We used Junk180 twice recently: they removed large and heavy furnishings (exercise equipment, dining room set, piano), among other things. Both times scheduling was easy, they confirm a two hour window and let you know when they’re on the way. Pricing is fair. James ( the owner) completed our jobs himself and works very hard and efficiently. Plus he’s friendly and pleasant; we definitely recommend him.
James was great to work with. He explained things thoroughly, gave an estimate and when done the price did not change. He even took more items. I will be contacting Junk180 again to continue the clean-up process of the family home.
Called Junk180 spoke to the owner James. He was able to squeeze me in this week to remove my old hot tub. Gave me a good price, very professional. Cleaned up after himself. Would do business with him again highly recommend him. Easy to work with great communication also.

From the results of my Google search for junk removal in my zip code, I got bids from four separate waste haulers, including 1-800-GOT-JUNK. James was extremely helpful in hauling away old tires, boat parts, hammock frame and padding, flower vases, sand, cement, boxes of hangers, etc. James showed up in a timely fashion, was very considerate, kind, professional, and prompt. This hauling company is amazing! They are professional, efficient, fair and make piles disappear. James, the owner, is awesome, he showed up to back his employees up on one of our heavier cleanings outs. We have used their service for our business, and a personal home cleaning. I called on Sunday and James came out the next day. He was professional, had a great can-do attitude and is super strong! I had a few items that I was sure would take 2 - 3 people to carry, and a dishwasher that was wedged into a corner behind a brokem down car in my barn. I was sure he wouldn't be able to get them but he said he'd give it the old college try, and he got everything. It feels so good to see all that junk out of here! Definitely professional service, easy and convenient to book. My grandson 2 years old followed him around as if he was helping but learning along the way and he wasn’t bothered by it , it was so cute. My mom needed two pieces of furniture removed from her senior community apartment I called and easily made an appointment. James showed up on time, was very friendly and efficient removing the items. Sure, it’s not cheap getting rid of the stuff, but I think it’s worth the cost considering how much time and effort I saved and how easy James made it for us. Being recently widowed by the recent passing of my husband, I was left with 40 + years worth of various stuff/junk we had accumulated over those years. My husband and I were already looking to just rent a dumpster and do it ourselves, however, his passing changed everything. Hello, my name is Erik, I only write a few reviews every year, so to say that I was blown away by the awesome service that I got is an understatement. I am legally blind and me, my fiancé and my brother all live together with her to guide dogs there were some things that got ruined in our backyard during the rain and the severe weather and we did not know how to get rid of it. We were really in a bind because we are legally blind and can’t just get in a truck ourselves and then we found this wonderful company through a friend of ours. They set up a next day pick up for us and let us know that the evaluation was completely free of charge. If we did not want to go through with it after we heard how much it was going to cost there was no hard feelings. When our tech James arrived, it was nothing but good things he quoted me a price which was right on the money for what I thought the job was going to cost and we told him right away. Yes this is definitely what we want to do. Amazing service. James was very quick, courteous and polite , this was a wonderful experience and if I need anything or any of my friends or family, need anything, we will definitely let them know about this company. Everything was five out of five from the minute I booked on the phone to the minute they finished and gave me my receipt. Just a wonderful experience all around. Thank you you guys this was awesome .

The Junk1800 team was great! They came out to give me a quote, and even though I had to swap a few things out and add a few things they stuck to the original quote. They called me 45 minutes before they arrived, and were professional, polite, and quick about getting rid of all of our furniture before our big move! We had a lot of stuff to get rid of and I thought it would take them a long time, but it took them about an hour to get it all done. I will definitely use them again. Very affordable pricing and wonderful service!!
I found Junk180 by doing a Google search for companies like this that have a great customer service rating. Junk180 was right at the top. I contacted them and was able set up an appointment to come by the next morning at 8 AM! The gentlemen arrived on time, were very polite, strong and helpful, and in general a pleasure to work with. They got everything taken care of with no damage, no mess, and I am very happy with them. This is a good company!
James and his crew were fantastic! We were dealing with a difficult situation trying to remove a hoarding situation to place a house on the market. Not only were they thorough with removing everything, they were quick and very thoughtful in dealing with us. What we expected to be a nightmare situation was very easy and we felt reassured. This was my first time using a service to haul away items that we have collected over the years, in particular an old hot tub someone gave us that we never installed or used.....from 16 years ago! However, I had all kinds of different items that just needed to go.
James arrived on time and helped me assess and prioritize what I wanted gone the most. Sometimes it was more than he suggested, other times it was less, yet he gave me a very reasonable quote by tallying as we went along.
James and his crew arrived the next day, as scheduled (it was too much to do on the first day). While James was cutting up that hot tub, Steve and Dominic helped and picked up all the other items we had discussed. We still had space left, so I pointed out a few other items I wanted gone, James gave an on the spot quote, and we went for it!

But I just wanted to mention that Junk180 really helped us out when a few of our trees blew over during the recent heavy winds.
