This crew is amazing. Informative, really quick, and amazing customer service. I definitely felt like a priority, even though I showed up with a last minute issue. They have my business!
They were busy but it is why I made an appointment. But it was an hour before my vehicle was moved to service bay. They did complete the service in a timely manner.

Great service right when I entered the shop. I was able schedule an appointment a day prior of coming in and everything went smoothly. Martin was great and communicated with me from start to finish of getting my car fixed up.
Anthony and his tech Omar were amazing. Super receptive and listened to my specific instructions. Very friendly and provided plenty of documentation and even images from service!

My vehicle was having lots of problems with the alignment. After several attempts at different shops, I brought it here and they were able to fix the problem with no extra charge. They work extra hard on my vehicle and I appreciate all their help they went above and beyond for me. The gentleman at the front desk, Martin was exceptionally great! He listened to all my concerns and he did his very best to get them all handled. It was a wonderful experience. I will definitely be coming back to this location for all my automotive needs. 5 stars. Needed a flat repaired and a valve stem replaced. Easy job but I was impressed that Martin and his team had me in and out in an hour without an appointment. Professional, good communications, and fair. Highly rated.
I originally went to a previous Firestone location at Chula Vista due to my rear tire had a low psi, but the tire was still whole. The previous location did not help at all and did not check if there were any air leaks and advised my tire sensor was the issue. I asked multiple questions but they insisted it was the sensor. This Firestone location at IB did an amazing job and found the issue that it was in fact an air leak. They were able to fix it and confirmed the sensors were not the problem and is working completely fine. Thank you again Firestone at IB!
I had a 1 PM appointment on a Saturday for an oil change. I dropped off my car at 12:45. An hour passed so I went back to pick up and it still wasn’t ready. The guy at the front desk said to give it another hour. Another hour passed so I called and he said they were waiting for the oil to be delivered and it would take another hour. My vehicle wasn’t ready until 4 PM. When I picked up there was oily hand prints all over the hood and side of my car where they closed the hood. They didn’t offer any discount or compensation for the 3 hour oil change. It should never take that long when you have an appointment. Poor management and poor customer service. I won’t go back and don’t recommend anyone else to go.
I had an excellent experience with this team twice! They addressed my tire rotation, balance & alignment, and when I had a small issue with it a few weeks later, they fixed it at no additional cost. Friendly and professional, they didn't try to up-sell me on things I didn't need. Anthony & Marvin were great. I'll be getting more service done here in the future!
Today I was a walk-in at the Firestone location on 950 Palm Avenue in Imperial Beach for a tire repair. Felipe was the technician who assisted me with the tire repair. I was very impressed at how fast and efficiently Firestone was able to get the repair taken care of in under an hour! All the staff were very friendly as always and very professional and made my experience very pleasing. Thanks for all your help today and I will be back soon for services on my vehicles.

Made an appointment and when I arrived the service writer didn't write it in!! I took time off work just waited a day off!! Not Happ with this unprofessional action!!

I had a fantastic experience at Firestone Auto Repair! Martin was friendly, professional, and honest from start to finish. I brought my car in for an oil change and alignment, and they completed everything quickly while keeping me updated on what was happening. For my surprise I came during an Epic Event sale and won a free oil change.
It’s rare to find an auto shop that combines great service, fair prices, and trustworthy people, but Firestone in Imperial Beach definitely delivers. I’ll absolutely be coming back for my next maintenance visit. Highly recommend!
This Firestone has been really reliable on my oil changes and tires. I take my car here on a regular basis along with my dad and sister. The employees have great customer service. They even let me know if there is something else wrong with my car even if I’m not there for that particular service. As far as prices I’d say they are pretty fair compared to other places. Would definitely recommend Firestone of imperial Beach to others!
Somehow a huge bolt pierced my tire on my ride home at 5 pm. was able to pull into firestone where they had some some maintenance alignment the week prior. The manager saw the situation i was in and was able to very generously get me in before close time to remove the bolt and repair the tire. Very grateful . thank you
Friendly staff! Prices are fair no appointment needed. I came in today for tire replacement and was taken care of right away by the front desk associate Felipe. Very helpful and got my vehicle in for service promptly.
I had a nail in my tire and called Firestone to ask about my options. From the start, they were extremely professional and provided outstanding customer service, answering all of my questions clearly and patiently.
I originally scheduled an appointment for later in the day but changed my mind last minute and asked if I could just drop off the tire to see if it could be repaired. They took it in with no hesitation. Not long after, they gave me a call to let me know it was taken care of, quick and efficient.
They even included a military discount, which I really appreciated. When I asked if they could fill all my tires with air, they did it right away without any hassle.
Overall, a smooth, professional, and friendly experience. I highly recommend this location for tire service and customer care!
