BEST TOWING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! We are completely stranded in the middle of no where somewhere in the national forest and desperately needed a tow … For real, from the moment I called for a tow, it was by far the best customer service that I could have asked for! The person I spoke with answered right away and was super nice and then the tow truck driver whose name was Rob was so quick to get here that the truck was towed and arrived to the shop to be fixed within 2 hours of my initial phone call! I am SO grateful and would recommend this amazing business to anyone in need of an awesome towing experience!

I’m so glad I called Dedicated Towing & Recovery. Our toy hauler was stranded just west of Cameron Pass. JR, the gentleman who answered the phone, was very kind and helpful. He worked quickly to figure out a solution and was open to ideas on best possible routes to keep costs down. Their prices are very reasonable, considering our trailer was almost 100 miles away. They were able to send someone within less than 24hrs of my first call. When Rob, the tow truck driver, brought the trailer to our home, I was blown away that he was able to get the toy hauler on the truck by himself. I didn’t realize operating a tow truck was an art form; he had amazing precision and skill unloading the trailer. This company comes with my highest recommendation: they will get the job done and do it with care!

Cant say enough good about Colin and dedicated towing. They picked up a 83 Cadillac for me thats been sitting in garage for 20 yrs. The drive was at least a 30 degree incline i was concerned about. Colin was able to maneuver his truck up the incline then we found the emergency brake was on . Colin was able to disengage it got the car delivered safe and sound. Would recommend in a heartbeat. Dedicated Towing and recovery did an outstanding job helping us after we lost a wheel from our popup camper. Got our trailer off the road, helped us get it to a great and qualified trailer service shop, and gave us local recommendations for hotels and activities while we waited. These guys are amazing, I have used them multiple times for my business. This time it was a personal tow on a vehicle that means the world to us. I broke down in the canyon in my dad's truck and I had to put in in the ditch to get it off the road. He treated it with respect, called ahead to make sure our dogs were in the house and was very supportive regarding our emotional ties to the vehicle. He dropped it right where we wanted it and was very encouraging. It was a difficult situation emotionally, please use them for all of your towing needs.

I can't even begin to explain how impressed I am with this company. First. JR is always answering the phone with an uplifting attitude that helped calm me down a little when my car died and needed to be towed. He sent out one of his guys, Wolfgang, to tow my car and he was super friendly and quick. He explained everything he was doing and even showed me the proper towing hook ups for my car so I know for the future. Firestone ended up rejecting my car and these guys have been on top of helping me get here there and everywhere to try and fix this problem. I highly recommend these guys if you need any towing services.

When I needed my pop-up camper towed on short notice, I didn't know who to choose at first, I called around, got a quote from another company and then I spoke with J R. He cast all my worries away, providing me with an affordable rate that beat out the other quote I received by 1/3! Within the hour, Wolfgang arrived in his spiffy flatbed and went to work; getting my RV on his bed with careful precision. It weighs around 3k lbs, and I felt very comfortable letting him just do his thing. 90 minutes after getting the appointment scheduled, Wolfgang was done and the RV was set down straight as an arrow along the curb. After being broken down for hours in the heat with all 4 of my kiddos who were missing the park/pool.. well they were miserable and letting it be known. Saturday ; day turned into Saturday night during Labor Day weekend, and well it seemed that a tow was gonna be Impossible not only for the outrageous prices but the wait times. Not only was I given the most affordable price in the area, but this driver came and met me literally within 15 minutes after I called. I was a fried mommy by this point and honestly not wanting to process I’m officially car less. He's very professional, but has a great sense of humor, and made this really cruddy event easier, he communicated everything very clearly, was incredibly helpful and kind, quick at the job, and shared some recourses. 5 stars for the driver

Robert was a guardian angel in disguise for me last night. I was driving from Steamboat to Fort Collins and slid into a ditch. Luckily a kind man and his son pulled me out of the ditch and about two minute later a tow truck pulled up right behind us, it was Robert. At this point Adrenalin wore off and the emotions kicked in, I was shooken up and many many tears. Robert was also driving to Fort Collins and offered me a ride/ along with my car on the bed free of charge. I will forever look at tow trucks and tow truck drivers differently now because of Rob. I immediately felt comfortable in his presence/cab and we had the most intriguing, genuine, and soulful conversations (he’s literally one of the most knowledgeable and passionate people I have interacted with) on the 2 hour journey back home. The whole entire 2 hours he was diligent, and drove a very heavy vehicle perfectly through a blizzard, I felt completely safe. Once back in Fort Collins, Rob dropped me off at my location along with my car safely. Like I said in the beginning, Rob was one of my angels last night. This company has amazing workers, and from what I was told a great boss. I recommend Dedicated Towing 10/10. Rob to the rescue. Was within a quarter of a mile from home with a load of hay on my pickup, when I hear some popping, and my wheels fall off. I called Dedicated Towing and Rob only took about 10 minutes for him to get to me. He was very polite and professional. Rob got my truck loaded and got me and my load of hay to my calves. Thank you Rob. My son asked me how much they charged, and when I told him, he said it was a really good price.
