Yesterday I had my car towed by this company. Before they left I was able to speak to someone and they said we could work something out at the lot. Everyone I talked to, from the lot, to the office, to the owner was respectful and reasonable. The owner herself is very firm, but fair. We ended up finding a solution together and they were very accommodating. I don't think anyone is really fans of towing companies for obvious reasons, but this one is a small business run by good people.
Great company and very professional. I would highly recommend them not only for there services but they are very friendly and courteous. Let's face it when you need a tow your usually in a bad mood to begin with so a smile and afriendly person helping you is a plus.
Danny was super helpful and very professional in helping me get my vehicle out as smooth as possible. Real nice person and will definitely recommend to others.

They towed / stole my car Saturday I was working the wonderland event in San Bernardino I had the permits and everything to be parked where I was it’s now Sunday and they say I can’t get my car Monday when you read these reviews and people say they work with criminals to get you car stolen this is 100% true the spot that I was parked in was burger point not only did I have permission from the event but the burger spot itself come to find out the owner of that establishment went behind my back and still had my vehicle towed when I called this place to see if they had my car the lady on the phone treated my like I had just done something horribly wrong and treated me with utter disrespect I’m leaving this side message to whoever working at this establishment I’m coming for my car Monday and I expect it handed over free of charge or I’ll see yall in court
If I could put 10 stars I would . Staff is beyond helpful and respectful, I had one goal , get a reliable vehicle for me & my kids, they EXECUTED that . Mission accomplished and they get you in & out ! No 6-8 hour process like the dealerships, the surrounding area looks sceptical but behind this city towing doors we all fam in the club , don't feel intimidated and go get your vehicle asap , come with cash in hand or call to see what's available beforehand,thank me later alligator

Great place my motorcycle was towed to this location and the customer service was great. I was able to get everything l needed over to phone. That helped me out a lot being l was no able to drive after the accident.

Fantastic service! From beginning to end. The owner was very informative and supportive throughout the process. The tow truck driver was super friendly and chill. I didn't catch his name but he works the night shifts. He was kind enough to back up our car into the driveway. Great service!

I had no gas in my tank i call the amazing city towing for the support i needed to help me get back on the road. Their service was amazing and the responders where fast and helpful over the phone to make sure the vehicle was over the side oof the road to not cause any accident on the road. Many more things i would love to say but am at work as of right now but this company is really amazing keep up the service and the towing in the state.

I can not say an enough good things about City Towing. My family and I were stranded on the side of Big Bear mountain from our brakes going out. I called our insurance and they said it would be 4-5 hours. Called city instead and they said they were on their way. It took them 25 mins to get to us. Not just that but this was on a Sunday. Our driver Sione told us he would get us taken care of today so he took us to his shop and called a mechanic in to help us out. Mechanic Paul came in on his birthday just to get us all set and taken care of. Thank you so much City Towing
I cannot thank City Towing enough for their assistance in my time of need. I have never experienced such professionalism and premier customer service!! My rental vehicle was stuck in the snow during the Snow storm in the San Bernadino mountains as well as myself. Not only were they able to get me a ride down the mountain so I was able to catch my flight back to my home state but also handled the recovery and return of my rental vehicle to Avis. She was punctual, keeping me in the loop with the changing weather, giving me constant updates, understanding and incredibly helpful. I sincerely would trust this business with any towing need. The towing staff were also friendly, experienced and well credentialed. This is where you want to go for your towing needs, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!
Frank was fantastic today! I had a truck with no keys and locked doors. It was parked at a slanted angle in a tight parking spot. Frank was able to maneuver his tow truck and gracefully loaded the truck with no incidents. Thank you Frank for being such a pro and for making this experience a breeze. Price was also negotiated at a reasonable rate with no issue. Tow truck arrived within 30 minutes of the initial call. Will definitely use City Towing again.

Highly recommend this towing company. I was stranded a 2am and called several supposedly 24 hour towing company's and no one answered. Only this one they were there literally within a few min and I was home by 2:30am. The driver which I believe his name was Paul was also very respectful and even helped me push the car in my drive way. Call them if you ever need a tow .
