I learned there's a new law in Colorado to have chains on your car so I immediately headed to my nearest auto shop. I cannot than John A. enough for helping me out and recommending getting cables instead of chains due to my Corolla having a very small wheel well. John A. also gave me some other helpful tips and advice for driving in the Colorado Mountains in Winter, REAL Winter weather.

They were life savers. Our car battery was dead! AAA came and tried to jump it without success. We had bought the battery at Advanced Auto Parts in Boulder a year ago, so we googled to see where the nearest one was to us in Granby. Carquest came up, so my husband called and they said to bring the battery over and they replaced it for us since it was still under warranty. Great customer service!
Loved this place. They helped us change our oil when we really need it to be changed. Every other place wouldn’t help much. Lee and Mike were one of the best and most helpful employees I’ve ever encountered and we super nice. Great place and great people.

I was at the end of a 1100 mile trip from Illinois and my rental truck oil light went on 5 miles from Granby. I called right at closing time and Mike answered the phone, waited 10 minutes for me to get there, and helped fill the truck with necessary oil to avoid a catastrophic failue. Very much appreciated. Highly recommended based on that kind of service.
Was just out of hospital last Saturday when I discovered my battery was dead. Went to Carquest and they were terrific! Especially Joe, who saw to honoring my warranty as well as letting me rest in my car while he handled everything!! Cannot recommend enough!
Dropped my chainsaw off to be sharpened, and prepaid. A month goes by and they never sharped it. Somehow the guy who sharpens chainsaws is never around. Anyway, they gave it back, but kept the money.
Sian and Brian helped my girlfriend and I get some new wipers mid-blizzard and were absolutely fantastic. Lots of positive energy and they helped figure out a solution for our budget and everything.

Emissions light came on a pre-owned vehicle we had just purchased. I was concerned about driving it home across country with my 18 yo daughter. Stopped in and they did a full diagnostic of the car. They assured me the car was sound and was a nice clean vehicle. They were right! We got home safely with no issues. Thank you for the peace of mind and great service!

Went in today to buy wiper blades, the gentleman that helped us was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and courteous; what impressed me the most was the multitasking experience by the 2 staff on hand...they had handled 4 different customers all at the same time and was able to complete it to everyone's satisfaction. It was an awesome experience. KUDOS to the staff at this location!!!
Good guys! Stock is good. Can always get what you want. Really good at plows and winter chains, and support for trucks, SUVs, and all cars. Has hydraulic hoses and deals in power saws too.
Carl and his team are awesome! Called to see if they could help my daughter replace a battery. Did that and helped her with windshield wiper replacement and a headlight replacement too. Friendly, knowledgeable and she was on the road in no time. Thank you!!!

This is hands down a Great Auto parts store. These guys were so helpful on getting what I needed. They even had the kindness to offer getting the part to me. My radiator blew & I dont know a soul up here. Luckily for me I moved into a great community.

The staff is as friendly as a bunch of car parts guys go lol! These guys are great, and helpful. The staff knows their car parts unlike alot of parts store now days. I usually go through them when I need things for our cars.
These guys made sure I had the exact part, for my car, instead of just trying to give me a random general maintenance part. They even let me borrow their tools, when I needed a new battery! Great customer service!

I had a dead battery and they tested and installed a new one. Also helped replace headlights (to brighter ones and windshield wipers. (All outside during a huge snowstorm)
As a father, its important to have a reliable vehicle for your family. All these items help get me back to Denver in the dark snowy cold roads safely! Thought the staff was very friendly (even though I was probably a little high maintenance) Thankful the town of Granby has this place!
