Highly recommend this store. Outstanding customer service. I purchased a battery and Mathew took care of the rest. It was cold outside but in addition to removing my old battery and installing the new one he cleaned the battery cable which had a lot of corrosion. Very profession and very nice employees.

Alex L is a 10/10 man. He was so beyond helpful and kind and genuine. As a girl it’s easy to feel intimidated going into car shops, but Alex was so kind and helpful that I absolutely will be coming back here for anything and everything I could need for my car. If you go in & you see Alex, you’re in good hands!! I didn’t know him prior & I don’t know his position there, but whatever it is he should get a promotion. He’s a great face for AutoZone!!

If this guy Matt is really the manager at this location that is just sad… I’ve never been more uncomfortable. Very unprofessional and rude let alone smelled like he walked out of the bar and came straight to work.

Amazing customer service! I had been visiting Fort Collins and was heading back to Denver when my “low oil” light came on. I stopped at the AutoZone on Harmony where the staff came out and checked and added oil and sent safely me on my way. Very pleased with the assistance and over the top helpful staff!

I was so amazed that one of your employees would deliver a battery and install it for one of my elderly friends here at Rigden Farm. He was very friendly and the service was far above and beyond reasonable good customer service.

Matt (Store Manager) and Nathan (Customer Associate) were very helpful today. Helped me change out a battery on a 2015 Forester and went above and beyond to get the battery terminals all cleaned up and loosened after 8 years of corrosion. These guys were awesome!

I was from out of state and in Fort Collins to move my son to FL for college . We had a uhaul hooked on to truck but trailer lights wouldn’t work on right side . Bridger ( wonderful young man working at auto zone ) first tried to help us at counter . Then decided to come outside and try to help at the truck /trailer! He was EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE!! He was VERY PROFESSIONAL!!! And he solved our problem !!! Auto Zone is lucky to have this young man on their team !!! Thank you again Bridger

Bridger at AutoZone on Harmony was incredibly kind and knowledgeable! I went to the store looking for Fix-a-Flat, hoping it would be a quick solution. After applying it in the parking lot, I immediately saw a large screw in my tire and realized it wouldn’t hold me over until I could get to the tire shop. Bridger came outside, assessed the situation, and suggested that the best course of action would be to put on my spare tire. He checked with his associate inside to make sure it was okay for him to assist me, then kindly swapped out my flat for the spare. He completely turned what started as a stressful evening into a positive experience. Thank you so much, Bridger!

Fort Collins, CO Harmony location had a great experience 5/21/25. Went in with an battery for my RV/travel trailer. The gentleman that helped me verified the battery was dead and showed me a replacement option. We noticed at checkout that the battery was from 2024 so he checked it and confirmed it was not good to sell. He also checked the back stock but there was nothing available. I feel bad I don't have the guy's name, but he proceeded to call a competitor to check their stock, and provided other suggestions. This was TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will return here first for customer service and convenient location.

Great service always. Thank you to the girl working who helped me install my wiper blades and taught me about how to do them after I made a mistake that cracked my windshield ? Aiden went above and beyond to help me replace bulbs and gave me instruction on how to fix the rear windshield wiper arm. They had all the parts I needed and the prices were very reasonable too!

I just want to give a shout out to Aiden Banagas here at AutoZone. He was so informative. Helped me get the correct headlight for my car and showed me how to install it. My car battery was dying and I was able to go to a nearby Auto Zone to have my battery checked. When they confirmed it was dead they helped me pick out a new one and installed it. I was able to squeeze this in before heading to Denver for a late night concert. Bridger B was great and I was so appreciative of his fast and friendly help.

Come in the evening of Oct. 19th, 2024 to get power steering fluid and oil because mine was low and they were closest to me and open late, and I had a hard time understanding what his name was but holy cow I'm shocked!! Best customer service ever!! He went above and beyond for me after I overfilled my power steering fluid, didn’t hesitate to help me get it to the right level. I need to bring this guy cookies or something. I hope management finds out who it was and give him a huge bonus and giant raise to keep him around. I am never going to forget this and now for sure have a new place for buying all my car parts from now on! Thank you Auto Zone, (to your really great employee!). I really appreciate this.

