First time at their new location, still great service. I needed new tires and went in not knowing what I wanted. The staff took their time walking me through options and making sure I was getting the best tire for my budget.

My usual oil change/smog shop on 19th Avenue went out of business. I went to them for over 20 years. It is so hard to say goodbye to businesses that helped me through the years. Now I have a new conundrum of finding a shop to change the oil for my cars and truck. I've been to Excelsior Auto Care before the pandemic and they worked on one of my cars. I remembered them as fast, honest and does competent work. $50 for a regular oil change for my Tacoma pick-up truck. This includes waste disposal and tax. They even help me get rid of the maintenance required light on my dash that have been annoying me for the past week. I was done in about 30 minutes. Good job staff at Excelsior Auto Care.
Got a nail on my tire. The staff is super efficient. It takes 5 minutes for them to put a plug in and I’m ready to go. Highly recommended if you get a nail and need to get it fixed right away.
Super fast, very friendly and very fair. Called to remove a nail and patch my tire. They took me in and immediately began working on the problem.

I needed some help with my car that belonged to my son who is deceased. The tire was flat. AAA suggested i have it checked.
I met Vicki when i went in the gate. I asked did she work there? Her answer was yes. She did just that. Her business partner got on it right away.
The safety belt for the drivers seat needed replacement. Vicky got on the phone found a replacement. She sent me ? smiling, the seat belt should be available next week.
Vicky had a great partner her German sheppard dog 2yrs old. I can't remember his name. I did like the dog and watched him as he saw another dog. He was gonna chase him but we were fenced in . Back to the car one of the repair men told me nothing was wrong with my tire. I do want to say they were friendly and very helpful indeed.
For urgent auto repairs and all car service, we can rely on Excelsior Auto Care - do repairs promptly as promised. Charges are reasonable and affordable. Overall, service is excellent.
Excelsior always does a great job on my vehicles. They are knowledgeable and reliable and most of the time very fast in getting my vehicles back to me.

My car was experiencing some engine knocking which I thought that would be caused by a clogged fuel filter, so I brought it to Excelsior for them to diagnose. Once they were done with troubleshooting, they found that the knocking was due to my battery wires not being tight enough. With the addition of a tune up to the service of my car, the price for the fix was well below what I had anticipated. I'm happy to report that my car is performing as it did when I first bought it.

I’ve been coming to this place for about 5+ years now and today I come to pick up my vehicle just find out that the owner took my ride for a test run to Costco with his family like it was just the most normal thing in the world. “Hey kids, let’s take this guys Tahoe for a ‘“test drive”’ and eat up all his gas in the process”. So yeah, I will not be going back
Great service!! Me and my family trust this auto service place. They are fair on the price. I remember taking my car to sears for a little leak they created and the total cost was close to $2000. I called Excelsior auto center and everything was fixed for less than $300!!!
Very friendly and work very quickly but I had to take my car there twice for the same repair. Then took it to another mechanic because it wasn’t done correctly even after the second time. In the end, spent way too much on an easy repair that could’ve been done in one trip. ?
Finally a mechanic you can trust. These guys do great work! Took my 2006 Chevy pickup in for general maintenance, and they returned it running the best it has run in years!
These guys are great. They have an extensive knowledgable friendly staff that repair cars and don't try to pull one over your head. If you need general auto repairs or maintenance, this is the place to go. I had breaks adjusted and a smog test done. I did not pass, but they told me what I needed to fix. I had my uncle do it, only because he does it for free, but I was going to have them fix it. They also called me to give me a discount on their services, but I already had my uncle working on the car. They want your business and they show it. They are also a certified smog check station and repair. Lot's of parking and they are prompt when you visit.
