Every time I go into this O’Reillys, The workers are too busy talking to customers instead of helping people. The only good experience I’ve had was with one worker yesterday. He had on a hat, And I wish I got his name because he’s the only one who actually seemed to care about helping. Everyone else just talks too much. I only come to this location when I have no other choice. I also had parts ordered and was told I’d get a call when they were delivered, But no one ever called.

First timer here and what a delight. A stressful Sunday morning when your car doesn’t start - I mapped the closest store and called for help. When I arrived Cooper remembered my call, got right to work, checked my battery, sold me a new one and installed it. It was quicker than a trip to the grocery store!

Got yelled at in the parking lot by one of the employees young kid sped off in the parking lot should of left then went inside to get antifreeze for my bike called to see if they have any to make sure not to waste a drive lady there said they had some to find out it was an Additive not antifreeze very disappointing

Dale who works here is one of the greatest parts people I’ve dealt with. He is friendly, knowledgeable when it comes to parts, he can always lead you in the right direction, and cares about your project or personal car. Mel who is the store manager is a wonderful person to work with. She’s always got a good attitude. She goes above and beyond. Wish I was closer to this store because their service is better than other locations I’ve been too.

I don't know how I've been in Englewood for so long and have no idea that they're there, but for some reason I didn't! The young man had great customer service! He assisted me with putting on my license plates and I am grateful! Thank you guys!

I've been going to this same O'Reilly Auto Parts since it was Checker Auto Parts back in the day. I think like 25 maybe30 years or more. (GD I'm Old!) My Pops and I have pulled every imaginable part for our Dodges, and Rams that everyday go fast gas burners like us can do. I can't think of anything we can't do come to think of it. We've used this store for our race bikes, racecars, and even my daughters car, and my brothers grandkids toys. The people are consistent and considerate, ( and put up with my old man) and prices are like every other distributors stuff (all of it is outta line these days but dont get me started) My last purchase. .a fuel filter and plugs for my vt1100 street bike. They had what I needed, price was competitive and the people helped this aging,raging,washed up checked flag chaser get out the door quick. (My lifestyle at 55 they better hurry I...i'm still alive, but could be taking a dive! Going fast and taking chances just to stay ALIVE. FU, OLD AGE!???

I'm a woman and sometimes when I go into part stores I feel very uncomfortable because the staff is not always friendly. I work weekends as a hospice nurse and my car started to overheat when I was on my way to see a patient. I found this shop and they were so kind and so helpful. They are not the closest to, me but I will always go back to them. I highly recommend them! Cindy Marks RN,BSN

I bought replacement daytime running lights for my car yesterday and unfortunately unbenounced to me while I bought the correct bulbs I did not buy the correct version because they were LED versions and I did not need the LED versions which caused the lights to click super fast as if there was no light bulb in there at all when they did illuminate and work fine. I personally did not go in yesterday and buy them and my wife did and she was guided by an associate to buy those ones and she is not a member so she didn't put her phone number and all I had to go off of was the time of day that she bought them and they could not find that in the system so instead of being a good company and offering good customer service and exchanging a product that I would in fact as the customer have lost money on in the exchange they just turned me away as if I haven't spent thousands upon thousands of dollars at every location of theirs for the last 20 years. I'm sorry to say it O'Reilly but this really is a situation in which you lose a customer and I start going to advance Auto parts or AutoZone now because of the bad taste you left in my mouth for an exchange that I wanted to complete that would have made me lose money and not you. Thank you for nothing.

oct 5 24 went in dale told me he could get me two hoses for my vehicle by one hour from there store n Broadway and 470 that's not what happened I went in at 1030 the gentleman forgot my hoses and tie rods racks n pinions on other customers orders I paid by 51 dollar my credit card I couldn't go to another auto store my car was overheating the store manager never ever returned my call at all but her district mgr did Jason n Monday so I will never go back to Hampden again why it took me what was supposed to take by 1030 am parts from other store parts coming in til dale went to go get left auto parts back I finally got my two hoses by 2 pm that day customers don't do this store or the one n Broadway and 470 why the district manager said store manager would call me its now thurs oct 10 for 85 I spent in two car hoses and 31 car sensor took four hours to receive just two lousy hoses and I couldn't get cash back on a chase credit card on Sat it takes three days to post back into my account so customers beware of the checker n Broadway and 470 to take auto parts to Hampden street in Englewood for two hoses promised to me in one hour took till two pm and it was paid by my credit card n a sat Christine Elaine Gonzales so beware customers if your broke like I was that day and only had 52 n my chase card and only 32 cash only for my car sensor its not wprth four hours time since 930 am dale n Hampden ordered two hoses by the time I was gotten two hoses it was two pm why didn't I go back home my car thermostat was ovrheating so I lived way up on girard street way up by girard n university took four hours received two hoses by two pm that sat lost service by checker Christine Elaine Gonzales and if Google wants to see my two receipts I will post

