Brought my 97 jeep in with a plastic knocking sound and told them what I thought it was and sure enough a molded piece of plastic on the harmonic balancer came loose. They replaced it in 2 days and now it better than before!

Great shop in Benicia! (The shop )I went in for a clunking noise on my driver’s side, and they thoroughly inspected my truck, re-torqued everything, found the issue, and fixed it right. Fair pricing, honest work, and excellent customer service — I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them to anyone.

The Shop has been nothing short of Amazing! I've had some car troubles this year and I initially thought I was going to be forced into purchasing a new car; however, after putting my car in the shop three times this year alone each time my mind was at ease which for me isn't easy. This is largely due to Nathan doing an exceptional job explaining my car issues to the best of his ability. I have not had the daunting feeling that I'm being ripped off which is why I will continue to do business here, and continue to recommend them to my family and friends.

I HIGHLY recommend The Shop Benicia. They clearly run an honest auto shop. Nate and his crew are easy to deal with, with no B.S. or up sales. I'm a DIY car repair guy and just didn't feel like changing the timing belt as needed on our Acura. They took care of it with exceptional work and the pricing was very reasonable. I won't be taking my cars anywhere but here.
