We had a pain in the butt insurance company, but premium bodyworks got us the best possible outcome… Very happy with everything they did

Jay was amazing to help us with our repair. I am 9 months pregnant and he got us in and got our car fixed in 4 days when everywhere else was saying 7+ days. Him and his team were incredible with our repair and detailed the car to finish. I highly recommend anyone to come to Premium Bodyworks over any other shop in the peninsula.

I cannot say enough great things about this body shop! I was referred here to fix some pretty significant damage to my car’s rear side panel, and I was amazed by the whole process and the results! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. Jay and the staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me informed every step of the way. The quality of the work was outstanding, the attention to detail was top-notch, and I couldn’t tell that the damage even happened. They even went so far as to detail my car inside and out! When I dropped off my car he told me that their shop takes great pride in their work and it clearly shows in their craft and their service. You’re in the best hands if you come here and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, high-quality work :D

Premium Bodyworks made my car look like new after again after I got into an accident! I needed a panel and the interior of my headlight replaced and they did a great job of explaining what needed to be done. They even kept me updated throughout the process. I’m grateful for their service and kindness and will be happy to recommend them to anyone I know that needs work done to their car!

Premium Bodyworks came highly recommended to me by Autohaus Klaus, where I usually do my car maintenance, and they absolutely lived up to it. They did an excellent job removing a scratch from my door and fixing a dent on my front bumper — the car looks great. Communication was frequent and clear throughout the process, everyone was very polite and personable, and payment by credit card was quick and easy. Overall, a smooth and professional experience. I will definitely be back again and highly recommend them

I normally don’t do reviews but I was pretty happy about the end results. My car had gotten a bit of a hit on the front bumper and Jay was able to get it fixed in a day. Overall the process for him ordering the bumper and then getting it placed on my car was pretty fast in my opinion. He also polished some other minor scratches I had for free! And to top it off my car was squeaky clean from the inside and out. Really happy with the end results!

I brought my car in for some damage on my front bumper and to PDR multiple door dings. Met with Jay for a quote and he quickly accommodated me in their schedule. The quoted repair costs were reasonable as well. Repairs took the same amount of time as originally estimated, with Jay providing regular updates and photos as work was being completed. This really helped keep the experience stress free - especially since I’ve never brought a car in for paint repairs before. The repairs came out great! No sign of the damage on the front, and doors look like they’re fresh from the factory. They also did general touch-ups all over and detailed my car. Jay and his team did an awesome job on my car, and I highly recommend them if you want your car looking new again!

I took my car here to get some body work done after I was in a minor accident. The price was very reasonable, and they even fixed a few smaller scratches and cleaned the interior as well. I'm very impressed with the repair job - the finished repair looks great. I would highly recommend this business! Update November 2025: I took my car back here to get the other side fixed when I got hit by another driver while parked. They did a great job patching the damage and charged me a very reasonable price.

I was initially pretty nervous because I’ve never needed a body shop before and my car is my baby. But wow I really lucked out because this place is seriously the best. Jay was professional and friendly from beginning to end. The quality of his work is outstanding. I literally can’t tell that my car was damaged at all. The pictures really speak for themselves. The shop that repainted my car probably used inferior materials and after a while, the paint faded in weird places. It looked like the car came from a junkyard so I took it to get repainted again. Too bad I wasn’t able to take a “before” photo, but my car came out like brand new and even had additional fixes done for free! The paint is guaranteed not to fade and Jay provided such good price and service and explained everything so well. I’m definitely recommending him to all my friends and family!

I can’t express how happy I am with Jay and his team! Within 3 days they made my scratched car look like new and ready for my lease end return! They did an excellent job, shared interim updates with photos and overall were great and transparent communicators! They even went beyond and made other touch ups where they saw small issues!!!! I shopped around for a place to fix a serious dent in my new car. Out of 5 places I dealt with in the Redwood City to Burlingame area, here's why I recommend you at least give Premium Bodyworks a try as you shop around: 1. Their pricing was in the lower 25th percentile (you might get slightly cheaper if you're willing to drive to the East Bay). 2. You feel like you're dealing and communicating directly with the owner (whether Joseph Diaz is the owner or not, I don't even know, but that's the feeling). While most other places have you deal with front desk staff or call center personnel who make you fill out countless forms just to be seen, this is a "walk in and talk to the guy" type of place. 3. The communication was amazing—absolutely outstanding. Before I made my decision, after I dropped off the car, and even AFTER I picked it up and made payment, I received text messages and emails with replies so fast that I felt like I wasn't communicating quickly enough as the client. Where else does that happen? They did exactly what they promised, finished on time, offered accommodating scheduling, and provided fair pricing. What more could you need? Just put Premium Bodyworks on your short list of places to check before making a decision.

Great work and great prices. I was worried when the quote said they'd replace the bumper and only paint the quarter panel about the paint not matching but Jay assured me it's not needed and we can do it in the future if it's necessary. Paint match is perfect, car looks better than it did before. Work was fast and communication was great. Will be going back for any future body work I need!

Fantastic customer service! My car got damaged in the rear end with broken tail lights. I went to three body shops for estimates, and theirs was the lowest and quickest to get the job done. Also, they fixed my right side mirror and other dents for free! They did an amazing job fixing my vehicle.
