Scott and everyone there at Century auto were amazing with customer service. We got an amazing vehicle for a decent price. We were in and out within an hour of looking at the car and signing all the paperwork. Highly recommend this location to buy your next vehicle, highly satisfied.

***Get a pre-purchase inspection!!!*** It saved me from buying engine issues! Before even getting the PPI, I asked the salesmen if the car had any issues. He said “We never knowingly buy cars with issues.” They never even bothered reaching back out after I got the PPI.

We didn't end up buying a car here, but the guys helping us were exceptionally nice and chill so I wanted to let others know. BTW I'm not sure why it's called "Century Auto Credit"; as far as I'm concerned it's a used car dealership.

Bought an ultra low mileage Bolt EV from them. Absolutely no issue with the car so far and the process was super easy no hassle, and helped me get the best rate. Would definitely buy again and trust these guys

I am very pleased to recommend Century Auto. I was looking for an affordable late model EV to replace our Prius. I searched on Carfax and I saw they had several late model, Chevy Equinoxes in the low 20k range and they look brand new! I thought it was too good to be true, we went over there and Scott, the owner, handed my family the keys so we could test drive by ourselves. Its a small thing, but that demonstration of trust really went both ways. I never felt like I was being upsold or pressured, the whole staff are genuine and were very open. I even was on the fence about trading in versus selling our used car since hybrids are still selling for above average right now. Century auto offered the top end of the fair value range we were getting from other dealers and that sealed the deal. We were able to complete the whole process from test drive, paperwork, trade in to leaving in, probably under 2 hours though I am not positive. Also, I was set on using our local credit union for the loan and they work with them and many other lenders, they matched the rate I was getting from the Credit Union earlier, so there was no reason to jump through more hoops. Century Auto makes it painless and great. We are loving this car and having our first EV. I plan on going back in the next couple years to replace our other car when it crosses 10 years to see about doing it again. Thank you to Century Auto.

They were very transparent with carfax reports ready and vans perched for a test drive upon my arrival They fixed a minor missing knob & had dealer check for recalls at same time! Purchased my 2020 Tesla SR+ a few months ago, and have not encountered any issues! The process was much faster compared to prior dealerships. The staff was also really helpful, and they have a variety of models to choose from. The only thing I dislike about the vehicle is that it only has 207 miles in range. The staff is knowledgeable about the cars they sell, but I wish I was informed of the range capacity - before purchasing the vehicle. I wasn’t aware of the range differences between each model, otherwise I would’ve purchased a long range. However, I do take accountability for not doing enough research. I really appreciate their efforts in helping me receive $8K worth in rebates though!

We had a great experience purchasing a 2018 Porsche Macan GTS from Manny. Vlad was extremely responsive when scheduling the appointment to see the car. I hate leaving a bad review, but I'd be careful buying a car from Century City - especially if you're purchasing from long distance. With that said, I do take some ownership on my lack of attention to the paperwork. There was some major miscommunications in the purchasing process, paperwork, etc. The owner, Scott -- also told me over the phone that the tires were brand new. These tires have most likely been on the car for at least 30k/miles or more. They were dishonest and weren't accountable for their part whatsoever.

Dhu was amazing. I have never had such a flawless automotive purchase. Love the appointment only model. Puts potential customers first and given the attention needed. I purchased a Tesla and would recommend. Total time spent was about one hour. No haggling. And they were very transparent. Appreciate all the assistance thank you Dhu and the team.

When it comes to integrity this location came through, I had to do a remote purchase due to my work situation. I never thought I would do this, but there team walked me through the steps. The end result I got what I expected, the vehicle has been great and I am very happy with purchase.

They specialize in EV and made it very easy for me to select an excellent vehicle which qualified for $7K worth of subsidies prior to the 9/30 expiration date. As a result I,m very happy with the transaction for a high quality vehicle for an attractive price Although they were very busy, they were able to provide excellent service to enable me to select the best vehicle from their large selection of all good quality vehicles.

