My car had to be towed from my home to a Cadillac service center. My insurance sent Choice out and the tech, James, provided excellent care and service. My car wouldn’t go into neutral creating some extra difficulty but he got it loaded and unloaded at the dealership and was friendly and let us know what he was doing through the service. I hope we don’t need service again, but if we do, I’d reach out to Choice myself.
My daughter had a flat late at night and was stranded on the side of the road. I was making the calls from Missouri to get her help.They kept me looped in every step. From the dispatcher to the tow guy (I’m sorry I didn’t retain names because it was late) everyone was super nice and helpful. They took care of my daughter. After the vehicle was towed to a tire shop, he waited for her Lyft to arrive and made sure that she was safely on her way. I really appreciated that extra step of kindness.
Great and immediate response when our car wouldn't start this AM and was super psyched when they didn't charge for mileage (it was only about 1.5 miles). Friendly operator and super responsive, we'll certainly use then again if we're in a similar bind.
I was involved in my first accident and was in shock by the whole situation. Jeremiah was my tow truck driver and he walked me through all of my options, what he thought was best, all while keeping me calm. He was just what I needed in the situation and was very personable and charismatic. He even stayed longer to make sure my parents didn’t have any questions over the phone. I highly recommend this company if you’re stuck in an unfortunate situation, they were amazing to work with! Thank you guys again
I got stuck in the snow on a mountain road with my truck literally tilting toward the edge of a hill — it was honestly nerve wracking. Mike (“Flipper”) and his brother from Choice Towing showed up and took control right away. They were calm, confident, and knew exactly what they were doing, and somehow made a really stressful situation feel manageable. They got me and my truck out safely, no damage, no drama. Just solid, professional work and genuinely kind people. I’m so grateful for their help and I keep their number saved now. Fort Collins is lucky to have a company like Choice Towing — they’re the ones you want when things get real!
Choice towing is the only company that I call when I need a tow. Awesome and fast service they did an amazing job. Jeremiah takes care when hooking up and towing your car he is amazing.
John was great! Faster than expected and super helpful, dropped my jeep off right in my driveway. I felt bad I wasn’t carrying any cash because he definitely deserved a tip.

The whole process was smooth and easy from start to finish, from scheduling the tow to getting it picked up, and everyone involved was super friendly. It’s never fun having to get your vehicle towed, but Flipper was awesome and super nice to work with! Would definitely recommend.
Flipper was the best. Arrived early (thank goodness cause it was 10 degrees outside) Good the job done quickly but thorough. Insured I was all set and had everything I needed.
Flipper is absolutely my king!! My tire blew out on the highway, and it was freezing outside, and Flipper was passing by and stopped to help me and did everything for me. I am so incredibly grateful that he was there, and he was so kind about the whole thing. If I ever have another problem and need towing or any service, these are the people you want!
My daughter flipped her car 3x's , debris was everywhere. Choice towing arrived as I was driving to the ER. The wrecker driver cleaned every bit of debris out of the road and found my daughter's phone, turned it over to the State Patrol. I am so grateful for their professionalism, quality drivers, and awesome counter help. Thank you for making this days tragedy a little less stressful.

Our new Tesla lost all power due to a bad battery. Flipper arrived and towed the car to the dealer. It took three hours to get the car out of our condo’s garage, but Flipper was very skilled getting it out and onto the truck. We are most thankful for his expertise !

Great experience start to finish! The dispatcher quickly got all my information, scheduled a tow for the following morning, then followed up as he said he would in the morning. James called with his ETA and handled the tow quickly and professionally. Absolutely would use Choice Towing again if needed!

Little Jeep trip with friends today! Beautiful day and Jeeps performed great, right up until one decided not to start. We had time and tools but did not have the required electrical talent! Flipper and Choice Towing saved the day! Picked us up in Rustic and safely deposited us back in Fort Collins. Thanks for a poetic ending to a perfect day!

Called the day before to confirm they had us on the schedule and would be on time. Driver called the morning of to say he would be on time. Polite friendly driver (Flipper) was personable and provided excellent service tow of our auto from our home to the auto shop. Bonus!
