 days to finally get the part I was ordering. Very little was done to remedy after the first and second trip back, and yet i still had to come 2 more times before they actually called someone to figure out what was going on. I likely wont be back unless there is a part no other store has.

My child brought his car to them with battery issues. They didn’t have the battery, but immediately drove to another Napa to get one for him. In addition the employee lent him the tools and completely walked him through the process of removing and installing the new one. Thank you, thank you.

Honestly hands-down the best auto parts store I've ever done business with Mike, Rusty, Kenny. Communication is always great. They can find any part. I've never had an issue And look forward to continuing business. I love the Napa brand, but honestly. Doing business with these guys. At this Napa location has been joyful.

Ordered my parts online. Had them within 2 days. Wasn't able to pick them up until almost 2 weeks later. Went in and they were waiting for me. Great and knowledgeable staff. Granted not a huge store front but what you can't find they can find for you or have it ordered. Make sure you check out the online deals as well.

Great staff, willing to go out of their way to find what you need. If it's really odd, Kenny will find it.. Parts seam to be higher quality than that of their national chain peers. If the part is for a less common machine, call first, may need to be shipped in from the warehouse

I've been using this establishment for six years with nothing but the best of service,threw my belt in the parking lot next door and was treated to some of the rudest and most condescending service from "Chris" I have ever experienced at a Napa facility 12/2/18 around 330pm.This will conclude my doing business and recommendations to this business in the future. Really upset that you let your best quality, customer service fail Rusty.

Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, honest, they know their stuff and are always accurate. Thank you to the Loveland staff this past weekend on Saturday I got my car up and running again. I called to make sure they had the parts in stock that I needed and held it for me to pick up at the store you guys rock.
