I came in super confused on the type of windshield wipers I needed, yet Alyssa was quick and friendly to offer her help. She gave me a good deal on the wipers that also came with glass cleaner ? let's goo! And in conversation I mentioned that my key fob wasn't working well and without hesitation she grabbed a tool, opened it up and replaced the battery. Man this really made my day bc I've been struggling with this key for a minute. Lol thank you so much Alyssa, you are super professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. This is now my go to AutoZone for my car needs. Keep up the great work ?

Good store and good location!!! The oil bin fills up fast at this location so make sure you call first to see if you can bring your fluids to drain. The staff is great as well

I went to buy a stp oil and filter combo for 29.99 like the sign says but because the stp oil filter is over 11.99 my total was 38.91 so the 29.99 it just get you in the door and it depends on what oil filter your vehicle takes
Very bad customer service
I bought windshield wipers from them about 2 weeks ago that day they say if there any problem comes we change it . It has warranty now they give excuses and refuse to change
This location has the best customer service staff they are ready to help with what ever we ask for.the store manager Jennifer goes above and beyond for her staff and customers. It's obvious that she loves her job and likes it done right. To everyone at this Auto Zone keep up the great job your doing

I called this Nut Tree Rd/Alamo Rd Auto Zone to verify they had my battery in stock. They said yes and I was on my way. I got there just before 3pm. Kenny was getting off shift at 3 but stayed 15 minutes late on his own time to help me. I ended up having corroded battery cables and Kenny and the manger Jennifer both helped me get the cable repaired and battery installed so I could be on my way. Much praise for these employees. I was truly impressed. Thank you Thank you
They went above and beyond. My battery was dead on my vehicle and I had a meeting I really needed to get to. They brought me a new battery, in less than 20 min, and installed it for me. Awesome customer service. I owe them pizzas. ?

I came in to the store with a treasure trove of products I needed for two cars after getting outlandishly priced auto quotes from a big box auto shop. The products the likes of which I learned were on the actual shelves and I could’ve likely pulled myself, but let’s keep it real, it probably would’ve taken me like 10 mins for each thing. Kenny G patiently helped me with all 19 items as I literally held a clipboard and checked things off my list! ? He even championed me to grab some of the items that were right up front! I now know that washer fluid is green, I don’t know what color I thought it would be. He advised me of the difference between the brake lubricant and the spark plug anti seize lubricant and what they are used for, which was enlightening because again…… ?️??️!!!
After I checked out, he helped me take my haul out to the car, and showed me how to change my wiper blades! It’s service like this that really matters. This dude has inspired me to make my regular car maintenance less of a mystery!
I went into AutoZone today because my check engine light was on. Scott Was immediately friendly welcomed me into the store found the solution to my problem and fixed it all within 30 minutes. This guy has fantastic customer service 10 out of 10 recommend this location.
Today is not my first time treated with helpfulness at this branch. Scott who assisted me the day before with my inquiries happened to be in the store, helped me today eventhough he is off the clock. He even went to my car to make sure that the wheel cover fits. The cover fits. I am a happy customer.

This AutoZone is the location that I had the best experience at. Jennifer is the best store manager I have ever encountered. I went to the Auto Zone on nut tree and Alamo to get my brake light replaced and the assistant manager Scott Rawlins was there and helped me with everything I needed and he even came out and installed the bulb for me in no time at all… great guy who gives great service to his customers and very knowledgeable and friendly! If I could rate them a 0 I would. I came in because I was in the area and wanted to buy plastic repair stuff, rain x, and something good smelling for my new car. Well seen their prices were so much higher than ANYWHERE else but I didn’t wanna drive so I asked the male employee if they do price matching. I didn’t expect it on all my items but I did ask because the plastic repair cream was like 15 or 17.99 Home Depot and everybody else has it for like 9.88. He told me yes I asked him a couple times and I showed him the picture because I said you know because I don’t wanna have to drive somewhere else he said yeah we do so I continue shopping and grab a couple more items then I ask him about some rain x and he acted as if I was stupid when I was just trying to get an answer so I thought to myself I’m not gonna grab any more else. I’ll take these three items and just go. But then when I’m done, I go up to the counter and he kinda just looks stupidly at me no hi you find everything okay nothing and then ask the girl if she wants to take care of me. I told the girl the guy said you do price matching and she goes we only do price matching if it’s another AutoZone store I said the guy just told me that you guys do price matching. I showed him the picture and told him the price and he said yes we could do it and so I said you guys can’t price match this and she said no and just because it wasted my time and then he told me something and then went back on his word, I put all the stuff back and decided to walk out. I will absolutely take my money elsewhere. The attitude, dishonesty and lack of customer service was beyond poor.
Jennifer and Lori went above and beyond!! They deserve a raise or promotion for sure! The amount of time and effort they put in to help me with my battery, especially in This heat was nothing to scoff at. They were understanding, efficient, caring, and so knowledgeable in their craft. I highly recommend going to them if you need anything as you will be treated with LEGENDARY customer service
Absolutely wonderful experience at AutoZone! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and excellent customer service. But what made my visit truly unforgettable was Johnny. His knowledge and dedication were impressive, but it was his kindness and patience that truly stood out. As he helped me find the right parts for my car, I couldn't help but notice his genuine care for each customer. Over time, my visits to AutoZone have become more than just errands; they've become opportunities to see Johnny, whose presence always brightens my day. I try to see him 3 times a week to get my fill-in. Thank you, AutoZone, for having such an amazing and beautiful team member who goes above and beyond!
Can't get no better service than this store right here! Mike is absolutely the true meaning and definition of Excellent and Great Customer Service and Care! This gentleman needs to be acknowledged in all ways possible! I've got zero to negative zero knowledge about cars, and coming into this store, he was helpful, respectful and genuine in helping me figure out what I needed for my car problems. In and out in no time, he was very informative and made sure I understood why I was getting what my car needed! Thank you very much Mike!
