When I first called this shop & spoke with James, there was not much excitement on my part as I was not sure how my Lexus RX350 was going to turn out with its body work & paint job, & after I drove it to get an estimate from him, I had great anticipation on its end result.
James was very friendly, helpful, & personable.
As I thought, my car turned out well. I was very pleased with James' fine work & his attention to my car. When it was under his care, he communicated with me to make sure that he updated me its progress, whether or not he needed to get me a car part, etc., & he took care of my car a super wonderful job.
In addition, I needed two tires, wanted to save some money on them, & he referred me to getting two inexpensive tires, with installation, etc.
James was very timely on getting my car done, was fair, & very reasonable with the repair price.
I very much recommend him on his price, service, workmanship, & his shop.

In the auto business, it is hard to find honest people. James was honest enough to actually refund me for one of the three parts that didn't need to be fixed. This guy put junkyard parts on my car without informing me. My car is making noise it's not running like it should and I paid $6,000 for the work he did great body work but when it came to underneath my car putting a new axle in two new oil pans and so forth he just gave me old parts from a junkyard

I was sooo freaked out about the spoiler on my 2016 Jeep Renegade! The sun and moisture had oxidized it and the clear coat was literally bubbling away in patches. James took a look at it and immediately started telling me how he would repair it and that he would get me a quote asap. What a relief to work with someone who really knows what he is doing and is friendly and takes the job seriously.
The very next day I had a quote and booked the repair. The price was much better than the other quotes I had and James and his assistant worked very hard to get the job done quickly since we only have one car.
His color match was amazing and in fact I think the work looks better than the original. James offered a 4 year warranty on top of a job done quickly, efficiently and to a very high standard.
I have already passed his contact info along to our friends and rn our beautiful jeep is nestled safely under her car cover with her shiny like new spoiler.
If you need any auto body repairs James is your guy! Very professional and nice, and his work is amazing. I needed an entire door replaced and James worked with me to make sure it would look like nothing ever happened in the first place! I have a unique color of car, as well as a hand painted pin stripe along the side which James matched exactly. Can't recommend this place enough!

James and his guys did such an amazing job when my truck was smashed by a flying truck bed cover, that when I decided I wanted a different color on my hood there was no doubt in my mind where I wanted to take it. Reasonably priced with outstanding results

Small businesses like these are crucial. James took great care of me. I brought in a project that many people would not have done in the first place. It takes a certain kind of expert to make loose pieces match the original paint of a car without the vehicle actually being there. James communicated to bring in a small piece consisting of the original paint and he took it all from there. Great costumer service. Easy to talk to and truly genuine about everything, and the parts came out amazing. Recommended to anyone that would like their car looking like it just came off the factory floor. The pieces brought in were part of a Mercedes AMG build that I wanted nothing but a factory look from, and these guys were able to do it properly and at a great price.
James and the crew over at Primer did an amazing job on my vehicle! I was doubting that the line where the dent was on my quarter panel would be able to look good again. Sure enough the body artists at Primer made it look like nothing ever happened! I am very impressed and a very happy customer. I will most definitely be recommending them to friends and family.
