Mechanic didn’t put my Mazda in service mode when changing the rear brakes. Two days later I noticed my e brake wasn’t engaging. Took the car back, after 3 days of having my car wheel works told me to take it to the dealer to have it fixed and they would reimburse me. When I picked up my car from wheel works the e brake immediately froze and I was unable to drive my car. Got it towed to the dealer. They confirmed the problem was caused by the mechanic not putting my car in service mode. Almost 3 grand to fix. Then I was told I had to go through claims with wheel works to get it paid. That process was terrible. The claims specialist was difficult to get a hold of and not communicative. Wheel works ending up paying for the repairs but I was without a car for a total of 12 days and no rental was offered to me.
Moral of the story is I would not take my car to wheel works again. I appreciate they ending up paying for the repairs but the process was painful. Save yourself the trouble and take your car to an independent shop that has experienced mechanics
The “lifetime alignment” offer feels like a scam. Both times they claimed the work would be done the same day, and both times they didn’t follow through. Staff kept changing their story, and the online scheduling system is basically useless—you must call to verify every appointment. Very frustrating and not trustworthy.
The staff here was very patient and communicated clearly the issues with my vehicle and worked diligently to resolve them completely. I recommend them highly. They didn't try to upsell me or recommend services I didn't require or need. I would return for more work on my vehicle without hesitation.
Discovered that one of the tires had a tear on the side, so it needed to be replaced. I called Wheel Works not expecting them to be able to take me right away since it was close to 2:30 pm on a Friday, but not only did they do so, they were able to get it done in less than an hour. I’m very grateful and happy with their service. Definitely recommend!
Great service here. They repaired my flat tire when another place tried to tell me it wasn’t repairable and tried to sell me a new set of tires. Kenny looked at it and told it wouldn’t be a problem to repair. Efficient an d fast service. My car was ready at the time they promised. Would highly recommend if you have any tire issues.

Horrible service and rude customer agent!!! I went there for an uber inspection. It was 5:30 pm, shop was still open(closes at 7:00 pm) and the guy at the register refused to make the inspection because he said it is dark and he is the only person on the register. My car is a brand new Tesla Model Y, it has only 1000 miles on it, so it would take only 5 mins of his time to do the inspection. I asked him nicely that it would be a quick check and it would not take so much of his time, and before I even finish my sentence, he said NO! with an attitude. Never recommend this shop for anything. I’ve never seen such a business that does its best NOT TO EARN MONEY!!!! After that, I went to a Jiffy Lube at 6:30 pm, they welcomed me well and it did not even take 5 mins to do the inspection. I paid 10$ more, and had better service and dedicated workers.
Please, for the love of god, go anywhere else if you need work done on your car. I dropped my car off for a pre scheduled appointment, and nine hours later they hadn’t even started, with no updates from their staff.
Gabe took care of my Lyft/Uber inspection with ease. He helped me inspect my vehicle and get me on the road with care. Highly recommend Wheel Works of Daly City Ca for any maintenance or Ride Share inspections.
Very clean and kind staff. Offered assistance immediately and was willing to offer great suggestions. Safe parking space and easy access to local businesses. I was able to wait and finish the service. Perfect place to go for car needs.
They work on my car to replace the radiator and charge me for about $1,250.
Anthony called me about the result of diagnostic late afternoon Saturday 12/06/2025 around 3:44pm to be exact. Letting me know what work needs to be done.
After I approved the work order. He told me my car will be ready by Sunday 12/07/2025 before noon. 12:43pm I didn't get a call from wheel works. I decided no come and visit the shop. I found out my car is still sitting there and not done yet. They told me they trying to call me but I didn't answer. That BS excuses and try na blame me. I didn't received any shiiit from them and if I didn't answer you can still send email or voicemail to inform me what is going on with my car or what's the situation.
After they finished working on my car I drive my car to home. Which is 2/3 blocks away. I didn't notice a problem, till I have to take a freeway the moment I hit the freeway I started hearing flapping sound and metal scrapping the ground. So exit the freeway then parked my car at the nearest gas station and I saw cover underneath the engine that connects underneath the front bumper are all missing and there's no way it came off just like that.
I am not satisfied what they did to my car and to me. They charge me so much for the unfinished work is disgustingly overpriced.
I have been taking both my cars for maintenance, and tires here for over 10 years and never been disappointed. My 2002 Mustang GT convertible died on 11/30/25, towed my car here in 2 days they changed my fuel pump, removed a nail I didn't know I had in tire and changed fuel filter, and other Misc.. items. I thought the car was dead, but I well be driving this for years thanks to there professional staff. All this for reasonable Bill, 5 stars for sure.
Really a great car service center. I recommend you here. There is no wait time and pretty much all staff here are friendly and help you with as much as they can. Prices are really decent and you wont regret coming here.
The representatives Anthony and I think Gabriel, (POON K?) were both extremely helpful, friendly, offered options, and expedited my installation. The installation staff were all working and seemed in great spirits with each other, and everyone from front to back seemed to be communicating well as a team. It was a good experience visiting this business, and I will be sure to advise others and come back if the need occurs. thank you!

