We have purchased about 8 vehicles from Troy's Auto! We trust them because they are very helpful in identifying the problem(s) of every vehicle we have considered. That is what we liked about buying used cars from them. Troy has helped us find the best vehicle possible every time! We are very satisfied customers and would continue to do business with them if we still lived there.
Purchased a vehicle from here, and I get it... they help with buyers that don’t have great credit... however the vehicles they sell are pretty much junk. I have had my vehicle for a little over 3 months and have had nothing but problems... when I first got the vehicle my heater didn’t work, so they did get that fixed for me. Now, I have every light on my dash popping up, my driver side window doesn’t roll up, all 4 of my tires had to be replaced, and it has a new rattling noise under the hood... they have you sign a paper that says “no warranty, as is” so... if you DO decide to purchase a vehicle from here make sure you take it to a mechanic first!
I've always had nothilng but good things to say about Troy and his staff. Evey car has always lasted til I got rid of it. Unlike Fleming Auto Sales I bought a Buick Rendezvous from there, and it blew up before I ran a full tank of fuel through it. I just wish I had went to Troy's cuz if I had Troy would have done something to make it right.. Fleming Auto did absolutely nothing.. I like Troys!!
I got a vehicle I LOVED and had it a month and a half and it blew up the first time I went to Denver. I couldn't afford to get it back to Sterling. So I'm out $1000 and NO car and I'm disabled.
We broke down in town and they were recommended by everybody we spoke to as a logistically feasible option. We went there and bought an entirely reasonable vehicle for $1288 that made it to the west coast. It was the most zen laid back car buying experience ever. Wandered the lot for a long time before going to look for somebody, and they even tried to help us move our structurally broken totalled car later on, and recommended a great scrap yard for it.
I purchased a used rv from him and I was told that everything works but he did not check the rv, well everything does not work. The roof leaks, the refrig and microwave have no pawer to them, windshield wipers do not work. He was just going by what the owner says about the rv, he did not check it.