I wanted to write a review for an exceptional customer service experience I received tonight at AutoZone. I had a dead battery and was told that I could come and get a new one put in since it was still under warranty. I had to wait for a jump so I got there around 6:45 p.m. Jay, the manager that was working told me it was too dark to install a new battery. As I was trying to figure out what to do next,a customer service associate named Maje overheard our conversation and told me he absolutely would install a new battery for me. He was very professional, attentive and knowledgeable. He grabbed his tools and a flashlight and walked me out. What stood out most was his dedication to customer satisfaction and genuine care. I highly recommend Maje and will definitely return to AutoZone for future purchases thanks to his outstanding service.

2024 edit Aug: hired several new employees who are amazing. This store did a 180 in about six months and I now love going in. One new guy has an incredible demeanor. I wish I could give him credit. Whomever took to heart complaints made in the last year did an incredible job hiring some great kids. Edit: down to one star… this used to be a glowing review when I was greeted by polite employees over the age of 30 in 2022 and before. Now I tell my wife I’m headed to grumpyzone when I head over. Prior to 2023 I had some what I would consider normal/good experiences at this store. I liked going in. Usually helped by someone in their 30s or older. I’ve never had a problem with the older folks working at the store. I seem to never go in any more and be greeted by anybody over the age of 20. In the 15 or so times I’ve come in since March of this year, every single time I feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, and like I’m being treated like a burden. These teens who now operate the store hate being there. All of them. The whole store needs a massive attitude adjustment. I’d remove my money from this store permanently at this point if they weren’t my closest store a stones throw from my home. Their computers have no access to the Internet. And they cannot look up anything other than SKU. So if you’re not exactly sure what you need, they’re gonna throw a fit and act like You’re an inconvenience. AutoZone has a rewards program and none of the kids working in here Seem to care at all to ask you for your phone number, and when you ask them, they get impatient and grumpy. AutoZone….. fix. This.. store.. I promise the next time I walk in I’ll be graded by grumpy young punks. I’m tired of it. I just wanna buy my parts without the disrespect.

My battery was leaking acid, so they honored the warranty and replaced it for me. I don’t have the tools to do that, so it was very appreciated! And my car hood knocked Connor on the head pretty hard (SO sorry Connor!), so Bridger tagged teamed and finished up. Thank you both, great customer service!

Went to get my girlfriends battery tested (2 year old Duralast with a 3yr warranty) and it tested bad. They didn’t have the battery in stock and we needed a replacement asap so I went and bought one at Costco and brought the old duralast back to return it, with original autozone receipt. The store manager was incredibly rude to us and told us there’s no way he can credit money back, only swap for another (which is 1: wrong and 2: doesn’t work when you don’t have it!). And to top it off we asked if we could talk to the guy that was helping us earlier (who was helpful, but said they were out of stock) and the manager said “well I’m his boss, so I’d just tell him not to help you”. I worked at oreillys for 3 years and none of us would have ever done that to someone when it’s very clearly YOUR battery and well within the warranty period. A warranty is a warranty. Go somewhere that will actually honor it.

I had an excellent experience at this AutoZone location. My car battery died first thing in the morning, but I was able to get it jumped started and up to AutoZone. This location came recommended by the gentleman who helped me start my car. I had significant corrosion on my battery and the two men who were working went above and beyond to get my old battery removed (it was not an easy feat) and the terminals cleaned up enough that I could safely and confidently start my car until I could get that part replaced. They both worked hard and did not give up, even when I assumed they were going to tell me that they could not replace it because of the corrosion. They acknowledged the store’s policy on their scope of practice but they were knowledgeable in regards to car maintenance and parts and they made sure I was set up for success in the areas that they could not help with. Highly recommend!

Needed a new distributor for my 1990 GMC Sierra project truck. Autozone had the part in stock at a great price. NO CORE RETURN REQUIRED! Ordered it online and within an hour received notification that my brand new shiny distributor was ready for pick up. Done deal.
