This best storage in the USA. Security is their top most priority. They have alarms in all storage units & it is being monitored well. It is always clean. Amazing view. Joel & Ines are customer service oriented and they really help their tenants.

Storage is nice and secured. Has a gate where you enter a code prior to getting into the unit. So I am never worried about breakins. Place is always clean and staff are very friendly. Joel and Ines are super nice and helpful! Will always recommend this storage to everyone with storage needs!

I just rented a long‑haul U‑Haul from Daly City to New York, and Ines assisted me throughout the process. She provided truly outstanding customer service. Joel was great in helping me rent a U-Haul truck. Pick up and return was easy. Although their guest parking is small, you can park your car there while you rent any U-Hauls. Great location in the surrounding neighborhood !

The experience of renting a truck was smooth and pleasant at this facility. Ines was professional and friendly. It also has a clean storage facility which is great. We would definitely rent again from this site.

This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had in a storage unit. I’ve had public storage, other mom and pop shops, extra space, etc. This area is very safe and easy to get to, even though there isn’t a ton of parking I’ve never had a problem finding a spot and loading or unloading. There are plenty of carts available, and you don’t need to give your ID to rent one. You don’t need to put in a code every time you go up and down the elevator just entering the building, which is great. It’s gated so it’s extra safe. And Joel and Ines are WONDERFUL! They live on site and the one time there was a security concern (the alarm went off because I forgot to lock something) they were there in person to check and make sure it was safe and sound. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

They are very professional and well-organized. Very pleasant and easy to deal with. Joel and Ines are the best managers in town. I am one of their long term customers and I will stay here forever.

Dropped off U-haul truck here and I was confused on what to do. But the service is great here and Joel came out to help me. He was super friendly and informative. Plenty of parking and a gate for storage units. The area looked very clean and away from the city so probably less issues from people

I was downsizing from a 10x15 to a 10x10, and he not only made the process smooth but also offered me a great discount and pricing. On top of that, when I had Internet issues today, he went above and beyond by letting me use his service. All in all, Joel has been helpful in every way—simply awesome!

Ines and Joel provide us with a very detailed and informative explanation of how to use the storage space. They were very helpful and professional in dealing with our needs. Since the location is very close to where we live, we gained access to the storage area in just a few minutes. Joel and Ines gave us the best solution to our extra household materials and gave us tips on how to manage and maximize the space.

Call in last minute to ask for a U-Haul while I’m moving some furniture and luckily, they were able to get me a U-Haul on the spot and came rented The U-Haul wooden 15 minute communications are good and the place is very nice. I would definitely recommend for storage or U-Haul reservation.
