About 2 weeks ago my Chevy equinox broke down and needed a car asap for work. Went to EB auto to get a car and they’re amazing. Worked with Mitch and he was so nice and reasonable with the price range and what year I wanted to look at. Mitch was incredible that he lower the price for this one car I truly wanted and made it work. Thank you guys so much for the amazing service and experience. This was my first time getting a car in Sterling and I’m glad I went to you guys. I’m in love with my new car.
EB Auto has restored my faith in the auto dealership industry. Bob and Mitch are exceptional, and they do good, honest work - not to mention reasonable pricing! They want customer satisfaction as much as they want a good profit margin, and their authenticity went above and beyond. Bob filled up my tank before I took off with my new vehicle, as well as made some minor repairs to the windshield that he had noticed - most dealerships would overlook these small details and wait for the customer to leave the lot, but they were upfront with what they saw and more than willing to fix it before I left. Additionally, Bob was happy to include a credit towards the price of the car for the one repair he couldn't fix on the spot. I am beyond satisfied with my experience and purchase at EB Automotive, they have taken the stress out of the car-buying experience and are the only place I would trust/recommend buying a used car from. I commuted two hours to get to them, and I would absolutely do it again if I ever needed to buy something different - trust me, they are worth it!!
Mitch was an amazing help with our Jeep, even offered assistance if we had any more questions later on. 10/10 service, now know our go-to auto shop in Sterling.
Don’t recommend…..I live about an hour away from the dealership and I bought a car there and that same day as soon as I got home the engine light turned on, I called the company and after much back and forth they agreed to have their car tech take a look at it and so I took it back home with the promise that they’d have Hyundai shop take a look at it on Nov 3 since their tech couldn’t find anything wrong and and I never heard from them to have it be picked up by their trailer, they also lost the original floor mats so they were going to order some and have them mailed directly to my house and that didn’t happen, never again will they have my business.
My experience with EB Autos was great. I worked with Mitch, he answered all of my questions and was extremely accommodating. In fact, he went out of his way to meet me at the airport an hour and a half away. I would definitely buy from Mitch and EB Auto again. Thank you!

If I could give 20 stars I would! Wes helped us get into a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe in a matter of a few hours! He was not only extremely pleasant and patient to deal with, he made me and my husband feel like we've known each other for all our life! It was probably the best conversation and experience I've ever had in this town! He's earned our business for life!
