Horrible people and reps. They literally selling parts that are NO GOOD and will not give you your money back. I explained to them that the part was no good, they responded "We know" but it's our policy, no money back. I asked them to find me another ECU on the hotline. They said they don't buy from another yard. So they know they sold a bad part, they won't give you money back for faulty part, they won't help you locate the part so you can use the credit. Horrible. Then they get upset and try and gaslight you saying that I'm having a bad day and trying to take it out on them. LOL. Then the rep hangs up on me. Be ware.
Very slow service. I spent over one hour and forty-five minutes waiting on a part in their lobby. I definitely saved money, but at the cost of waiting a long time.
