Had to call for a sub out late on Saturday night, one of our contracts is a ride share rental company out of AZ and Texas and we were not sending a truck for a tow in Ca. Our truck, towing a trailer with livestock, broke down on the pass on I-15. Ben and his fellow driver found us at the pullout, switched the ball for the trailer to put it on their truck, and took the truck and trailer home two hours away. Ben took the rest of us to the Cajon Inn, and then on to another hotel when staff in Cajon weren't answering the bell at midnight.
Had a flat tire and my tire iron wasn’t in the car to change to my spare. They got a tow truck out to me and helped me out within 30 minutes, super appreciated. The gentlemen that helped was nice as well and took care of the change for me in record time.
