Brandon helped us out TREMENDOUSLY as our car blew an engine on the highway outside Sterling. He made sure that my wife, kid and cat were comfortable and taken care of. The following day he got my broken Subie to Aurora... thank you Brandon and A&R!!!!!

My family and I broke down Saturday night on I-76 outside of Merino after attending a wedding in Sterling. It was 11:30 pm and I was certain getting a tow would be an hours long process… A&R towing was assigned by my insurance company and advised they would be there by 1:30 am, which I thought was actually a decent response time. My phone rang about 5 mins later and the driver advised he was on the way and would be there in 20 minutes!! I wish I wrote down the gentleman’s name, but he showed up when promised, got my family safely inside his cab, and then professionally loaded up our car. He drove us back to my mother in laws and even backed the car into the driveway. Towing companies sometimes have a reputation for taking advantage of people, but I can assure you A & R is not a normal towing company. From the response time, to the professionalism to the very fair price, I couldn’t recommend them more. I hope you never need their services, but if you do, give A & R a call. They took amazing care of my family and I’m sure they will do the same for yours!

A&r is a great lock and key smith I needed a key program for my car the guy knows what he's doing.

Even know my rental got towed here the staff are really nice even stayed after Hours so I could get my things....they ended up getting stolen later anyways lol. Great friendly people.

Brandon was great! I broke down West of Fort Morgan and though they had a tow in front of me, their service was prompt and very transparent in informative about what I should expect.

Fantastic service. At 11pm I needed a 25 mile tow outside of Sterling and Brandon showed up just 40 minutes after the call. He was super nice and helpful. Made the night so much less stressful.

Traveling, emergency service call, about 15 miles east of Sterling, Steve was the best! Prompt, courteous, helpful in the extreme, above and beyond the call of duty! Loved the service we received in Sterling, from A & R towing, from Great Western, from the Holiday Inn express. Couldn't have chosen a better place to break down, lol!

The guy that helped me today was very helpful and friendly. Went out of his way to help with what I needed. In the shop there are some “homemade” keychains and stickers for vehicle windows, and such. I bought a few as they were funny or cute.

These folks were prompt and got my keys out of my car quickly. My son was so kind and found a way for me to get rid of some of my money and test their ability to unlock my car at the same time. Joke is on you kiddo they did it and were fast too.

Very good service. Shane was so helpful in making phone calls and getting information we needed. After towing our car 96 miles to car dealer, he went the extra mile in taking us to our hotel. Shane did an outstanding job!

These people went out of their way to our rescue, us with a 40' 5th wheel in tow, on the side of the road, 60 miles from them to us and after hours on a Friday night. They chained the axle up very securely and helped us limp it to their town. That Monday the shop they took us to fixed our camper and did a fine job. We were on our way and since then have covered nearly 2k miles with no issues whatsoever. Thank you for your kindness and help. We appreciate you very much.

Excellent help when in a clutch. It's not fun breaking down randomly but they helped in a pinch! Got me and my doggo safely to a hotel with the broken car at a local shop. Weekend assistance on a holiday weekend too!

My daughter and I were on a road trip from LA to Canada when our car over heated in the middle of the hwy. Ken from A and R towing picked us up. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He not only towed us to the dealership he was kind enough to drive us to a hotel. I would HIGHLY recommend A and R towing.

I have only used this business to make car keys, chip and standard. Sometimes they have to order the blank, sometimes it's in stock. You kinda have to catch the key guy in the shop as sometimes he is out on a call. Be patient. He seems like a nice guy, programs the keys, and they never fail. I have had 3 chip keys and 4 non-chip auto keys made. I believe the cost to be fair.

I called to have a tow pretty close to 5 pm, which is when the auto shop I was having it brought to was closing, so I was worried I wouldn't end up having my car looked at until the following day. But man we're they quick getting a tow truck out to me! Within 15 minutes of me calling, Brandon had already arrived and had my Chevy all hooked up and ready to go! Also, the owners are wonderful, hardworking people, that will take the extra step to make sure things are done right. I got charged twice for my tow by accident, and when I called the notify A&R, they called the credit card company and had that all handled from their end and then they gave me a call back when they had it all handled. Very professional, fast service!

I highly recommend A and R. They towed my camper and truck back to Denver from Prewitt reservoir. Steve was helpful, professional, knew what he was doing, and a pleasure to talk with on the ride.

Had a serious accident on I-76 on Friday 7/9, losing my truck and he Camper it was towing. A&R called by law enforcement on the scene. Checking out of the hospital on Saturday morning was informed that their yard was closed until Monday. Because we are from out of state (NY), The manager Jennifer came in special to unlock and let us salvage our belongings. She stood there for 2 hours while we sorted and packed what we could into my sons truck. She helped where she could, gave us water, and advised us to make sure and take pictures for the insurance company. We were impressed by the amount they had collected from the median of the interstate, and with the care they had taken to organize our belongings. Even collecting our prescription meds and keeping them in the office. Words cannot express our thanks. Jennifer in particular went way above and beyond in helping us.

I cannot speak highly enough of this company or their service. I was rescued from the side of the highway promptly and kindly by Chris, who recommended a hotel and a mechanic in Sterling for me. The dispatcher was friendly and helpful and Chris was incredible. I strongly recommend these wonderful people and am endlessly grateful for them!

I was on my way to colorado springs when my jeeps transmission just went out. I was stranded in the mountains on the interstate a few miles away from sterling. I cant think of his name (sorry), but an older gentlemen who said he was filling in for his sons while they were on vacation towed me and was just the nicest guy ever! He even waited to make sure i could get a hotel! He recommended food and a place to sleep and made sure I was completely safe before leaving. Love him! Thanks again!

Kenneth Bailey responded to my AAA road side call. Ran out of gas on busy dangerous highway 49. He called quickly and was on his way. He helped direct traffic and filled my tank quick. He was very professional and even cleaned the gas tank area where fuel had spilled due to high wind. Highly recommended. Thanks Kenneth!

My work truck broke down on the highway east of brush. I called AAA and they used A&R towing and they sent Steve for a tow to Denver he was very nice and professional and he’s truck was clean and he did not beat up my rig he treated it like he’s own. I would recommend this company for any tows out in northern Colorado. P.S. I had a great chat on the drive back to Denver it was nice especially when you drive solo.

Jen, you and your team are absolutely wonderful. I haven't been in this state longer than 48 hours and you, Chris and everyone else you work with have saved me from possibly the worst situation possible with having a stranded vehicle. This place is and will always deserve five stars, solid Theyre friendly beyond belief, they treat you like a fellow human, (because they ARE human) and they're so wonderful about contact and communication. They're all familiar with the area, and local necessities. This company will wait outside the hotel door for you at 3 am just to make sure you got a room before leaving. These guys were very fair, decent and reasonable. We broke down on I-76 about 20 miles from Sterling. Of course, you think a tow will be highway robbery but that was NOT the case here. I called and spoke to the dispatcher who was very nice and direct about their process. Jeremiah came out to get us. He was professional, friendly and overly helpful with advice and help in getting our problem resolved. He transported us back to town, talked to the parts store manager about helping us, directed us to other resources and a hotel. When it was all said and done, their services cost us about $75/hr for them to rescue us and get us back to town. I am a small business owner myself and $75/hr is cheap in the auto world. Heck, the labor rate in my shop is $90/hr and we are "specialized". Most dealerships in our town are aroung 105/hr. I HIGHLY recommend these guys. They prove that there are fair and honest people in the world.

A & R helped us when we were stranded on I-76 in frigid temps. They got us safely back to sterling and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. Thanks Steve, for a great service you gave me and my daughter!
