These guys are awesome, let me just say that first and foremost. My guy Wolfgang needs a raise. Also let me say that I'm in no way being compensated by these people, I do not work for them, and I have never met the owners nor do I even know who they are. With that said however let me go ahead and say that I've used them twice now and both times the service was immaculate. I called them the day that I needed service both times once during an emergency and once planned and both times I was given amazing and prompt service. Also if you have a motorcycle they take great care to take care of your bike and they explain things to you, call you and let you know when they're coming, and give you all the information you need at a very reasonable cost. Juxtaposed with the terrible terrible way I was treated and the horrible service I was given at Northern Colorado Powersports which no one should ever go to, these guys provide great customer service and really understand how to take care of people. Again if you have a motorcycle and you want to get taken care of the right way, then call this place, you will not be disappointed
Excellent service! Dedicated Towing responded to my online inquiry immediately and committed to meeting me at a specific time, 1 hr from Fort Collins. Colin was professional, friendly and a safe driver. It’s refreshing that this company did what they said! Highly recommended!
I called these guys up when my motorcycle broke down a few weeks ago, and within hours they were at my job to pick it up and take it to the dealership. Unlike said dealership, (Noco Powersports) these guys provide excellent service, answer the phone and call you back, and do a great job. I highly recommend them for anybody who wants to get their bike transported safely and not damaged. I believe the gentleman's names was Wolfgang and Colin, and they were very professional and did a great job. And if I got the names wrong I apologize, because they were the only positive part of my breakdown experience that I had. Four thumbs up for this place
Corbin is the man, he was kind enough to chat with us as he was loading our truck. He was quick to get back to us letting us know when he would arrive and when he has reached his destination of drop off. Great to have Corbin help us out
Dedicated Towing and Recovery was so efficient and reliable! Wolfgang, the tech who towed my vehicle, was so kind, fast, and kept me updated the whole process! I would 100% call them again in the future if I ever need any other towing needs and would recommend them to others!
Having car trouble is never fun. So it was exceptionally incredible to have such an amazing man help me out. Corbin is the best! His empathy and kindness needs to be recognized. Above and beyond for customer service! Only thing I missed out on was a hug lol he did everything right to make a very uneasy customer have a wonderful experience.

Corbin was quick and efficient assisting me with a tire change. I greatly appreciated his advisement on the state of my spare tire and further direction towards a local tire shop as I am not from the area. A very professional, thoughtful and kind gentleman to work with.
This was a last minute tow that needed to happen and was able to get it done in same day. I received a phone call prior to arrival and driver showed up on time. Robert was very polite and professional and was efficient in his work. I received confirmation of drop off of my vehicle once it was delivered. Very pleasant experience!
Wolfgang picked up my box from Loveland and took it to Fort Collins for me and was great. He took phenomenal care of the box, and was friendly and personable. Dedicated rescued me from a Safeway parking lot after my truck wouldn't start. Communication was great, he let me know when he was on his way with a time estimate, then of course when he arrived. He was actually able to move some wires and get it started, but had him tow amyhow somg I didn't want to get stalled again. He made sure that getting my truck out didn't block the parking lot entry, very professional in every way. 2nd time Ive used this company, they were awesome both times. Thanks!

My cars wheel broke off and I was stranded miles from home, Collin from towing and recovery arrived immediately and got my car towed to my apartment so quickly! Great service from Dedicated Towing when my car died and needed tow. They arrived in less than 45 minutes from my call and did excellent job with tow. I can’t say enough good things about Dedicated Towing and Recovery. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional. JR was great to work with, and I especially want to give a huge shout-out to Corbin, our tow truck driver.
Corbin showed up quickly, was extremely efficient, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. On top of that, he had a great personality and made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and handled. He took care of the job with skill and professionalism, and it was obvious he takes pride in his work.

When I called, JR was extremely helpful and honest explaining the whole process to get my car to a repair shop. Wolfgang showed up quickly and had my car secured on the tow truck in no time at all! He even called me back to let me know my car was safe at the repair shop. Phenomenal service I would highly recommend!
I had Wolfgang Burton as my tow truck driver, and he was excellent—very friendly, professional, and a great guy overall. He got my truck onto the flatbed quickly and safely. Dedicated Towing was very fair with pricing and really helped me out of a bad situation. Even with how far out on I-25 I was, and the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely call them again if I’m ever in a bind.
Called for a tow and got quoted and Truck was dispatched and was there within 20 minutes after placing the call…Corbin was Very professional and polite and good sense of humor. very reasonable prices out of pocket if you don’t have roadside assistance service through insurance. Have used Dedicated Towing's service a few times now and it's always been a smooth and friendly experience, today with Wolfgang Burton, as well as the previous experience I had with a different employee. Never had an issue getting roadside assistance reimbursement from my insurance when sending Dedicated invoices, vehicle always arrives where it's supposed to when it's supposed to and with proper communication to auto shop staff. Always hope I won't need to but if and when I do need towing I'll be calling Dedicated again.

Absolutely easy on the phone. They showed up faster than any towing service I've used in 30 years, and Wolfgang was the most professional, skilled, kind, and pleasant driver I've ever had. They made a painful situation much easier to handle. Then, he responded again the next day, equally fast and professional on a second tow! Thanks team!

I had a great experience with this towing service. From the moment I called, the staff was friendly, patient, and and quick to get my situation resolved in a timely manner. Rob arrived right on time, handled my car with care, and clearly explained everything he was doing. The pricing was fair, and the whole process felt smooth and professional. Rob even took my keys to the mechanic and dropped them off so I wouldn't have to. I truly appreciated their kindness and efficiency. 11/10
Dedicated towing always does an excellent job with towing vehicles for me and my family! They get in and out of tight spaces without ever damaging anything and they're extremely fast to get someone to me even after hours or at odd times. Absolutely the best tow company in town.
