So many people are quick to leave a negative review. I can honestly say that I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership in the last 3 years and the experience was just exceptional. Bryant my salesman was so easy to deal with, he was knowledgeable and extremely accommodating, no pressure, just a relaxing easy experience. I was happily surprised to find out that Zach the sales manager is still there and he’s a huge reason that I keep coming back to Groove Toyota. It was a very smooth, stress free, and quick experience. I literally walked in at 9am, and by lunch I had a deal, and signed on a new truck. I know in today’s world, there’s a lot of high pressure sales and dealerships that forget about you after the deals done, but this dealership cares about you and the relationship they build with you. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone who wants an exceptional experience when purchasing a vehicle, because this is your place, and you will not regret it!!

Working with Matt to find my new car was a very fun, non-stressful experience. He was very knowledgable and kindly answered all of my questions. The test driving was fun and he worked very hard to help me find the car I loved. And I STILL love my new car! As a first-time buyer, I couldn’t imagine having a better experience. The rest of the staff at Toyota were great too. Everyone was super helpful and kind. Additionally, I needed to run back to get something, and Matt and his team made sure to have it ready for me as soon as I got there. They are very thoughtful and attentive!

I had the pleasure of working with Kevin W from the sales team. He was very patient as we discussed and test drove multiple vehicles to find the best option. He was able to help me find a Rav 4 with all the options I requested. Vinny in financing was very helpful in explaining all the options for warranty and service. There wasn't any hard selling pressure that I felt since all the options were clearly laid out. Thank you to Groove Toyota for a fantastic experience! I've been looking to get a new car and everyone was telling me Toyota, Toyota, lol. I was to first off thank Chris Meighan, he was a star from beginning to end of my journey. At first I was just going in to look at cars and get an idea, not even with the impression of buying one that day. He was knowledgable, friendly, and overall NOT PUSHY!!!! A lot of car salesman can be pretty pushy and he was not, he asked the general sales questions and such which still didn't feel pushy. I also wanted to thank Inna Zibrov, she was the one I worked with for financing and she was amazing! She was also very friendly and wasn't your typical finance person. Would very highly recommend both Chris M and Inna Z! Also, Mason the manager was very nice as well and helped me out with talking with my parents over the phone to help them understand the purchase. Yesterday I purchased 2026 Toyota Tundra at the Groove Toyota in Englewood, Colorado. The overall impression was very positive from the moment I entered the sales area. Large, modern, well organized, spacious and comfortable facility. The staff was polite, helpful and professional. Youcef, sales representative, whom I spoke on a phone earlier the same day greeted me and invited to inspect the truck I made inquiries about earlier, and to take it for a test drive. He already had the keys and the license plate. Youcef was calm, polite and knowledgeable; answered every question I had, clearly demonstrating in depth knowledge of a subject matter. He was the epitome of what a professional sales representative should be. It did not take long to agree on the price and the terms as the process was transparent, no BS of any kind. Youcef was the first to greet me and the last to say goodby after he made sure that the truck was washed and temporary license plate attached. I drove back home in a new truck, very happy with my new vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership as, in addition to what I said above, they have very large inventory on the lot, making it easy for you to find a vehicle you want.

My wife and I bought our 2023 Toyota Tundra from John Olmsted at Groove Toyota Denver back in November, and I felt it was important to come back and leave this review because he truly earned it. We honestly had no intention of buying a vehicle that day. We already had a perfectly good car that we planned to sell, and our whole timeline was built around getting a new camper. Since we aren’t even going camping until May, we figured we had plenty of time, about seven months, to find the right preowned truck. We were very clear that we did not want to rush and were not looking for a new vehicle. Then we met John. From the very beginning, his approach was exactly what you hope for but rarely get. Low pressure, professional, friendly, approachable, and respectful of our time and situation. No games, no pushiness, just straightforward and easy to work with. He showed us the truck, we took it for a test drive, and we genuinely fell in love with it. John worked with us to put together a deal that felt fair and honest. We never felt like we were being squeezed or sold to. It felt like he was genuinely trying to help us find the right fit, even if that meant compromising the big commissions most salespeople chase. Because of that, we walked away feeling really good about the price and the entire experience. What really set John apart, though, is what happened after the sale. We bought the truck in November, but with all the technology in vehicles now, I still had questions months later. This morning (January 17 2026) John spent an hour and forty-five minutes with me going through the truck and answering every question without hesitation. No rushing, no brushing me off. He truly walked the walk. John is the real deal. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about the customer experience, ask for him. Since Grant is the sales manager he referred me to Mario Reyes on his sales team. Mario is is very knowledgeable and has a very low pressure approach. I was without a car and he picked me up at home to get to the dealership and took me home before I made a car purchase. Quinn was fantastic. I have never bought a brand new car and she was incredibly understanding and helpful. She didnt push anything on me, but guided me with helpful information. I took a long time to decide but her patience was very calming and really gained my trust with the dealship.