My wife and I was in the market for a new car and wanted to take advantage of the ev tax credit, which was ending at the end of September 2025. We looked online for the right price and came upon Century Auto. I was hesitant at first because of the bad rap smaller dealers get but they complete changed our minds. Du was who mostly helped my wife and I through this process. Du was kind and easy to talk to. He was straightforward and honest though out the buying process. Du was even able to get us another discount on the sales price! Even when Du was out helping others, the other people of Centruy Auto came to check in on us to see how we’re doing and even assist in the buying process. Overall, we had a good experience with them and would recommend to anyone that’s looking for a used car

Shout-out to Manny. He's a very easy going but firm guy and he tells it like it is. If there's something he doesn't know he'll find out for you. I bought an EV as-is. They charged it up for me, washed it, had it detailed, and helped to fill a chip in the windshield for free! Manny called Audi to get help fixing the rear HVAC after seeing an issue during the test drive. Was fixed in a couple days! The buying process was pretty smooth! Couple things people should know: a. They don't negotiate on price. b. No hidden dealer fees. I paid for the car, taxes, registration fees, and that's it. c. Due to some overnight thieves stealing their cars in the past, they typically don't do money down to call dibs on a car. This is just my experience talking to these guys. I recommend them!

Buy your next car at Century Auto. If you want the deets on why it's a solid, read below. I was astonished by my experience buying a car at Century Auto. It was a pleasure to work with the team there. I got a great deal on a fantastic car, *and without* the usual torture that car dealerships usually put you through (especially when you're an older woman). I've already told friends/family that this is *the* place to buy a car. I assumed the often-true stereotypes of manipulative car salesmen (especially towards older women) would be doubly true at used car dealerships so I only called Century Auto for a comparison on the car I wanted. Well, the guys at the brand dealerships gave me the usual treatment - alternately over-attentive, dismissive, prevaricating (What can we do to get you into this car today?") while the Century Auto guys were straight-shooting professionals. I will always buy from Century Auto now.

Let me start that between me, family members, and friends, I have purchased over 30 cars in my life. Buying my 2023 Tesla Model X from Scott was easily the best transaction of my life. He gave me a good price on my trade in, priced the car I wanted fairly, and didn't have any weird add on fees like $2000 paint protection or a $5000 extended warranty. The other cars on their lot looked to be of high quality. Manny and Liam were also excellent members of his team. I drove 4.5 hours to Daly City to buy this car; I would absolutely do it again to get one from him. Definitely an A+ from this teacher!!

century auto credit in my humble opinion is the best dealership in the Bay Area. Scott and his team is very professional and very helpful to me and my family. We purchase this used but looks brand new mdx so flawless inside out. We are very happy about our purchase and looking forward to buying another car again in the future. If you buy a used car, this is the only dealer you should ever go to. I looked at Century Auto website, found the car i love on Friday. Filled out my pre credit approval application. Showing up on Saturday morning, met Scott (he is the man), filled out the credit application. Within 20 mins, Scott told me the monthly payment amount, and i agreed. He told me to go home and he will send documents to signed by emailing me and my wife in a couple hours. Exactly a couple hours, i got email and call from Scott to tell me to sign the document. In half an hour, i got all my document signed while i was at the Water Park with my friends. Sunday, we came picking up the car. The Tesla was ready and even with 90% charged. I bought a used Tesla before from a different dealer, and they left me with 10% charge while i need to commute back to house in 1 hour 30. Luckily, Tesla gave me free charge when your car is not registered with your name yet. My wife told me that this is the first time ever that buying a car is so fast, and easy without all the hiding fee and add on that you had no idea. Thank Century Auto Credit, Scott and everyone. I got a perfect 2022 Model Y Performance for a steal price. Century Auto Credit won my business, i will come back for more.

Love this place. We bought a 2015 Tesla S90D for a really great used price. The staff was kind, wasn't pushy, and very considerate. They got us a great rate and took excellent care of us.
