I'm happy with the work you did but I think I should have received a discount on the transmission due to the fact that I was not told that my my original transmission could not handle the power.

Came in with questions and no idea what I needed, and left feeling safe in my car again. They did a thorough inspection before starting work, gave clear information I could understand, and made me feel that I can trust RPM for all my future needs.

Experience #1: I had a great experience, taking my Pontiac into RPM. Spoke with Brad on a Thursday afternoon. He was able to get me in Friday morning first thing as we talked about the service that I needed done. He was knowledgeable in the tool chain required to program a new part for my car And said bring it in. We’ll give it a go after I brought it in. He was able to hook into it properly set up the new part and was done in a jiffy given the effort he was very accommodating on the price which I thought was very fair. I would definitely bring my vehicles back for any service requirements in the future. Knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and not trying to price gouge. What else can you ask for? Experience #2: Google reviews are kind of silly and that they don’t let you leave multiple reviews for the same business. So I am adding onto my first review I did a few months ago. Recently I bought a Chevy Bolt from Carvana, which seemed to be in very good shape, but I wanted to have it inspected just in case. The team at Rpm told me they have an advanced inspection service that would check out all the parts that might be of concern. They were able to get me in very quickly, which was very much appreciated and give my new car if the road once over on top of that, I got a personal ride back to Petaluma. This will be may go to place for any services I need. Thanks again guys.

Took my older car in for an inspection and I really appreciated the thorough breakdown of what needed immediate attention, what could wait, and what should be done sooner than later. The communication was excellent and there were no surprises. The team at RPM understood my budget and helped me to make it work. Highly recommend. Friendly and honest service.

Had the clutch go to the floor on my Corvette. Was hoping a clutch fluid bleed would help, but it did not. They replaced the clutch slave cylinder and got the car rolling again. Emergency work, so I paid a premium for it.

I took my VW TDI diesel car to RPM for a coolant leak. Previously, I had always taken it to VW dealerships for repairs. This time I decided to bring it to RPM. They were very courteous, communicative and transparent. I have just found my go to place for all my automotive repair needs :-)

I bought a Blueprint Engine through Summit Racing. The engine came complete and tuned on a Dyno by Blueprints assembly plant. They stayed at five hundred and eighteen horsepower and five hundred mainteen foot pounds of torque. I took it into r p m for the final tune and to fix some problems the installer caused. RPM tuned it perfectly. they got the timing just right and they changed out the main jets in the Holley 850CFM 4 barrel quadra jet carburetor. They're just at the linkage so that the throttle would complete WOT. They adjusted my kick down linkage on my transmission as well. These are all problems that the other shop could have corrected but they really weren't concerned about doing a fine-tuning. They just wanted to get the project out the door. My truck purs like a kitten, starts on the first crank, and produces maximum horse power. All this for just under one thousand dollars. This is well worth the cost.

Air conditioning. Other place wanted $5,500 to change compressor. RPM Diagnosed the real problem and found compressor was fine, just a bad fan. Repairs were around $1,500. I will recommend their service to anyone I know. Top Notch!

What a great group to engage with over my 69 F250 Camper Special. Thorough from start to finish and gave logical expert advice with empathy and professionalism. I will be back soon for a more extensive repair and restoration.

RPM does a great job communicating before, during, and after your visit. They provide quality work in a timely manner and stand behind their work. I had some suspension work done and brought my truck back in for a 500 mile check of all the components. I found a damaged bushing prior to bringing it in and the part was ordered, and they replaced all of the bushings under the warranty. I will be a repeat customer in the future and would recommend RPM as a trusted shop to take your vehicles to for repairs.

Very fast and very nice place! They were able to work with my timeline to get my car back to me quickly (dropped off Thursday, picked it up Tuesday morning) and were very communicative every step of the way. Not only were they able to diagnose my cars overheating issue and replace the parts, but they also thoroughly inspected my vehicle and found some potential future problems, photographed and documented them and let me know what to prioritize if I wanted to fix these problems. As someone that is not car savvy, I appreciate any information that can prolong my cars life.

I’m very happy with the quality service and work that I received at RPM. They take the time to explain things and they give you a checklist so you can plan for future repairs. The work I needed done took a bit longer than expected, but it was worth it. I’m on the road everyday and I want peace of mind knowing my son and I are going to get where we are going safely.

The team at Rpm did a beyond great job with our 2020 twisted orange supercharged Mustang GT350 they got ahold of Whipple and replaced the harness/actuator twice and have followed up with phone calls to make sure she's running good, and she is! Very experienced, smart, personable and friendly family owned business i highly recommend this shop if you need any service done to your vehicle. Thanks RPM family and crew!

Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly service. Dave explained and gave me a copy of diagnostic test with prioritized issues that had to be done prior to work being done.(included photos/video) of problem areas. Definitely will get my vehicle worked on here!!

Brad, his staff and mechanics can be counted on to deliver. They have been thorough in keeping my wife's LOW mileage 2004 PT Cruiser as our dependable main car. Much better than new car payments for 4 years. They catch what needs to be done now, fix it and recommend what to watch for in the future. What more can you ask for if your car's true worth exceeds its book value. They do it right the first time.

The RPM staff did detailed diagnostics on my truck with resolution of my check engine light accomplished. They were professional, very informative and provided excellent service. I'm going to start this off by saying that I have a hard time trusting auto shops with all the scandals lately and past events with my previous cars. I always try to do all my own auto maintenance. However, I would have NO PROBLEM taking my vehicle to RPM Auto for ANY type of work. A little backstory... I met one of the owners Brad as he generously donated his services and cool swag to the Northbay Fires Benefit Car Show that I was organizing. I later met the whole family, Fran (Wife, owner/operator) and Jason (son, operator) among others and saw how they ran their business. At a later time, we organized a dyno day with some of the raffle winners of the car show and had a great time! The shop provided breakfast snacks and coffee as well as a great lunch catered by Jimmy John's (delicious). They constructed a really cool trophy for the winner of the dyno shootout but the most important thing for me was that I developed a great relationship with the owner and we all felt that we could absolutely bring our builds here and trust the quality work and staff. Now bringing it to recent events... Yesterday, I brought my vehicle to the service shop to get some suspension maintenance and an alignment done. Again, Quality staff and service shined! Don, the service manager gave me a ride to work while Marvin (service manager) and Lucas (technician) were tasked with the maintenance itself. all 3 members were very clear with their expectations and communication. I cannot express enough the quality and integrity of this shop and its staff. Maybe now I can let go of my ridiculous auto shop fears. I'll definitely bring my car back here for future work and performance mods. If I could give it more than a 5 star rating, I would. Edit 09/23/19: We held another cool event at RPM and I was having issues with my car. Modern vehicles are very complex machines and Jason offered to take a look at the car and see if anything was going on. He hopped in and plugged in his laptop and found that there were some issues and we had discussed what was going on. Brad (owner), Jason (owner and son) and I popped the hood and took a look around and quickly found that a wiring loom was faulty and had come dislodged. They very generously got it quickly fixed with some new wires and soldered it into place. I CAN'T THANK THESE GUYS ENOUGH! GREAT PLACE TO TAKE YOUR VEHICLE!!!
