This review is directed toward management and the store owners, not the staff! I was hesitant on posting this because I don't want the staff to be blamed, I just want the higher ups to do their jobs.
I’ve been shopping at this Goodwill for years and this is the worst I’ve ever seen it. Almost every time I come in there’s no one at the register & Customers are left standing around waiting to check out for a while. It’s obvious the store is severely understaffed and the employees are working hard, but they're people, not octopuses with 5 arms, one person can’t run the register, sort donation and help customers all at once, It’s unfair to them to shoppers. Considering how much free money this company gets, i can't see why there aren’t enough staff members scheduled to keep things running smoothly. The workers shouldn’t have to carry the entire store on their backs.
I hope management takes this seriously and hires enough people to properly support both employees and customers.
I enjoyed my shopping experience . I ended up losing my cellphone but an employee named Robert helped me and we found it.
I bought a couple of items , however the one and only minus was that the prices are very high . $10 pants $9 blouses . Shoes are a good price $8
The building is very good-looking in the outside, and perfectly organized inside. It's a big Goodwill they have good surprises and hidden treasures waiting to be discovered. ?️?
Parking lot is also enormous so you won't suffer. ?️?

???Very expensive. + rude clerks. / I was looking at bracelets..displayed on a little stand at front check out counter. A young man who worked there ran up and grabbed the display away..saying " we usually do not keep this up on the counter"!!..He then put it into the glass display case. .! Did he suppose I would have stood there and stolen a bracelet. ,?
It's an absolute joke this place is a "non profit" the prices are outrageous and if you think I'm lying, Google the CEO salary. The actual employees that do the work get paid less than fast food workers. Look at the response to all the positive reviews ... They are all the same robotic response. Don't be fooled, Goodwill is absolutely for profit
Awesome place! found some stunning recordings of Sibelius' symphonies under Karajan's and Bernstein's baton with the Berlin Philharmonic and New York Philharmonic for just $2 each.

I always enjoy popping in for a peek and a purchase. They have a decent size place and better pricing than some of the other Goodwills. They all offer a 10% discount to military and over 55 age. They are adjacent to a $1.25 store for stretching your money even further. The dollar store has a bathroom and the Goodwill doesn't (you're welcome).
They have two speciality glass cases and a wrap around glass case at checkout.
I've read a couple of troubled reviews here on Google, but the staff has always been friendly to me and that's the most important thing. Be friendly and they'll give you friendly back.
it’s pretty low, to take on a trainee who is on disability, hire and place two people from the outside before her and leave her hanging to find a new job at the end of the three month training period. There is that better?

Good location and this store does a good job with merchandising. Prices on clothes are higher than I would expect.
On this particular visit it was pouring rain and when two young boys brought in a large size donation they were told they had to go back out in the rain and take it to the back of store. Seemed pretty ridiculous to me under the circumstances.
This is my favorite location. From the aisle distribution, to the music, and the friendly staff, there's something special about this one. Some of my favorite thrift finds come from this store! Lots of BQT at amazing prices.
I go here for when I need to buy clothing items that I don't plan on wearing too often, like dresses. Good selection and quality. I have found BCBG, White House Black Market (still with tags), J crew, Philosophy and other great brands for really good prices. I do wish the lighting in the dressing rooms was brighter, a little too dim in there.
We were discriminated against we have never been treated this way. We were unable to show my clothing to my partner, they were rude to us. I feel they were rude to us because we were wearing tie dye. Overpriced indeed! We talked to the manager and she didn't want to handle it, we had to handle it with corporate. Worst goodwill experience I've ever had!!! And I have been to many all over Texas and Colorado. Unnecessary to treat us this way.
Nice goodwill, well kept but overpriced. Looking for work jeans, all the levis are $20, while the other goodwill's all charge $9 or $10. Expect to pay double here for almost everything compared to the goodwill in chula vista.
Haven't found outstanding deals, but they do carry higher quality items in new or lightly used condition, in other words not that much junk. Very friendly staff and convenient, nice location. I would stop here to find emergency beach stuff if you're far away from home or low on $$$. Very pleasant experience every time I visit.
I love the Goodwill program. I love getting great clothes at hugely discounted prices. I am not fond of the disorganization in the sizes of the clothes and the rude customers that don't pick up after themselves. I also was not fond of having bloody snot wiped all over the changing room after a long wait to actually be able to get a staff to get in.
Goodwill has good and excellent condition goods and clothes. The other day, I bought a button-up shirt with floral patterns for about $5! There are deals to be found if you have the time to visit and browse. Some store's like the Broadway one in C.V. offer a lot of things such as video consoles and bicycles.
I just moved here (and drove) from across the country a few months ago and had barely anything due to only fitting particular small items in a vehicle. I was on a budget and I didn't want to spend thousands on new home goods, furniture, clothing, etc. This store has saved me so much money!!! I bought all of my home goods here are well as some new and stylish vintage clothing. I found beautiful glassware, dishes, silverware, original framed artwork, decorative baskets, and much more. I could of bought some nice furntiture here but I am now moving once again. It is so much cheaper now a days to buy at thrift stores and to save money. Plus you find much more unique items here that you never would find in the store for such a cheap price. You'd be surprised the types of treasures you will find that you need to buy here. Of course if you go at different times and days of the week it can be hit or miss( if you plan on buying a lot at once), but every trip going to this store was worth it. This particular thrift store is small, but they have quite a selection that is constantly changing. The staff is friendly, and if you are in the military you can save even more money. I highly recommend you go here before buying at the mall.
They had a pretty decent selection for the size of the store. Best part is that Goodwill accepts my student ID card for a student discount, where most stores say only if you are like 18-19 years old, I think that is ridiculous. They were very good to work with us because my daughter was taking forever in the changing room and we ended up running past the closing hours, but they were very patient and well mannered and I didn't feel like they were shoving us out the door.
Go with a specific target in mind, look inside the blue binds because that's were the new and valuable items are place before being put on display. Great for a quick in and out ✔ check specially during lunch hours. Be wise.
Love this store Their Customer Service is Great! Im almost a daily shopper and always see new things ! Only one minor complaint is that it is a small Goodwill (space wise ) so the toy section is above the racks of clothes and book and videos/music are in a cramped section as well
