Craig was a fantastic driver and a great help to me today. My old Volkswagen was struggling and I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to get her home. Craig was there in 15 minutes, got me loaded up in 5, and even dropped her off in a tricky spot and made it look easy. I won’t be calling any other service if I can and I hope I get a driver as awesome as Craig every time. Thank you so much for all you do!

Failed to remember to plug my car in to charge over night and had to take my wife to.work in the morning. When i dropped her off car had 11 miles to go and nearest station to charge was less than 1 mile. Found out in searching that one and 3 others werent operational. Google search said i had another 9 to 11 miles AFTER my car hot 0. Nope! More like 3. Needless to say i didnt make it to the next charging station. Scott's towing got there in less than 45 min. Shane was fantastic, efficient and professional. He has been with the company for 3 yrs. Scott's Towing is blessed to have him. I know service when i experience it because thats what i do for a living. Im an auto broker and i help.clients get a better, less expensive experience when buying a car. Scott’s towing is responsible for the towing in my apartment complex. I’m looking at countless unregistered cars parking without permission as I type this. Yet Scott loves to bother (tow/sticker) people who actually are registered to park, while leaving the unregistered alone!!!!! Business practice predicated on thievery, I wouldn’t trust them with anything.
Craig was efficient and knowledgeable. I appreciated having him tow my vehicle. Thank you!

Charles and Jeremy were so amazing to work with. We had 8 abandoned vehicles on our property that needed to be removed 2 were pretty tricky and they worked together so seamlessly and got the job done in a timely manner I highly recommend!!
I finally had a Kia Telluride problem that I had heard of yet hoped to not experience… the plastic oil filter housing developed a crack and I was fortunate enough to have stopped at Ridley’s in Wellington and caught it. Knowing I needed a tow, I looked up 24 hour towing close to my location and called Scott’s based on their 4.7 star review. My call was answered right away by a very nice woman (sorry I forgot your name) who took down my information and said someone would be out in about 40 minutes. Craig had called me shortly after to tell me he was on his way and my vehicle was on a flatbed in about 40 minutes after placing the call.
I seriously can’t say enough positive things about Craig from how respectful he treated my vehicle, how efficient he was with loading and unloading, him thanking me for the type of work that I do and him acting as an unpaid therapist as I vented about my day. He is even so talented with his truck that he was able to quickly get my vehicle into my garage.
From Wellington to Severance the tow was $210. I don’t have vehicles towed very often so I can’t compare pricing with other tow companies. However, not blowing my motor from oil loss and my vehicle landing in my garage so I can work on it is worth the price I paid. I highly recommend Scott’s and Craig if you’re reading this, thank you again brother!
Alan (truck 400) was communicative, prompt and had our vehicle towed in less time than expected. His truck was very clean and well kept and he was pleasant to work with. We will definitely be choosing Scott’s Towing in the future!!
They told me they would be here in 20 minutes and proceeded to help another customer, I called to get an update on where the tow guy was to not even get a call back. They also do not support veterans what so ever. Will not ask for their services again.
Terrible experience. Driver, Jeremy, was extremely rude. Wouldn’t answer a question when I asked and wouldn’t look at me. Just said “I need the keys” loaded the car and just took off. No signature or info taken. Very poor experience, will not recommend.
Called to get a quote on towing my Jeep from Loveland to FoCo since AAA was taking so long over the weekend. Not only did Jamie have a driver out to me within 30 mins, but the price was incredibly affordable compared to other towing companies in the area. Will absolutely be using them from now on!
Nice helpful people! We moved cross country and shipped 2 cars ahead with an auto hauler, needed someplace to receive the cars and store them a few days until we caught up. After checking several places, Scott's Towing was the one that said Yes we can help you! Greatly appreciated, and happy to recommend them.
Jeremy, truck 800, did a great job with this tow. Once the call was in he was extremely quick, and he got to me within 20 minutes. He was very competent at loading my truck up, and made a stressful experience for me (cause having car problems is never fun) as easy as it could be. He was a very safe driver and I felt comfortable the whole time. 10/10 would recommend this business!
I just had my truck towed from a parking lot in Fort Collins and had CRAIG take care of the towing. He was completed professional, very experienced, and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend this company. His truck number was 007 for reference.

However, when engaging in a detailed conversation with a business regarding the costs of their services, clarity is essential. As an educator with a background in communication, I pride myself on my ability to avoid misunderstandings and I am confident in my comprehension of discussions. After years of honing my skills, I expect that when I am quoted a rate of $1 per mile, it will be honored. Unfortunately, my experience with this particular company has revealed a lack of integrity in their practices.
I was quoted a fee of $75 for the pickup and $1 per mile for transportation, which I calculated would amount to only $80, given that my vehicle was being transported a mere four miles away. However, the representative claims that she never provided that information, despite my clear recollection of the conversation. This experience has prompted me to consider recording all future calls, as it is regrettable that one must resort to such measures due to a lack of trust in verbal agreements.
I urge caution when dealing with towing companies, as I have encountered similar issues with another provider. Although this time I was quoted $80 over the phone, only to be charged $91 upon vehicle pickup. For some, an $11 difference may not seem significant, but for an unhoused person, it means everything. This company also offered to cancel the tow; however, for individuals with demanding schedules, such as myself, the time required to find an alternative service is often scarce. Consequently, I will not consider using this company again, and I hope others take heed of my experience as well.
Jeremy with truck #800 was fantastic! He was down to earth and really cool to talk to. Immensely professional and even showed me the tow connections and where they were on my car. My biggest thing is he treated my car with the utmost respect, no door slamming or hard touches, all good handling and made sure everything was tightened, good to go before even adjusting his truck so the car was properly placed. I know it's in amazing hands on the way to the shop, I highly recommend the company and especially Jeremy!

The other night I had just got off from work and was stranded in a nearby parking lot. I am beyond grateful Jeremy #800 was there to assist me right away. He called me over the phone instantly after I requested a tow for my car which I really appreciated. He verified my exact location and gave me his approximate ETA. When he showed up he was very professional and was very thorough with explaining everything that was going on with my car. He told me that it was the cold weather that caused my battery to die out and also just an old battery to begin with. He gave me recommendations of where to go for a new one and how most places would help me install it right away. He even offered to stick around in the area in case my car didn’t start up again. As a young woman who doesn’t know much about cars I will say that I am very grateful for his patience and amazing customer service. If it wasn’t for him I probably wouldn’t have made it home that night.
Breath of fresh air knowing that great companies with trustworthy and reliable employees still exists.

Craig from Scott's towing was extremely professional and provided some much needed humor and conversation. He showed up earlier than the estimate, loaded my broken down 2015 Jeep Cherokee really fast, and even went the extra mile to contact the dealership I was initially taking my vehicle to, and figure out it was not the right one and took it to the correct one for me. Great communication and all-around great guy. Would 100% call on Scott's again in the unlucky event I need another tow.
I'm writing to give Christi #400 from Scott's Towing 5 stars for kindness, service, skills, professionalism. During our current rainstorm today, I was driving down the street and as I came around the corner hit a very flooded section of the roadway. my engine flooded and I was stranded in an intersection. 2 young people in a yellow vehicle stopped to help me, and out of the blue, a tow truck just happened to be driving by out of the blue, and it was Christi, who stopped and offered to help me and towed my vehicle to a safe location. Christi, if you see this, Thank you sooo kindly and generously from my heart for your Awesome service, generosity, and amazing help in the pouring rain, when I needed the help the most. I appreciate you so much. your employer definitely needs to recognize you and give you a raise or promotion and a HUGE Kudos! Thank you sooo much. This is 100 STAR service & professionalism.