They broke my back windshield wiper and were very wishy washy about paying to have it fixed! Three people at this store couldn't manage to work together to change a single windshield wiper? Why are they offering this as a service? Ridiculous. UPDATE: O'Reilly's customer service told me to take the wiper into a body shop to get repaired and submit the receipt to the store for reimbursement. When I did that just now, I was told that it would take "a few weeks for corporate to cut a check" for reimbursement (not what I was told by corporate!), and that I would have to come back—for literally a FIFTH time—to this store to pick up the check in person, and sign for it. This is totally absurd. Never going back to this place again after I get my money back.

I cannot begin to tell you how helpful the team at O'Reily's was. They made sure that any issues I was experiencing with my car, they would help me come to solutions that were affordable. They even stayed past closing to make sure this customer was all set and I could not have asked for nicer individuals to work with. Thanks again for the help!! Don (Two Thumbs Up)

Gage was a tremendous help. I had multiple questions about my car and various warning lights. Gage was able to explain possible solutions in detail, and personally showed me multiple products and their benefits to help remedy my problems. He should be moved into an upper mgmt role where he can train others, and everyone has his expertise and customer service skills. Thanks for the help Gage. Ill be back again!

I admit I know nothing about cars. Both of ours needed to wiper blades for the upcoming rainy season. Using the wiper blade kiosk where you enter your vehicle make and model didn't work out well. We spoke to a store associate who looked up what we needed, he went and found them. One blade was missing and he offered to order it. We expected it to be days before it was available and it only took hours which we went back and picked up. It felt safe and comfortable shopping for 'car' items. They seemed to be LGBTQ+ friendly which was a relief. We are always happy to spend money with a business that does not discriminate. We will visit this store again for car needs.

I came into to get help with my battery. Dale was there to assist me and he was very kind and I felt like he needed to be noticed for his excellent customer service. The ladies working there were helpful, as well, giving me recommendations on where to go to get the battery installed. Thank Englewood O'Reilly!

great staff, iam a regular so they kind of know me now and they are always very helpful and knowledgeable. they have borrowed me tools when i need them so i didn't have to buy equipment i was only going to use once. i have changed spark plugs in the parking lot and i didn't feel like they where bothered. thanks guys.

Isaac is a top rate employee at this location, he went above and beyond to help me solve an issue with my car. He was very knowledgeable and quickly solved my problem hands on in time for me to go to work safely. This is the closest and most convenient auto parts store to me and if it weren’t for Autozone’s rewards program I would shop here more often. The staff is pretty friendly, I can’t remember the gals name that is ALWAYS there but she must be a manager. She is so nice and very, very patient. Main reasons for coming here are they always have parts in stock, something that can’t be said for their competitor down the road. Especially funky parts that you would think would need special ordering. Also they have a pretty neat inventory of tools and specialty items that alone are worth the trip just to browse.

I went in because I needed new wiper blades fast, the employee up front was quick to tell me the sizes I needed and recommend a brand. There was no line so I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Another employee outside offered to do the replacement for me and showed me how to change them myself in the future. He even threw away my old ones for me. They're fantastic quality too so far! Never thought there'd be a point in my life where wipers would be exciting but here we are. I'll definitely be in again for any other car problems I may have.

I was very happy with my shopping experience! I went in on a Saturday afternoon and there was only 2 employees. A lot of people were there so it was a bit busy. I was still surprised to see the employees go above and beyond with each customer. They did not let the busyness of the day affect their member service! William specifically was awesome. He helped me find the best windshield wipers and put them on my car even when there were 4 people behind me. Very happy and wanted to spread the word.
