I had to go O'Reilly's for lense tape for a busted taillight and a part for my GMC Acadia. They were professional and helpful. Today I was at Mountain Tire and Lube getting a service done and Kameron was was also there getting a parts list from them. I jokingly commented that if I would have known he was coming I would have had him bring me a part I ordered from O'Reilly's that was in and paid for already. You talk about great customer service with out missing a beat he replied he was going to be returning to bring back parts for the shop and was willing to bring mine as well. Kiddos to him and the O'Reilly's team. Once again thank you Kameron.
I have all my life shopping with you, I wanted to return a product that did not serve me, and it came out defective and treated me badly, a bad service by Matthew, I will never buy again
I called for a part at 5:42 and said I was on my way. I got there and the door was locked the door at 6:05 when they were supposed to be closing at 8. I wouldn’t have been to upset if the girl on the phone would have told me or gave me a heads up and they weren’t looking at me through the window like they had no care in the world. I had to drive all the way out there from Fraser in someone else’s vehicle and topped of there truck in gas as a thank you. Very disrespectful
I have shopped at O'Reilly's for many years and have always been impressed by the customer service, parts availability, prices and return policy.
However, the Granby O'Reilly's is the worst in customer service and parts availability. Mainly their customer service. I needed some detailing spray and injector/ fuel system cleaner. Upon entering the associate at the counter did not acknowledge my entering the store and this was while just standing there... not doing anything.... just standing. Less than five seconds later another customer walked in and was greeted by that same employee.
At checkout, I was not asked before, during or after if I was a reward member, which I am. As I was handing the money to pay for the two products I bought I mentioned that I have a member phone number. The employee told me it was too late. I reminded the employee that he should have asked before it was too late. Total was ($45.87). This employee then told me that if I didn't like it that there are other stores... hmmmmm.
Maybe corporate will read this. I buy quite a lot from O'Reilly's... but as this employee stated so boldly, "There are other stores."
I think Grand County, CO can do without O'Reilly's. We already have NAPA and CarQuest(Advanced Auto Parts).
New store in Granby. Good selection and competitive prices. Lots of off street parking including handicap accessible entrance. Clean restroom. Haven't dealt with this store enough to comment on customer service, however if they are like the other O'Reilly Auto Parts stores I have dealt with it should be great
