Nobody likes to take their car into the shop but if you have to, this is the place to go! This is the second time I've used Exclusive. My service person, Rafael, was excellent - professional, courteous and communicative. The job was done on time and the cost was as quoted. The repair was above and beyond my expectations. Hopefully I won't need a body repair for my car in the future, but if I do, I will use Exclusive!
I've had two great experiences with Exclusive Auto Care & Body and would highly recommend them to anyone! After getting rear-ended in May 2025 I found them through my insurance and they did such a fantastic job. So much so that, when my passenger was hit in February of this year, I had no doubt of where I would be bringing my car. Every person I worked with was extremely communicative via phone and email, they walked me through every step of the process and the work on my car was completed much faster than expected. Their partnership with Enterprise was also SO helpful — I didn't have to worry about taking a ride share service anywhere or needing a friend to pick me up. They truly took the stress out of a frustrating situation! Though I don't hope for anymore accidents in the future, should that happen I will definitely be returning. They've earned a loyal customer!
I highly recommend Exclusive Auto Care & Auto Body! I first came across this shop because it was on the list of repair facilities recommended by our insurance. I brought my mother's car in for repairs, and Cherie helped me through the entire process. She was fantastic to work with, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful.
I had such a great experience that I later brought my own car in for repairs as well. Once again, Cherie went above and beyond. She answered all of my questions quickly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
I'm extremely satisfied with both the customer service and the quality of the work. It's not always easy to find an auto shop you trust, but this one truly delivered. I would absolutely return and highly recommend them to friends and family.
Super fast repair of my Tesla Y as well as repairing trunk damage at a fifth of the cost of other places!
Someone hit the front end of my car in the parking lot. Luckily insurance will take care of that, but I wanted to get my trunk repaired at the same time.
The trunk estimate from different shops, including Tesla autobody repair, was $4-7,000. Exclusive Auto quoted $1,000.
I was skeptical, but they did the repairs in a few days after receiving the parts. They worked well with my insurance for the front end and I paid out of pocket for the back end.
They even detailed the car and delivered it super clean. Very satisfied with the service. Although I hope I won’t need them again, I know who to go to if I do!

Car scraped along one side. The people at Exclusive were friendly, polite, competent and fantastic to work with. They did what they committed to do for the agreed price and delivered the car on-time, cleaned and polished. They worked effortlessly with the insurance company. Excellent service from start to finish - they really brought me along to help explain what my options were for several different pieces of damage. They were professional and more importantly, I felt that they were very honest with where is was worth spending more versus less (I was close to selling my car when the damage happened and they were helpful in explaining where repair would increase my resale value vs not really impact it that much). Very quick when the actual service happened (after the parts arrived) and my service took exactly how long they estimated so it was easy to plan around it. I highly recommend them!
In a word - Simply amazing! From Cherie’s excellent customer service to the actual work done, to the cleanliness of the shop to the friendliness of the staff, I would highly recommend Exclusive to anyone needing work done. They even managed all interactions with the responsible parties insurance and rental car.
Overall it was a good experience. Someone hit the front end of my brand new car on the front left(driver side) fender bumper and headlight. There was a couple things i wasn't initally happy with but after speaking to them about them they fixed and everything was repaired back to brand new on my 2025 mazda 3. Even a few months down the line they fixed a clip for me in 5 mins when my fender and bumper werent flush on my drivers side.
If you want a top notch auto body shop, then this is the place. Outstanding experience from start to finish and my car looks brand new. Their communication, follow through, knowledge and workmanship was amazing
I brought my car in for them to look at, After meeting with them all were very helpful and very nice but working with howard and Cherie very nice and understand that at this moment you are not in a good place mentally with the state of your car and they walk you everthing with a smile. The work is done beautifully. The car looks new. The estimate was the final charge. There were no hidden fees, and no additional work needed.
I also got an estimate from another autobody. Exclusive was better and lower. Their work is outstanding
My car was rear ended and this shop was one of the shops suggested by my insurance, Statefarm. I called them and they made an appointment quickly to make an estimate. The appoinment took about 15 min in which they just took pictures. I had an estimate by the end of the day and they had already ordered replacement parts without my approval to speed up the process of repair. I thought this was amazing! I didn't get a chance to approve the estimate until the next day as I was at work but it was great to know the parts were already en route.
They called me a few days later when the parts came in and I dropped my car off. Rafael Lopez was the person assigned to my car and he was fantastic! Communicated with me every step of the way with the repairs. I always knew what step my car was in the repair process. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone and tell them to ask for Rafael.

I was hit on the passenger rear side. Bent in tire(messed up suspension), broken door, paint damaged, etc. AAA gave me a list of facilities I could choose from. After doing some research I decided to go with Exclusive Auto Body and I am so glad I did. The day I brought in the vehicle they cared about my safety and did not let me leave with the vehicle because of suspension damage, they even called the car rental place and had them pick me up from their shop to get a rental. They sent a link via text message where I could track the progress of the repair and always communicated the pricing and any delays with parts. Day of pick up, they went through the receipt and walked me through the repairs that were done. So happy I chose Exclusive AutoBody and would recommend to anyone looking to have a nice experience, great work and actually be seen and not taken advantage of.

A body shop isn’t like Disneyland, no one wants to be there. But I was so impressed with Rafael, the manager who helped me get my car repaired. My passenger mirror was sheared off by someone opening their driver door as I passed. Exclusive took care of all the damage and did it to precise perfection. It’s one of those mirrors with video, radar, defrosting and motor adjustment. They dealt with my insurance company for me also. I only had to pay the deductible. 10 out of 10!

I was impressed right from the start with the very thorough inspection of the damage and the photos taken. I was even more impressed when I went to pick up my car after the repairs. My car looked new. Not only had the damage from the collision been fixed, but other minor blemishes or dense had been fixed. The car was sparkling, clean the work exceeded my expectations.
Had an appointment to do a estimate on my Tesla to replace my bumper in a few weeks after I called. They where able to cancel the appointment and help me out the same week! I arrived and they where able to get me a quick estimate. When the bumper arrived they set me up an appointment and had my car back to me in two days! Kevin had them put my lip on my new bumper with no extra charge. They where super nice and did an amazing job. Highly recommended!!
Tommy, the owner, was very professional. They took good care of my car, and they even helped arrange a rental car for me for pickup when I dropped off my car at the same time for repairs. The repair was done so perfectly, and I am very happy with their service. I would give them a total of 10 stars for satisfaction and excellent service. I definitely recommend them to others.
