O’Reilly’s had the part I needed, and the store was easy to find. Prices were about average, and checkout was quick. The only downside was the customer service — some employees were helpful, but others seemed rushed and not too interested in answering questions. Overall, it gets the job done, but there’s room for improvement.
This was my go to place, until I got some car batteries. There super start batteries are junk, they have a typical warranty on them, but I don't want to change them out every 6 to 8 months. They do NOT hold a charge! If you don't start your vehicle daily they die. So all I want is a refund to get some decent batteries, elsewhere, and they won't do it. According to them its a corporation policy. Okay. I won't be spending my money with them, ever.
And don't buy their car batteries, unless you don't mind changing them out all the time, or keeping a battery tender connected to them all the time. No refund policy?
Update. They didn't refund my money, but what they did do is took the batteries back, and loaded some gift cards with the return amount, and thats was an acceptable trade off for me. Went from a 1 star, to a 3 star, to bad I had to start off with such a bad rating, and be the squeaky wheel.
Very helpful- came in to check my battery and the employer checked the strength of the battery, alternator, recommended a portable jump starter, and showed how it works. All when I just came in to ask if I could have my battery tested. Thank you!
Had the items we needed but the staff was not all that attentive. Counter personnel were happy to check out our items. Will go back but would like the staff to greet shoppers and providing guidance to products.
The young man how was working has vary little knowledge when it comes to Auto Parts parts no understanding of fittings or mechanical terminology example ID ... OD ... inside diameter or outside diameter shims or spacers I won't bore you with going on any further I finally just gave up about two quarts of oil and left go look somewhere else.
Very friendly staff. Helpful. Was not able to give me a discount on already discounted sale item. Trying to remember if same as Autozone, but did not matter as they had the part. I like both stores. Oh was buying a Bell Seat cover that was on sale for 9.99 there were two on the shelf. :)
Bad service do not help me carrie the tools i rent from you i ask for help 3 guys and no body help me at beyer location around 400pm on friday may 14 2021 i go at least 3 or 4 times a week to buy you parts was the problem
O'Reilly Auto parts on 13th is always been really good to me that they take very good care and go out of their way to make sure the parts are there if they're not in Stockton they make sure that they're there as soon as Pop thank you very much
These guys always come through with parts for my old vehicles. (1960 is my newest of 5 oldies). If they don't have it, they usually can get it next day.
O'Reilly Auto parts is usually pretty good place to go to buy automotive parts. This particular O'Reilly Auto parts, every time I go in there, feels like I'm visiting old friends and they know about cars and tools These guys really are the best.
David and Max were helpful, kind and courteous when I came in to replace a bulb. Even though it was late, they were ready to help and assist as if it was their only concern of the day. They assisted me quickly and efficiently and were able to address other customers while still making sure my concern was completely taken care of, as mine took a few minutes. I appreciate them putting in the effort to make sure my concern was completely resolved. Managerial qualities for sure!
Be careful when you buy warranty for your car battery I bought it until 2020 and it results that I wasn't in the computer system any more, so I had to buy another battery. It's hard to keep a battery receipt for so long ,so this time I bought it without warranty, I am not going to be giving my money for free.
I came in looking for a radiator cap and a transmission hose line. The assistant manager help me out.I didnt have the exact year of my honda, but the manager was able to figure it out. The location was really clean and organized. The assistant manager helped me out with in a rewards program so now I can save even more. The store is better than AutoZone service.
Bernice and her crew are always helpful.....most of the time I go there I'm tired from working night shift......everyone there helps me with whatever I need.....big or small....👍👍 I appreciate them for that....👍👍
They sold me a part that was defective, then when I went to return the ignition coil, they tell me they don't sell that exact part. They will not return me my money. Wow. $65 wasted, they sold me a defective part and one they don't carry? How is this possible? What a scam. I live in IB, but I won't come here again.

My favorite auto parts. Store is usually clean and not super crowded. The staff is usually pretty nice and knowledgeable enough not to give bad advice. Super helpful guys.
Jorge there was extremely helpful I came in to replace a headlight and taillight. Not only did he help me find exactly what I needed, he showed me how to install them and helped me do it. He presented a level of professionalism and customer service that I haven't seen in a long time. Thank you!!
