I just want to leave a five star review for Ms. Iris Who came to my wife’s rescue in the planet fitness parking lot. My wife’s car would not start and she called AutoZone to see if they could give any advice or look at the battery. Iris came out and offered some personal advice to get the car started. Just because of her going above and beyond, I will be sure to visit AutoZone Rohnert Park for my auto parts needs.
Customer service is out of this world! I shop here sometimes for auto items, but I had bought 2 batteries for my truck (it has two batteries) at Costco, and found out they wouldn’t help me put them in… So I wasn’t sure what to do. I went to Autozone and told them I could put them in myself if they could just help me figure out what the right tools were that I needed. Jorge immediately stepped up and said no way I’ll help you out, it’s no problem. He proceeded to take out BOTH old batteries and put the new ones in, just in the spirit of customer care. Jorge was so kind and so helpful, and really went above and beyond for us. All of the employees in the store were sooo nice and helpful. I can’t express enough how amazing they are at this location. Hands down they have earned a loyal and exclusive auto parts customer. I’ll never go anywhere else to buy any parts or supplies for my vehicle again! Just amazing. 🤩
I had an amazing experience at AutoZone thanks to Jorge A. He went above and beyond to help me replace my car’s bulbs quickly and efficiently. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he was also incredibly friendly and patient, taking the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before I left. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about providing great service, and Jorge definitely does! His professionalism and positive attitude made my visit smooth and stress-free.

I went into Toyota dealership to change the battery of my fob and they wanted to charge me almost $250 dollars which it's insane nowadays and I drove to your location and Jorge told me that he would do it but he charge me 12 dollars for the battery and in 2 mins he had changed the battery,...I am shocked because Jorge saved me over $200 dollars and that it's great customer service I will be back to your AutoZone!!
Over the top customer service here! This was a second time I’ve gone into AutoZone in the past few months and have had excellent customer service. The workers here go out of their way to help you resolve any vehicle issues. This time Jorge helped me change out both of my fob batteries. He saved me a ton of money and asked for nothing in return. Thank you AutoZone what a great team you’ve got there😊
Terrible service, short heavyset guy with brown hair was very rude and unhelpful. I’ll never spend any money at this location, and I’ll make sure to tell everyone to avoid this store.
This was my first experience at AutoZone in Rohnert Park. Armando was amazing. So courteous and helpful and even though we, non-automotive people had problems with figuring out what we needed, he and his team were amazing and got us set up and back on the road. We actually needed light bulbs and it turned out we needed 2, that was throwing my BF and I. Now we're back on the road, we're safe since the brake light was out, and we're so happy to have had the support that we really needed. Thanks again Armando couldn't have done it without you!
Bella was amazing! I had no tools to change my battery and she jumped right in with her tools. Excellent customer service! I went there after work and my battery being dead. The service manager Iris was amazing as well and helped out so Bella didnt miss out on her customers inside. This is the reason why I shop here and only here. Way to go autozone. This soldier appreciates you!
Hello, my wife and I were on our 9th anniversary vacation today. We were planning to visit Bodega Bay. But when we turned on the prius, the check engine light was on.
I used Google of course, and discovered the gas cap was loose, and then I tightened it. Yet the engine light was still on and we were worried we might have to go straight home.
Thankfully, Kevin and Iris were working at Autozone today, and helped us scan and read the engine code. They confirmed it was just the gas cap and gave us the peace of mind we needed to keep enjoying our vacation and not have to cut our anniversary short.
They were kind and had good humor and personality which is becoming more rare these days.
We don't live in this area but we are happy to know such nice people are here for the people who love here.

I wanted to thank their management team for saving my life yesterday! I had a flat tire (saturday evening) and they found me a nearby shop to replace my tire!
HUGE SHOUT OUT TO LILY!!! It was Sunday mother's Day and I was broke down in the parking lot due to complete brake failure she was very helpful in getting me the parts that I needed the best part is that she made a phone call to get somebody to install my brakes for me which was clutch in the moment because no shops were open at all and she knew how important it was that I'd be able to get back on the road! The gentleman who she coordinated everything with was awesome and very detailed in repairing my brakes!!! overall 11 out of 10!!💪🙏👍💯
Came in to purchase new headlights, staff directed me to lights more affordable than what I originally came in for and even installed them for me! Victor you rock! Thank you!!
Very friendly, very honest, and very helpful. Came in with issues with my car battery and they checked it and changed it for me when it turned out to be dead. Thanks to Michael who went above and beyond to help!! Turned the crappy day I was having around.
Friendly staff, great selection and great prices, everything I look for in an auto parts store. Thank you, AutoZone. The store is always clean and well stocked they're longer tools are usually in stock and have a good selection I would recommend anyone in the area to use the store
I went in for new headlight bulbs, they said they would put them in for me. Long story short one was significantly stuck in the headlight. Michael, went out of his way to get it out and install. Great customer service, I now have a new parts store I will be using.
Michael Aguilar provided excellent service. I really appreciate him taking the time to switch my car battery out for me. The other auto part store with the shamrock laughed at me when I asked them to help. Mike offered, I didn't even ask. Thanks all.
Hell yea! You guys are awesome. O'Rileys didn't have what I needed so I went to your auto zone in Rohnert Park and Marcus was a pleasure to be helped by. He was very polite and knowledgeable and I was in and out in 5 minutes with everything I needed. Happy Fridays guys! Good job!
Marcus was very helpful. He’s a great employee he took the time out to help me with my product. And I didn’t have enough money for my product. He wind up having the product and gave me his own. That’s how good of an employee he is AutoZone Marcus deserves a raise. Anyone that goes above and beyond they deserve it. So I would like to say thank you Marcus for all your help.
Stopped the the Rohnert Park location for a few parts.
1. I was immediately greeted by a cheerful employee named Antonio. He was super friendly and was motivated to help me find what I needed.
2. He showed me my options on the screen and gave me a brief description of the pros and cons of each.
3. The store wasn't busy at the time and he even walked over to help me find some other parts I needed off the shelves.
I was super impressed and very appreciative of Antonio's amazing customer service. I don't get that service from the other AutoZone stores I usually visit.

Amazing customer service by Apollo and Kevin. Our wiper blades were hard to figure out the model we needed, but in the dark and rain, they were out there figuring it out and getting us exactly what we needed. They went way above and beyond and are the reason we will be coming back again and again. 5 stars isn’t enough for these two, should be 10.
Just bought a battery for my Ford Ranger and had it installed. Young man named Marcus did the work. I am retired and this was the best customer service I have experienced anywhere. I highly recommend this store for service and thank you Marcus.
