I called this company for help when my starter went out, in the process of loading the car onto the bed of the truck, the driver was not paying attention and caused the car to slide off the side of the truck, resulting in my car tipping over they had to call a second wrecker to help tip it back right side up and in the process broke a window and my oil pin, which I had to replace not to mention they charged me extra for the second wrecker to come out to fix their mistake. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY AT ALL
This place is the worst our car got towed. Here we are, trying to get the information we need. My husband has a disability in his trying to get information.They were nothing but rude and completely disrespectful to him. The women that are working There are nothing but completely disgusting and disrespectful. No consideration. These women are just getting paid for terrible customer service. No consideration, no remorse, nothing don't use this company
Hayes came out to tow my 32’ rv and the driver did some quick troubleshooting and fixed the rv! I still wanted to make sure it was truly fixed, so Arty, the driver, followed me to the mechanic to make sure it got there safely and to quickly get it going again if something were to happen. It saved me tons of money and hassle. I am very appreciative! It’s great to have a knowledgeable, friendly driver who goes above and beyond. Thank you!
Contacted this place about a towed vehicle and person that answers the phones is very rude unprofessional. Tells me the vehicle never was picked up by them CHP confirmed it was picked up. After going back and forth she says the vehicle was in there lot. This company needs to clean house with there employees.
Very scummy company. I was in a car accident and the police had my car towed to this tow yard. We had called previously to ask if the car was drivable if we would be able to drive the car off the lot and the woman who answered the phone said she didn’t care. When we got there it was a different story. One of the men there did not give me my keys and just said the car would not be drivable after I had asked for my car keys multiple times. Instead use DAVIDSONS towing who helped us tow the car back to my house for a reasonable price. My car was also able to drive so they completely lied about my car not being able to drive. The people at Hayes also rifled through my car when they went to grab my registration which was noticeable by how dirty they left my seats. Terrible customer service and terrible company.
Worst experience I have ever had with a tow company please never come here or give them business they are scammers!!! My gf got into a accident and the cop told her it would be free to get it towed to there tow yard so she did, when she went to pick it up they charged her $300 to tow it and $80 to store it (it was there for 2 hours), she finally got to the car and the yard guy would not give her the key even though she owns the car!!! He said it was not drivable and had to be towed home, the funny thing is when they towed it home they drove it onto the tow truck, car was perfectly driveable. As well as when she got there they had taken the registration out of her car and when they did they got the inside absolutely filthy the seat are completely ruined was tan interior now it black. They totally took advantage of her and her family PLEASE NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND VERY RUDE!!!!

Very rude and disrespectful, the blonde old lady is very rude and has the worst attitude. I walked up to the window with a good morning and right away had a bad response. Took out my car in the matter of couple hours and got charged $370.
These people have it set to being open 24 hours on their Google listing only to be closed at 8 upon arrival. Ty for wasting my gas and money with your misleading google listing.
Went on a Thursday Their auction day and a older lady just was so rude it was 830am and she said we can't buy a car nombre cause the auction starts at 8am and it al ready finished HOW RUDE WOMAN
Well I called and they said that they could not do it, did not have cap ability, then I left to go get help and they impounded a did abled veterans bike,and I was unable to get my bike back, total scam
Ladies that answer the phone are extremely rude and condescending. Told me to come around 1pm and bring any prove that I am the owner of the vehicle and an i.d. when I get there they are short rude and tell me that since the date on my registration says it's about a month expired that I can not get my things and need to go get an updated document from DMV. I was livid and just was confused as to why they would make me go to dmv all my paperwork is in the car. Obviously i had an outdated one. So then they make me wait 30 mins for the driver to arrive. They are sad miserable people.
Called at midnight because I needed a tow, no other tow companies answered the phone and neither did my insurance. A lady answered and asked if my insurance was going to pay for it, I said yes. She said “we dont do that” and just hung up on me. Didn’t even try to help me
I wish i could give this place ZERO stars!!! The employees of this company stole both my fiancé's engagement ring and wedding ring, as well as my wedding ring. As if that wasn't terrible enough.. Any time i tried to ask anyone anything about the rings, they were all just completely rude and deceiving. I truly thought this sort of thing wouldn't happen in this type of business but unfortunately i was incorrect.