I received the worst service from this location their price gouging these customers out of their money for the service that they’re providing. I went there for one problem and they tried to convince me that it was two problems instead of one when I know the other problem was already fixed and handled, and they could not even show me The result of why the other problem was a problem. I knew my other problem wasn’t a problem but because I’m a female going into a shop they didn’t think I knew what I was talking about but I did know these large companies will work. Firestone might as they’re all rip off. I advise people don’t go to these kind of shops go to mom and Pop shops where you get the better service and the better prices the shops overcharge you three times the amount because what they charge me for here When I went to the shop to see what the prices were. It was three times the amount of what they charged me and nobody in the right phrase of mine would have paid what I paid, but I did because I didn’t live in the area and I needed my vehicle to get back home and go to work so I was forced to pay what they told me was wrong with my vehicle and it wasn’t even nothing wrong with one of the pieces that they told me it was People when y’all read this message. Don’t go to this location their price gouging people.

If I could give negative five stars I would. There is only an option for 1 star, so I have to be generous. They do not deserve even 1 star.
I left my car with them for over 3 weeks (September 4th-28th) as they kept ordering the wrong parts over and over and delaying the repairs, as well as increasing the costs significantly. I understood all that, and they communicated well about all that. That wasn’t the issue, and I was more than happy to understand that.
HOWEVER, during this time my car was in their shop waiting to be repaired (brake line and caliper repairs, nothing on the interior) somehow they allowed RATS to get into and live inside my car for a period of time (based on the size of feces, the urine smell, and the ripped up back seat.) They ripped up part of my back seat cushion, and there was ripped fabric and stuffing on the seat and floor, and on TOP OF ALL THAT, the Rats used the back seat and trunk as their personal bathroom, leaving feces everywhere and the smell of urine that I can’t get rid of. The car has smelled of urine since I got it back.
After I noticed, I immediately drove the car back to their shop, and both a manager there and I documented everything in the car. He then forwarded my info to their claims department. A few days later I received ONE call asking me to call back at my earliest convenience or to send an email to one they provided. They gave me a claim number, said their name was Robert, and that was it. I got this call while I was working so I couldn’t answer, I called back when I could shortly after and have not heard from them since. I’ve sent over 8 emails and left 3 voicemails all to silence. My car still is trashed and I haven’t had ANYTHING resolved in the slightest for me.
I do not have the time to be dealing with this, I didn’t have the time to leave my car there for as long as I did, and now I have to be forced to use my car that was used as a rat’s bathroom because no one has reached back out to me. I’d like someone from Will works to help me resolve this immediately, I am not going to do any work looking for or finding a shop to repair my backseat or clean my car. It’s not my responsibility, and I don’t have that kind of time. Wheel Works needs to reach back out to me with a shop to send my car to, and another shop to send my car to to get it detailed and cleaned at the very least.
When Wheel Works decided to leave my car open and available for rodents to get in and destroy it, after I trusted them with my vehicle for that long period of time, they made themselves responsible for fixing this. I think that’s only fair.
I plan on escalating this as far as I can if I don’t get a resolution soon. I’ll edit / update / change this review once I have a resolution.

I’ve been coming to this location for the past year, and their service has been consistently stellar. The associates are friendly, knowledgeable, and descriptive about the repairs need and options available. Prices are fair for services provided, and I will continue to bring my car here when my car needs repair!

We’ve been getting our tires done with wheel works for years! We have 4 family vehicles that we take. They save all of your info so you don’t have to remember when was last time you were there and I don’t have to remember what tires I like. They have great service and great prices.
I came into the shop early this morning and Hassin was very accommodating-even commenting on his concern for my well being, since it was raining out. The staff kept me updated on all the details of what's services were crucial and things that could be held off. This isn't my first visit to this shop, and I have been consistently happy with the work they do.
I brought my vehicle to wheel works after a puncture in one of my tires. Their service was friendly, quick, and professional. I would highly recommend coming here. Especially since it is open on weekends.

Alignment and rotation done today - few hours and a great price. BMW wanted $650. I paid 1/4th of that basically
Bought my tires to be installed at DC Wheelworks. Dropped off at 9am and was able to pick my car back up after an hour and half. I appreciated the speediness as well as the complimentary maintenance check that alerted me that my battery was in good condition but low in charge which prompted me to remedy that. Trustworthy and will return in the future!
