Absolutely do not go here!!!!! My car stalled at a stop sign so I went to get battery tested here. The guy said my battery was fine. I went to mechanic 3 days later and my battery is dead. I googled the reading the auto zone gave me and said was fine, but Google says it was a low reading. Completely unacceptable and could have caused me to be stranded somewhere if I didn't get it checked somewhere else. Not okay.

The staff is Super helpful and the place has a big variety of things and it’s very clean.

I had a great experience at AutoZone in Redwood City! Erick Arceo helped me out and made the whole process super easy. I came in looking for the right headlight bulbs for my Dodge Scat Pack V8, and he took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. Instead of just guessing, he double-checked everything and explained my options so I could choose the best fit. That kind of customer service really stands out. On top of that, he had a great attitude and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. It’s always good to find someone who actually cares about helping you instead of just rushing you out. If you need help with anything car-related, definitely ask for Erick—he knows his stuff and goes above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Now the parking lot have become a informal repair shop today I count up to 10 cars being service by “ mechanic “ not associated with the store they leave the place all dirty the even drink alcohol while working they left behind all the bottles and cases on the parking lot

Fast and easy

Diego, the Auto Zone employee in Redwood City, California did a great job checking both the Battery as well as the Engine Light on my car. Auto Zone has great Customer Service and I recommend it to everybody.

Alfredo went above and beyond to assist me with purchasing the right product for a head lamp that went out on my truck. He briefly showed me how to look for and identify the proper product. I recognize his efforts with respect and appreciation.

I needed to make sure I took time to write this review while being helped in real time. Erik was amazing from start to finish. He helped me find my correct windshield wipers, went to my car to grab one of the old ones to double-check, and then installed the new ones. I am so appreciative. Thank you!!

Special thank you to Yahv! I was very lucky to come in today for a battery and starter test after the battery light came on. He helped right away and I was definitely taken care of! We did a few tests and he went above and beyond! Thank you Yahv for his excellent customer service and everyone at this location!

I came in to buy a battery for my car on labor day and found it in the store and Alfredo was kind enough to install it as well for no cost. Usually they don't do for hybrids. It's a new store and will definitely recommend it. The battery price was also very competitive wrt other stores

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to Max. After my mirror was damaged and I was unsure how to find a replacement, Max went above and beyond to assist me in ordering a new one and even helped install it. His kindness and support truly made a difference, and I really appreciate that. He embodies the type of person you want on your team. When I returned this Sunday, both Max and Jorge were there to help me again; they are truly excellent team players. Thank you once more for your assistance and for making me feel valued. I've visited the locations in Redwood and Hayward, but I've never experienced such outstanding service before.

Max went above and beyond to help my 85 year old mother purchase and install her blinker light that she’s been very stressed about. Absolutely great service!!
