Really good place! Anything you need for your truck! Until my camper and lumber rack fell off on the 101. Caused damage and a bad head ache!!!!! MY TRUCK IS MY $$$ MAKER! I HOPE THEY TAKE CARE OF ME!!!!! I'll keep y'all posted!

Edit/update - Just got my new Leer topper July 2022. Derek and his guys took good care of me on time and on budget. They took good care to make sure the handles and locks were keyed and aligned like i asked for. Awesome to deal with.

I bought a hitch on etrailers and brought it to Bay Truck for installation. They were done in about 90 minutes, and it looked great.
Would highly recommend.
They did a great job installing rock sliders and some recovery points on my Xterra. Installer went out of his way to use OEM hardware where he could. He even strengthened the aftermarket mounting with a backing plate and some extra TLC.
Paid off too, because not one week later my right rail took a beefy drop onto some solid rock. Probably about half my vehicle weight. Everything held super firm and kept my vehicle safe and sound. The excellent work and experience saved me a potentialy expensive trip to the body shop. I'll be coming here for all my future installs.
The guys were great!! After learning the company who made my fiberglass tonneau cover were long out of business, I wasn't sure how I was going to get a new lock and struts. The guys found and adapted new parts, and spent a lot of time making it sure it all worked with ease. High Fives to the entire staff and I will absolutely go back as needed.Go see BTA for your truck needs!!
These guys are amazing!!! They are reasonably priced and have a fast turnaround. I needed a hitch put on my Subaru Forester and the dealer wanted, I don't joke, $1,300. Bay Truck did it all for under $500 and they were exceptionally polite and fast. I can't recommend them more highly.
Had purchased my thule motion xxl unit online and had stopped by "CUSTOM TRUCK" in South City and asked them how much they would charge mee too install this unit on my Suburban because I couldnt adjust and lock down thee rails to be secure. The sales rep that helped me had his manager come out and he told me "Oh my wife has thee same Unit on her Tahoe, wee had too Zip tie it on to thee rails" really? Just seemed like they didnt wanna assist in thee installation of my Unit. I drove down a few miles too Daly City met with "Mitch" Owner of Bay Truck where he immediately had his technicians check my Rails and Thule Unit out for installation they told mee sure wee kan do it for you and only charged me $40. I wanna Thank Mitch and his Crew over at Bay Truck Accessories for thee superb customer service and knowledge they provided. I hope that Zip tie holds up on your wife's Thule Luggage Rack "Custom Trucks" or you might wanna refer her down too BAY TRUCKS.
Quality work and great customer service, walked in to get a quote for a LEER camper shell and other upgrades for my tundra after visiting 2 other camper shell dealer's.
They were extremely helpful and explained all the options available some I never knew existed, Im happy that I got better service, a product that I wanted, and best of all a better price than the competition. The showroom has a ton of things on display from shells, roof racks, bumpers and grills, to cargo management.
The LEER shell looks great and I'm happy with the work and service they provided.
So after a month of stringing me along because the axle guy was out, they said they could look at my problem today or tomorrow. I call up and get told I don't have an appointment so it will now be then end of next week. Why wasn't I ever asked or offered an appointment? Don't know, do you? Total waste of time. Last choice for doing business in the future.
My one stop shop since 1996! If it's not in stock they will get it for you. And when they install, they ALWAYS go the extra mile to get it RIGHT...the first time! So many options! ?
Great service and atmosphere! They fit us in with short notice on a busy day to replace and shocks bushing and only charged us the minimum labor. No upselling at all and as a woman I appreciate that. Most garages take advantage of my lack of knowledge.
Lost the key to my hitch lock. Really needed to get it off to change out hitch. They were busy as hell and still pushed me in to cut off the old lock. Thanks guys
Shady customer service. Eric tryed to charge me twice for a bulkhead that the manufacturer told me was included in the package (and is listed that way on the manufacturer web site)! Too bad would have liked to keep my money local. Manufacturer recommend a supplier who would install for 500 more that i was quoted for parts here!
Besides the fact i waited 4 hours for a call back that never happened. I had to call them!
For cheesy bolt on assessories that require no skill to install this is a great place to come. If you're looking for fabrication or hard core off road conversions like a solid axle swap for your flimsy independent front suspension Chevy that has a tendency to snap tie rods by inadvertently bumping into a curb I would keep looking.
