Rose Auto Body did an amazing job on my car after my accident. The repairs were thorough, the communication was clear the entire time, and they kept me updated whenever timelines changed. I really appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. My car looks great, and they even went the extra mile with small touches like cleaning the interior and installing my front plate, which I greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend!

After being turned away by other body shops in town for a small part off my RV that needed a paint repair, Rose Auto Body stepped up and took care of me, even though they don’t usually do RV repairs. Excellent quality and they didn’t gouge me! I’ll be a customer for life!

This place is AMAZING!!! I came in crying and I left crying. But for completely different reasons!! Got into an accident after the recent storms and my car was almost totaled. I cried when Chris told me I was close to 95% totaled but that he would do his best to see what he could do to help out. When I got the call that he was able to keep the amount UNDER salvage title, I cried happy tears. I was so relieved. Then a week or so later when they let m kno my car was done, I went to pick it up and there was this GIANT red bow on it!! Lol n it looked even better than when I left it w him!! (Well obviously but aside from the damage, it really did look like a new car.) n then when I opened the door, I realized they even detailed the car!!! I'm tellin u....even tho I've only had one experience with them, you can tell they put so much love n care into every project they do. 10/10 would totally recommend them!! I was hit at a stoplight and chose Rose Auto Body from a list I was given. My damage was not severe to look at, and it turned out to not be major. I took my car in for an estimate, dropped it off the next day, and had it back within a week. It looks beautiful!! And they even touched Up rock chips with the paint.

This was the second time I’ve had the opportunity to work with him, and once again it was truly a pleasure. I really enjoyed stopping by and collaborating together again everything felt professional l, productive, and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. From the start when you speak to Lori at the front desk to the delivery of your finished vehicle that looks like it was just driven off the car lot is amazing. Rose Auto Body is a family owned shop and their service is second to none. They treated me like was family. Their workmanship was superb and their customer service was amazing. Had Rose auto Body repaint my low mileage 2013 Honda Accord. I paid for this myself, as damage to the paint was due to sun and weather fading and poor care on my part. They kept me informed all thru the process and the end product is that I am now driving a new car. They even detailed the inside and engine compartment. I would recommend their services to anyone, whether an insurance job or for a restoration project.

I’m glad I chose Rose Auto Body out of all the shops my insurance listed! They went above and beyond to repair my 2017 Toyota RAV4, had it looking brand new in a timely manner, handled everything with grace, patience, and professionalism, kept me updated, and I didn’t have to deal with my insurance at all, ensuring the least amount of stress for me. They even went out of their way to detail/clean it for free even though that wasn’t part of the plan. That was pleasantly surprising and shows they take pride in their work and care about their customers and their property. They’re cordial, honest, and ethical. The shop itself is clean, cozy, and charming with a seating area, coffee bar/refreshments, TV, and magazines. I’d choose them every time!

I've taken all my cars to Caliber Collision as far back as when it was Cook's Auto Body, but it's not the same since when it was Cook's, so I decided to try Rose Auto Body this time. I see now why everyone has given 5 stars. Lorrie and Chris were so friendly and great to work with. The whole team is top-notch. While no one wants to be in an accident, Rose Auto Body is the best place to take your car.

After our car was side scraped, we found Rose Auto Body through our auto insurance to repair the damages. The whole Rose family was wonderful and I can see why they’re positively reviewed! I was worried about timing and getting everything in motion because the accident happened a couple days before I was set to leave on vacation; Anthony took my initial call & was able to get us in the next day. Chris did our estimate and was thorough with what to expect as far as repairs, timeline, etc. Lastly, Lorrie’s hospitality was amazing- from when we dropped off our to car to when it was time to pick up, Lorrie would always check in and offered refreshments while we were waiting. We have our car back and am still amazed at how great it’s looking again. Thank you, Rose Auto Body, for fixing our car back up & the beautiful detail!

I was excited to attend this businesses ribbon cutting and Grand opening with the Vacaville Chamber of Commerce. The owners were incredibly nice and took the time to chat with me despite being surrounded by their friends and family. A commitment to community is important to me when I seek doing business with others and I am so happy they joined the Chamber and decided to support our community by opening their business in Vacaville. I need a repair quote and they do offer free quotes so I will be visiting them soon. Update: Since then I have had great experiences with this company they have done wonderful work on my car.

Rose Auto Body did a fantastic job on fixing and cleaning/detailing my car. My car was stolen in August and had some damages and the interior was quite filthy. They went above and beyond in making my vehicle look brand new. I noticed they fixed some small scratches and dings that I had prior to my vehicle being stolen which was so nice of them. I found Rose Auto Body through Statefarm insurance and I am glad I chose them. They are family owned business which I love supporting. They took care of me and my vehicle from the first moment I stepped into their shop. I would recommend Rose Auto Body to all my friends and family if they’re in need of getting work done on their car!

I’m very happy with the beautiful work they did on my truck. It is my baby and it was treated that way. I took my car into Rose Autobody for a new bumper, chrome delete paint, and powder coated wheels. The results are amazing! My Mercedes looks brand new after their great work! The new paint and the old paint look perfect! Chris and his team were complete pros and gave me updates throughout the week. Everything came out perfect and there were no surprises with the price or the work. I will be taking my car back if I ever need any sort of body or paint work on my car! Highly recommend!

Rose Auto Body is Amazing! I dropped off my car for a detail. I mentioned that someone had hit my car in a parking lot just a few dats earlier. Chris jumped right into action and assessed the damage for me. Because the driver didn’t leave a note Chris knew I was determining to turn the damage into my insurance or pay out of pocket. They put together a quote and even offered me a discount on the labor. At the last minute, I didn’t have a ride back to the shop, Lorrie Rose didn’t even hesitate to offer me a ride. As we pulled up to my vehicle I was so thrilled & happy. My car looked like brand new. I totally trust and recommend Rose Auto Body!
