There is a criminal working at this establishment, who used my debit card information twice just last night to make purchases, which they probably refunded themself in cash. I reported as soon as the transaction notification hit my phone. Be careful.

Most knowledgeable staff around, if they don't have it, they can get it, they have multiple orders and delivery a day, they also do will calls and over nights and factory orders. Wonderful staff, the place is busy for a reason, because they know there stuff, I'll be patient any day to get the correct part the first time.

Just left the store, got there 10 minutes before their closing time that they have on here, and it was closed. Management needs to talk to their staff about closing earlier than the actual closing time. As I’m writing this is not even 4pm yet.

Store Stuff was really rude, when asking for parts they wont take any opinion and they want to sell you what they want, very rude response from personal, that i had to order it online and go back to pick up the part so i can get what i wanted and what the web recommended

Came here to order spark plugs and coils from “Carl” for my F30 BMW. I’m told two of the coils are back ordered but that they could have them there by noon(I ordered around 10am). So I had ok and returned at 12:30 to pickup. Carl advised they were still en route to the store and to check around 2:30p. Returned at 2:30p to find the coils were still not here. I needed up getting them by the end of the day and delaying the job that I couldn’t get done anymore. Fast forward one week and I got the car in pieces in order to get this thing done one oh to realize they had sold me the wrong coils. Went over to return them and had the guy was acting like he was doing me a favor. Point of the matter. Professionalism is non existent and quite honestly I found them condescending and rude. Also had I not know better I’d be trying to jam completely different parts in my car. I’d rather give up convenience than quality in service and experience.

These people know there stuff... I took a trailer hub in today and the counter person extracted the race from the hub to get the part number for the bearing... No auto part store will/could do that...

Best employee ever Raul and a local guy Alex. I broke down 3 hours from home. The employee let the regular customer use his truck to drop me back at my truck with all the tools and parts I needed. Even came back and helped fix my truck and get my two kids and myself home. Best parts experience I have ever had with 20 years as a mechanic. Employee 404

Terrible, worst auto parts store in town, they have to order just about anything you ask for and the staff is rude, Condescending, ignorant and extremely unhelpful. Usually desk jockies that have no real world, hands on experience. I will never buy from them.

Want to take a moment to thank your staff in your Vacaville location. I was in town when I blew out my AC on an older freightliner chassis Motorhome. I was in your store multiple times as my problems unfolded. Your staff took the time to help me source the parts. Was knowledgeable with your parts catalogs and old fashioned books. Very pleased they took the time to help me. I’m an 70 year old woman, with over 30 years as a parts and maintenance manager. I know good people when I see them. Thanks I’m on the road again!

Very rude people, I have gone here 2 times , once to buy a new battery and the second time to replace that battery through warranty. Speaking of warranty the warranty is 18 months free replacement and 3 years pro-rated , but when you get a replacement battery your warranty does not reset. This is bad practice. If I get a new battery it should have a new warranty. The lack of customer service made me ask another customer if this could be race related. Bottom line I will never go back after this warranty is up.

Waited in line for 10 to 12 minutes before anyone even acknowledge me. When I finally got help they couldn't find my invoice even though they called the day before to pick it up.

As a former shop owner this place has employees with the knowledge and resources to get the part you need when other auto parts stores fail to get a specific part. Highly recommend.

Whenever you're looking for one of those odd ball parts, or something you'd think would be special order because its rare. Napa auto parts seem to always have it! Working on a 1965 Chevelle Napa hasn't failed me once!

Friendly, limited selection. I'm not sure if there's a big competitor nearby, but it seemed like some of the merchandise has been sitting for ten years.

The showroom has a better layout now. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I believe it is under new ownership and it shows. I recommend this store to everyone.

I called asked for a part, they said it was in stock n I was on my way, got there less than 10 mins n they say sorry we are closed!? He should of told me that on the phone before I got there!
