Aaron and Jay are by far one the most knowledgeable and genuine people to deal with. they are honest and fair with their prices. they eve. offered to deliver parts to my shop. so I wouldn't have to drive out there. Definitely see myself dealing with them again. they honestly made me feel like family. thanks again guys
Very slow service. I spent over one hour and forty-five minutes waiting on a part in their lobby. I definitely saved money, but at the cost of waiting a long time.

Hi everyone I ordered two door for Toyota Avalon they asking for $500 front $400 rear I waiting three days to delivery to my shop after three they are waiting i calling to see what happen they said we change the price $700 front $400 rear very unprofessional business people
I called the Wilmington location but they didn’t have what I needed, was transferred to see if this location had what I need spoke with Diego very helpful, nice & professional!! Very patient answered all my questions even tho im not in San Bernardino he was still able to provide great customer service & get me what I needed for a reasonable price! definitely recommend

Horrible business ethic. Terrible service. Sold us a BAD engine (after they said it was tested and in good condition.) Then they refused to give our money back. No warranty on the labor we paid out of pocket. So not only were we out the 1K for the engine but we were also out the 1K in labor. Do not shop here they are an unethical business.
I called for some information regarding the purchase of my crashed truck and was well greeted and had my questions answered. I was looking to sell them my truck because I couldn't find anyone to help me fix my rear differential and the owner was kind enough to give me a contact to a business (Sierras Truck Differentials) who could help. Let me tell you I was amazed by this gentlemen's loyalty to customer service rather than make a profit off of me. I have since had my differential fixed thanks to the kindness of the owner of Apple Auto Dismantling. Thank you kind sir.
Good family owned business! Let’s be honest everybody’s looking to save a buck these days Typically a fraction of the cost of buying things from the dealership I bought an AC compressor for $100 the dealership wanted Over $400 !
Worst ever place its second time they told me they dont have part why font u tell me before on call that u don't have this part dont recommend any one they are going to waste your time and gas.
They will sell you broken parts and tell you that they wear tested and work. They also won't cover the labor cost to remove and return their broken trans even after they guaranteed that it worked and was tested before being shipped. Be careful with these crooks.
Picked a abs module from the self serve area that was defective took it back they replaced it fast no questions asked best prices around fast and friendly service

Absolutely recommend this yard to everyone. Along with an extensive inventory the office has outstanding staff. One member i believe named Arron or Eric helped in solving my problem and deserves recognition. And to that I say thank you Apple Auto and staff.
They have almost any car made, the guys there aren't snobby or short tempered, they are personable and biggest thing THEY LISTEN! PRICE'S THE BEST I'VE EVER SEEN AND THEY STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS!
