The store was clean and organized and the young lady at the register was very nice but and older lady who I believe is the manager was rude and impatient. While my friends and I were checking out and lady came in to donate clothes, the manager was so rude! She said I will take them this time but will not next time. We only take donations from 10am to 2pm. So someone is giving you free clothes for your church store and you want to give attitude about it?? And then a lady asked to try something on and the same lady acted like she asked if she would build the try on room first! She said Yes, but your going to have to wait a minute! The lady said oh, no rush, take your time. Maybe this lady should just work in the office and not help customers.
This place leaves somethings to be desired. I tried to buy several pa KS of pokemon cards but they wanted retail for them and you couldn't even tell what you were getting. I tried to make a seal with them that was fair for us both but even though I tvey was trying to buy 20 packs, they were not negotiable on the price what so ever. So I ended up not buying them. I went to target and got new packs for the same price. They get the stuff for free and won't even budge on peice wben a tiny bit. Whoever prices the items is really expensive. You would sell a lot more of your flexible and reasonable in your pricing
I have been shopping here for over 4 years. I have always found nice things here. Lately, over the past year, the prices have increased tremendously. At first, it was a few things here and there like the more higher end items and antiques. Now it’s everything. I stopped in last week because it had been a couple of months since I shopped (because of the high prices and the not so pleasant staff they have now) and that will probably be the last time. I wanted to give them a chance and support the church but I couldn’t get past the prices and again the unfriendly staff. They really seem snobby and not happy (not very Christian like). It’s really unfortunate. This time I took pictures of some random items as examples of their ridicules prices. One of the items is from the Dollar Store and it’s marked $2.75. A pair of shoes that are falling apart for almost $10 and some apple pins for $4.50 & $6. This is no longer thrifting. I can go to a big box store and pay less for brand new items. I understand with the economy and the increase of prices for things but this is a thrift store and a church that comes across as greedy. They now rank up there with Goodwill that I no longer support.
I love shopping here. I’ve gotten some really good finds at good prices. Since it’s connected with a church, I’ve especially found good Christian books.
Come here all the time. Usually there are good finds but sometimes the older women here are so busy gossiping and/or congregating that the line gets backed up and are SO. SLOW to ring up. They have lots of parking though
I can’t say enough about this place. I’ve been going to thrift stores with my grandma since I was a little girl. Never have I ever been in a more organized. Put together clean thrift store. I mean seriously it’s shelves look better than Walmart/Kohls And what I was really surprised at were the prices. I mean, let’s be honest where can you buy an American girl doll for $15 and a pair a designer jeans for $4. Lastly they have a huge stock of everything. If you like thrift stores, you can’t miss this one!!
Been shopping here for several years and always find a good deal. Staff is friendly and the store is easy to browse. Was kind of sad to see they took away the "t-shirt" rack and just mix all the shirts together now by size, but still got some very nice shirts at a discount.
Well! I have to say that the volunteers there are fantastic people they really do get involved in the conversation if you want them too. I personally love their little front boutique though there are quite a few things that are considerably overpriced. ($40 for a black and whitehouse dress. Way to much) I can see why they are not selling them very fast. There are a Couple things that are still marked correctly. Their glassware is reasonably priced and so are there seasonal items.
I mean they are higher price than goodwill and we all know how expensive goodwill has turned out to be.. Hopefully they get this message and are able to realize that the reason people go to secondhand stores is because they are 2nd hand not new and should not cost new prices.
Love it here! They have everything - and they have fitting rooms which is great and kind of rare for thrift shops these days! Also if you're into scrapbooking they have an amazing paper selection.
Extremely rude, and 100% ZERO customer service. My wife and I purchased a “sterling silver” necklace which turned out to not be real after testing it soon as we were home. At the store we talked to two representatives who assured us that the jewelry is tested by a professional who labels them before selling. There was no official stamp. No indications of testing just labeled “sterling silver”. They assured us that if we kept the receipt we can bring it back for a refund if it turned to be a fake. The store then make it difficult to return the item, first stating that they never said anything like that, that they weren’t able to process a return, giving my wife a hard time in front of multiple customers. Absolutely ridiculous and very off-putting to accuse a customer of lying and being untruthful. 1 star.

Decided to do some thrift shopping and found this GEM. Staff is super NICE, everything is very ORGANIZED and prices are GREAT! I found some really great deals, I will definitely be back. Totally recommend this shop!
Extremely rude staff. They do not greet you when you enter, and if you have any questions, be prepared to receive a short answer (if any). Clothes are all very worn, with prices that don’t reflect the quality of the item. A message to the staff: kindness counts, ladies.
Found this lil gem and I come at least once a week they have such good books and cute clothes I pop up and get my grandkids stuff that they can KEEP AT NANAS HOUSE always have 25% or 50% off tags they have everything I even got my Halloween costume there for 50% off. The staff help you out they could be more friendlier I guess after me coming in ALL THE time i can get a smile out of the staff there now they also play good music! They are not open I think Monday and Tuesday
This is great prices for new and gently used. Very friendly staff. I can get a full outfit for less than 10 bux and some nice gifts too. Come here once a month always new things to see and buy
Amazingly kind staff. Amazingly priced books (new and like new)! They have a great selection of other items like games (many new) & clothes & toys (many new) etc.
I personally like to stop in every once and awhile to get great steals on books but would recommend checking out for anything you might be looking for.

I found the store to be clean neat and friendly! They hold on to the better donations and sell at a great price. First time I went was today. I definitely will be going back.
This is one of the nicest thrift stores I have ever visited. The merchandise is artfully displayed so it's easy to find what you're looking for. The quality is always good, And there are so many choices and of course the selection is always changing. Plus if you make a donation they will give you a coupon off for your next purchase
Oh man where do I begin!? Okay, so based on the reviews from other people I checked this place out. I was really looking forward to but oh man was I disappointed. Even my 11 year old daughter was thrown off by this place. For starters the staff does not acknowledge you at all, second the clothing was way over priced and third not only was it over priced they were extremely worn down. If you're looking to find a great deal for your buck, this is not the place. Very disappointed ?
This is one of my favorite thrift stores for clothes for myself and children's toys; good variety and rotation. They have fairly reasonable prices and the staff is always friendly. I've been a customer going on 5 years.
I love this thrift store! We are doing thrift store Christmas gifts for the adults in our large family Christmas gathering this year (nothing over $10 please). And we were able to find very cute and funny stuff in less than an hour for three gifts! Lots to look at and nicely displayed.