Car broke down last night. And they were able to come pick me and my car up for a reasonably good price at about 2am. They were kind and considerate. They also got me as close to my destination as the possibly could. Thanks for picking me up when know one else would.
Great experience in the midst of an extremely stress filled situation. Raymond, our driver, was kind and considerate yesterday after our car caught fire. Then, this AM, we were treated so nicely by the office staff. If you have to be towed this is a company you want on your side. Thank you to everyone involved.
Horrible towing company, if you ever have to go there just be prepared for rude workers. And your car will not be the same condition they towed it in, they may even change your lock to your car just overall bad company.
Best towing experience ever. dispatch was kind and made sure that I was aware my driver was in route.my driver's name was raymond and he was just a great professional through-and-through made sure that the job was done right and well. would definitely use if I was in a situation that I needed a towing company.
I drove a friend to pick up their vehicle and some hag who wasn't even at the front desk came out to stare down another female passenger I had which starts a verbal fight. WTF! I don't need that kind of stress!
This place sucks. The only business they probably get is from the poloce department. My car was impounded and had a 30 day hold on it. After speaking to the police station, they said it wasn't a 30 day hold. I called in to ask what the fees were the lasy I spoke with had an attitude. "YOU GUYS JUST CALLED ABOUT THIS ITS A 30 DAY HOLD." I said, "No it's not, I will get the release today. How much are my fees? She said, "286, get here before 5pm if you get here at 5:10 its another day." I arrived at 4:32pm. Chelsea some young girl who hated her job (I dont even know why she works there) was like can I help you? With a straight face, an attitude and raised eyebrow, I said om here to pick up my car. She handed me the clipboard and asked me to sign. I said "Wait, im not signing this until I see the condition of my car." (The paper I was to sign was in relation to that.) She acted as if I was the only customer who wanted to make sure there are no damages before signing. I got my car and from my backpack, it was missing $200 worth of things. They charged me extra despite the signs and speaking the the lady in the morning. I asked, "What's the extra charge for?" She said cleaning. I said "what cleaning?" Do you have a breakdown of these fees?" She said "Sign and I'll show it to you." I NEVER GOT A BREAKDOWN OF WHY I WAS CHARGED EXTRA. I asked to talk to a manager she said no one was there
i asked if she can get one on the phone she said No. Then an old lady like in her 60s or 70s was sitting in an older van outside and they were like she's the one you spoke to. I said I just asked if they were here you said no since I failed to get her name. She said you don't have to sign if you don't want to. I said fine om not they wouldnt release my keys so I signed and wrote alll over ny receipt that I do not agree to any of these charges. Come to find out, the charged me extra because they said our driver took extra on this trip.. uhhhhh so what does that have to do with me??????? He could have went to lunch, hung out to get paid more nothing was noted. I looked at the time he arrived it was 5:19pm the time he returned was at 6:16pm. It was less than an hour and car was 9 miles away. This place is trash
Terrible experience. My car was towed to this location after I was in a car accident. I called ahead of time to verify that my car is at that location. I told them I would be there in less than 20 minutes. I had trouble locating their tow yard and call the office again. The lady tells me that she doesn't know how to tell me and that I should just drive around and look for a sign. Then goes to say it doesn't matter because they were closing. It would've been helpful if they told me they were closing when I told them I was less than 20 minutes away. I try going again the next day. I told the lady at front desk that I only wanted to get my belongings that were in my car because my insurance was going to get it towed to their facilities so they can calculate the damages. I brought my brothers with me to help since I have a broken arm. She tells me that only I can get the things out because only my name is under the vehicle information. So there I am struggling to get my belongings and the employees didn't even offer to help me. They just told me to hurry it up because they had to move my car to get to another car. No compassion what so ever.
When I went there to pay and get my car out there was porn playing on the tv and the woman and man were just there watching it. I was disgusted with them. They didn't have the audacity to even shut it off, just mute it. so unprofessional.
The lady couldn't get more rude. I think they have her in the front office on purpose. See, some people dont get their car towed on purpose. Some peoples car gets stolen...so dealing with a bad attitude makes the situation harder.
I got my car stolen, when they called me to tell me they found it and I could pick it up, i was in walnut getting my tire replaced at 2am because it fell apart. So i couldnt make it on time and it ended up in this place. So annoying. Then i call today at 11am... 11Am!!! I asked if i can pick up paperwork from thr vehicle she said yes.. I get herr and she said you habe to come back because no one is here. They are all at lunch. The lady couldnt tell me that over the phone? She was just that busy checking cars in?

Someone hit my car on the 215S and the police called this company to tow it to clear the road, I was told they had to tow it even though it was drive able. When we get to the tow yard I'm told I have to pay $440 +$50+$100 in fees when the car was there less than two hours. Crooks!!! They had no compassion or care that the car was only there a few hours, I don't have $590 just laying around, disgusting business practices...
The staff is extremely rude. I speak only for the ones working in the office, as I have never had any interaction with a driver. It's seems the office staff tends to take their own personal issues to work, and takes them out on their clients. I was verbally assaulted by the woman at the front desk, and sent away because she said I "chuckled" when she was speaking. Customer service at this location is severely lacking.
