My battery was gonzo so stopped at Napa and Matthew not only sold me a battery but he very kindly removed my old one and replaced it with the new one. I very much appreciated that since I had no tools. He also didn’t make fun of me that I didn’t know what kind of engine I have. I am not a car lady. Thank you Matthew.

Provide some services including free wiper installation and battery testing. Store recently changed management. Limited parking with no wheelchair access. Shout out to Eli for staying late on a Friday, so I could use his tools to change my battery. I planned on leaving the area to drive back to Minnesota then next morning at 5am. The guy really helped me out. Thank you!
Love the locals here and at Napa it's like talking with great friends while getting the quality customer service you want! Grant is fabulous and very knowledgeable so I always go to him when i have issues and up in the area.
Had my thermostat go out on my Dodge Ram and Eli and Team got me sorted out. They even brought the part and tools to where I was stopped on the road. 6/5 stars.
I am an older woman and I was bringing in a old battery and 2 guys just stood there and watched me carry in and maneuver the doors by myself. They did get me a replacemebt battery. Then I had to carry the new one out myself. What happebed to gentlemen manners?
I'm,from out of state. The people who gave good customer reviews are too kind. If they'd ever been to Napa in Warrensburg, MO they'd know what real customer service is. In particular the little gal with the black hair/blue eyes needs to be told it takes an IQ of 12 to sling auto parts. She needs a lesson in courtesy to her fellow workers as well as her costumers. So rude! The two stars I gave is for the young man who did help me and the rest of the poor souls forced to work with her.
We lost our rear brake in Grand Lake. I limped the van in to Granby since I’m from Wisconsin and had no means of repairing my vehicle. These guys helped me get back on the road quickly by having the part and tools I needed to fix my van in stock. They saved our family vacation. Thanks guys!
They refuse to wear masks. Even though there is a state directive to wear masks in businesses. They will take no returns even on lifetime warranty items without a receipt from that store. They do not participate in Napa rewards. They do not keep track of items you buy. This place is getting harder and harder to do business with.

My alternator in my 2012 Chevy Impala LTZ started to go bad so I stopped at NAPA and talked to Dave in Granby and they sold me a new alternator and then Tom, that has his own shop in the back of NAPA, installed it for me and less than 24 hours we were back on the road. I appreciate everything they did!! Dave and Tom are awesome thanks again guys and I will not forget you in the future!!! Great team!!!!
