My car wouldn't start up. I was stranded. I took a chance not knowing the area and gave Roy & Dots a call. I'm so happy they answered and was available. They constantly kept in contact with me and giving me notifications. A very polite man, Gabriel, arrived and was polite, helpful and very professional. You can tell he took pride in his job. He towed my car to the dealership. I would highly recommend. Professional and well trained employees definitely says a lot about company! The service and professionalism that I received from driver Harry was greatly appreciated. He was quick, but yet extremely safe while hooking up to my semi truck and 53 foot trailer only 2 feet from oncoming traffic on a major highway. He was very knowledgeable, and my needs were met as his #1 priority. His driving skills were outstanding and I felt very safe as we drove to our destination. We are aware YOU cancelled our roadside assistance because you after accepting you realized it was farther than you wanted to go.
You also lied directly to me stating my insurance cancelled.

I've used Roy & Dot's Towing twice within the last week and both times they've been excellent. They were dispatched to my house today with a 30 min ETA and arrived right on time. I used my insurance for the tow. After I hung up with insurance, within a minute dispatch called me to confirm the location and any prices. About a few minutes later the driver called gave me an ETA. The arrival time was fast, especially on a Sunday evening . The driver was chill, very professional, down to earth, and handled my vehicle with care. Though I didn't need it, the price per mile was fair, in my opinion.
Had to call for a sub out late on Saturday night, one of our contracts is a ride share rental company out of AZ and Texas and we were not sending a truck for a tow in Ca. Called and Destiny got us taken care of and she was great prices were good and service was prompt if we have work in that area again we will for sure use this company again. Had an unfortunate vehicle shut off in the middle of the road. Used my insurance to request a tow and they linked me with Roy & Dot’s Towing. Firstly I have to say their dispatch super fast on the phone call to verify details and that I was good to go. Awesome customer service right there of the bat! They didn’t take that long to get to after being dispatched since there was a mishap with the map marker.
The driver also right off the bat super kind and down to earth. He greeted my father and I and asked what happened and instead of just saying okay I’ll hook you up right now and tow you. He’s like hold on let me check something and he had a jump starter to check the alternator. The booster allowed the vehicle to start and he did some tests make sure everything was looking okay the dash and gears changed okay. Then he went over to check the engine area and even looked at the oil. Just to help provide any additional information on why the vehicle just abruptly stopped in traffic. I have to say hands down amazing amazing driver! If you see this thank you once again and you are a life saver and your advice I’ll take with me from here on. Thank you and thank you to Roy & Dot’s Towing y'all are amazing and awesome drivers who are nice, down to earth, knowledgeable and so helpful!

Outstanding service that was fairly quick for the amount of jobs they had that night and the location. Back in mid-February, I got a flat truly in the middle of nowhere out near Mormon Rocks. Phillip, the tow truck driver for that night, seemed very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. Casual, friendly, conversational guy from the South. He had a hilariously scary phone notification that sounded like something between a foghorn and truck air horn. No complaints. There's a reason why they seem to get contracted for a lot of jobs throughout the area and farther out, even into Nevada (as Phillip explained to me).
Had a flat tire and my tire iron wasn’t in the car to change to my spare. They got a tow truck out to me and helped me out within 30 minutes, super appreciated. The gentlemen that helped was nice as well and took care of the change for me in record time.
I had a great experience with my tow truck service. The driver Ben was respectful, professional, and arrived quickly, which I truly appreciated, especially since being stranded on the freeway is never a pleasant experience. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and made the situation a lot less stressful. I couldn't have asked for better service!

Never showed up i waited from 9pm to 2am on them and they never showed up in had to drive my car on complete flat from San bernardino to hesperia. The worst tow company to call for help
We were in a wreck in a rental car, and they towed it to their yard. We had to get a replacement car and these guys waited after hours for us to get our things out of the wrecked car. They were very professional and friendly!
Harry towed my Freightliner Cascadia and he did an amazing job. He did so amazing that I called him back the next week to tow my Peterbilt 579. Been having a lot of truck issues lately, but I’m glad I have a reliable towing company to rely on!
In times of sadness (my most prized possession, my 2023 BRZ, got totaled due to a girl texting and driving the other day) Daniel brought numerous laughs and smiles to my face. We had great conversation about cars while he was helping me place my vehicle on his tow bed, and was extremely kind and welcoming. Someone give this man Daniel a raise, out of all tow experiences I have had (at least 15) this was by far the best experience. 10/10.

Loved that I received a text message with time estimate. They came at estimated time and was fairly fast. Driver was friendly. He was able to take my husband and daughter in the tow truck. Beautiful truck very clean!

Manny came to my home in Lake Arrowhead with my disabled vehicle in the driveway. Within 15 mins the my car was loaded onto the flatbed truck. When AAA gave me the link for Manny’s ETA, he came faster than what I thought. I arrived at the dealership in Ontario at exactly the time I estimated. Manny provided excellent service and he is a model for which other roadside technicians should strive to be. Roy and Dot’s Towing has a wonderful person in their midst! Manny has a huge heart!
